So, they won't fail it for no reason. Yes, they did basic OBD check and assured us that it is ready for a smog check so it won't fail for that reason. We agreed to do the smog check then after 5-10 minutes they failed the vehicle and rude woman that works there told me that it is not her fault, so their OBD machine couldn't read that there is still pending code for the battery. Despite letting her to know about my suspicion in advance she still lied and failed our vehicle also charged us full smog inspection fee and assured us that we just need to drive it for few days then bring it back for free smog test. Since they won't charge if we bring it back within 30 days. We drove it less than 15 days and brought it back, car passed the smog check but they insisted that we have to repay again, since it is a separate than initial inspection. They are rude and liars. Please be careful and do not waste your time and money with those dishonest people. I'm going to file a claim with BAR! We can't let them to screw our community!

Before anything, I specifically asked if they could properly work on my C63 AMG. They said yes with confidence, so I trusted them to handle a simple oil change. That turned out to be a huge mistake. After the service, everything went downhill. There was oil all over my engine bay, and to make things worse, the engine was overfilled with oil. That's not a small mistake--that can seriously damage a car like mine. I went back to address the issue, and while they admitted the problem and offered to redo the oil change for free, it didn't really matter because they told me they'd follow up... and never did. No call, no update, nothing. Just completely dropped the ball. At this point, it's not just about the mistake--it's about the lack of accountability and professionalism. If you mess up someone's car, the least you can do is follow through and make it right. They ran a few tests which took about 15 mins. The total price was $40+$8 card fee so just under $50 which is a decent deal. I've been to other locations San Francisco as well and this is pretty much the lowest price you can find. The guy running the test was polite and efficient. He did make me wait out in the cold though when I could have just sat in my car and not affected his testing but whatever. Also didn't wear a mask the entire time which seems to be consistent with other people's reviews about not being "COVID safe." Overall, I had a pretty easy in and out experience which was reasonably priced.
