The entire experience with Bob's Dive Shop was very enjoyable. Mary, one of the owners, was really helpful in explaining the steps needed to participate in the Refresher course. After agreeing to take the course, I was given the opportunity to do online homework before the day of the course. The person that assisted me setting up an account online was really patient and helpful throughout our interactions on the phone. Finally, I want to commend the Dive Instructor, Robert, for his professional and thorough approach to providing us with information and practice, both in the classroom and in the pool.
