When the time came for the scheduled cleaning, he was on-time and ready to go. He spent the entire day cleaning the apartment and was incredibly detailed. He didn't even take a lunch break! He was thorough, worked his tail off, and friendly. By the time he was done, the apartment was in excellent condition. In fact, the landlord ended up refunding our entire security deposit, which is almost unheard of. I recommend Justin for any house cleaning job you have - he was great. And his prices were very reasonable.

We purchased a condo a year ago and it was in need of some TLC. We were able to replace carpet in…read moremost of the rooms as well as floors in some of the bathrooms, but the tile in the entry, dining room, kitchen and hallways throughout the ground floor could only be given a quick scrubbing before my daughter and her roommates moved in for the school year. So a year later, the number one request was to clean the floors, which to be honest, look like they haven't had a thorough cleaning since the condo was built in the 80s. I put in a request on Yelp! and Glen was one of the first people to respond. We set up for him to come out, inspect and give a quote. He provided a reasonable quote and we scheduled a time. But then life happened and I had to postpone the work. Glen was totally understanding. He gave us our time and even reached out again about the time that I said we would be able to revisit the job. We scheduled the work and he showed up right on time and went to work. In addition to the floors we asked him to clean the carpets. Even though most were installed just last year, there was some signs of heavy wear and stains on a few of the surfaces. Overall, Glen did a great job. The carpets were cleaned and the stains removed. The floors which had been dirty and sticky in some places and the grout practically black were brought back a long way. We have some of the same tile lining the fireplace on the wall and after Glen was finished, the floor resembles the tile on the wall. Best of all, you can now walk on the floors barefoot without sticking to the ground. One last point, in one area of the floor, it looked like some black marks had been left on the ground. After consultation with Glen and some back and forth sharing pictures, we determined that the the black marks were actually under the years of build up and grime and had revealed themselves after all of that had been stripped off. Glen even offered to come out and try to see if he can further clean those marks, definitely above and beyond. If you need someone who knows their stuff and as a bonus, is reasonably priced and friendly, look no further than Karpet Klean and Glen.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I called for a mold inspection and the owner I…read morepresume from the conversation came out with zero equipment, just walked around and looked around and said I had no mold but needed to replace some wood by my sink and would send a quote. I never heard back and called another company for a quote as I don't think that hiring someone you have to chase down to do work is reliable. Almost a year later, I start getting phone calls and text messages demanding payment for work, threatening to show up at my door and asking when I am going to be home to collect payment. I had completely forgotten who this even was because it has been so long. I asked what work they had done and what I was supposed to "pay" for. I asked them to please mail me a bill as I also thought this was a phone scam. They said I needed to pay for the mold inspection report and then also said there was no mold. I had never received a report, I had never received a bill, and asked for them to mail me the "bill" with the report so that I can actually see and receive what I am being charged for and so I knew this was in fact a legitimate company and isn't a scam as the phone number texting me was unknown and I had never communicated with that number. They texted me a file that I could not open and so I asked again for them to mail me a bill and stated that I would like the report they said they are charging me for. A month goes by and I still have not received the report in the mail and they start texting again demanding payment for something I never received. I ask again for them to send me the report, they state that they mailed it with the bill which they absolutely did not. I had received a one page bill with no inspection report. I asked again for a copy as when you are asking for hundreds of dollars for something, you should actually get it before payment especially when the company has been this terrible, lying about mailing a report and never even giving me a call after they come out until a year later demanding money for something I never got. In the end they ended up texting me pictures of a report. I would never hire this company due to their horrible customer service, lying about mailing a report, and never following up about the work, but a year later text demands for money for a report they never even printed out for me. They stated they e-mailed it to my e-mail, but I had nothing in my e-mail and if it went to spam it deletes after 30 days, hence why I asked for a copy. Asking them to actually just send a copy in the mail was too much work for them and never happened, but they still charged me hundreds of dollars for the report.

There were so many issues. They didn't clean the oven or the kitchen sink or the baseboards or any window sills. They didn't completely dust any of the furniture. It was the worst "deep" clean I have ever seen. They were late arriving and I never received any call to let me know they would be late. I contacted Johnny and he agreed to a "complimentary" cleaning of my downstairs area the next week. There is nothing "complimentary" about something you have already paid a lot of money to have done. They came back the next week, late again and cleaned the downstairs area. Again, they didn't clean the kitchen sink or window sills or the front of the kitchen cabinets. Even after all of this I went ahead and decided to give them another chance. I know. Shame on me. Well, yesterday I texted Johnny to verify that we still had our appointment for today. They never even showed up. His voicemail is full and he does not return my calls or text messages. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone!
