Second time coming here. I got a pedicure and fill in on an overlay. Not only is this a mediocre job but he claimed he had to take off my old overlay that the last tech did. Mind you he can't even do designs so I had to settle for a basic polish. $130. Too much. I'm better off going back to my old spot. At least I know what I paid for. Booth #7. I've visited this nail salon twice. The first time I got a manicure with dipping powder. I loved the dipping powder and would most def get it again. Didn't like the color but that was on me. The second time I visited I requested a full set and a pedicure. The lady that did my nails did a great job. They're a little longer than what I wanted but nonetheless a great job. However the guy that did my pedicure did not do as well as I know he could've. Originally I wanted to get the full service spa pedicure. I wanted the works but when he told me that if I didn't get the gel polish I had to pay an additional $5 for them to remove the gel polish I walked in with. If I did get the gel polish then he would​waive the $5 fee. The basic pedicure is $30 plus an additional $15 for gel polish. I don't understand how you do a full service pedicure and not remove whatever polish the customer walks in with as a part of the basic service. What are you going to do, polish over whatever I already have on my feet when I walk in? Because he tried to get over on me I was forced to walk out with less of a service than I wanted, ugly unpolished polish and a bad mood. Thanks guys read more

First the tub was dirt and I showed it to her. I'm expecting the woman to scrub my legs with the scrub and she puts The scrub on and refuses to scrub my legs and feet with the scrub. I asked her to scrub and she showed me a higher priced pedicure. I told her no. She still refused to scrub my legs and feet as stated in the pamphlet. The pedicure was not totally done. She didn't cover my toes with color! lol The quality is nit worth my money. The place is half kept. I'm not coming back. I can see why no one is in this place! read more

I've giving them plenty of chances to get things right but they can't .... I've been here several times because the location is convenience but I always leave disappointed and mad .... I will not be back this time. he cut my nails all different lengths then he cut into the corners of my nails changing the shape and didn't bother trying to even them out. after applying acrylic to my big toes very thinly he attempted to paint and design my nails... my feet look a mess, like I let a kid give me a pedicure the polish all chipped up around the cuticles or overlapping my cuticle... the silver glitter on top of the pink was applied with his finger smfh I won't be back and the cost was $60..... read more

I got a chance to get my nails done at California Nails and Anna was the one who took care of my nails. I do not talk about the design but the price was higher than the other stores. With the design she gave me, I could find another place with the same design but decent price. It's not worth it at all and I hope that California Nails will improve this problem. read more

This is an awful location. I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her birthday. While getting her nails done he nicked her twice through the process with the drill. This can happen when getting your nails done but the technician did not take notice or adjust when she let him know. I mentioned it and then he took notice. A day later she texts me while on lunch at school letting me know that two nails had large bubbles and the following day one of them popped off. When we went back the next day for the repair the first person to greet us told my daughter to take a seat at a station once she saw the issues. The she spoke with the gentleman and when he came over he said he was too busy and to come back tomorrow. It is a 20 min drive to this location and I told him that tomorrow was not an option. He said he was busy, I told him I was not requiring to be seen before customers that were already there but I need to know that the issues were goin to be fixed. We waited for the rest of the patrons that were there before us and the. When the tech called on my daughter she refused to fix the third finger with the bubble. This was a gift for my daughters birthday and I was very dissatisfied with the way they treated us. I had intended to have my nails done as well but I did not do anything but correct the issues with my daughters nails. NEVER EVER GO HERE! We have to get locations like this out of our communities!!! Businesses have no issues taking our money that we work for but they refuse to give you the respect and customer service that you deserve. I don't know how to give less than 1 star and still review, please consider my 1 star as 0 stars. I went today for the first time in a long time to get a refill and about 10 minutes in I remember why I never go there anymore and why I will never go there again. I went during my lunch break and was so stressed by the time I was finally able to leave. The man was so slow and when I asked him nicely if there was any way I he could move a little faster so I could get back to work he was rude and said do you want to leave now?! I told him no, I just want my nails finished so I can go back to work. There is no reason a refill and paint should take an hour and a half and no reason the man had to be rude. My normal place has me out in about 40 minutes and no lie, I get so many compliments on my nails. My nails today don't look awful but they don't look great and I won't be getting any compliments for sure. read more

This place is absolutely horrible, they are not BBB approved. I have had two extremely horrible visits, my polish peeled off the next day after spending $50 in there, I went back the next day and got the same result. My nail was redone and the same day my polish peeled off again. So I went back again the next day and asked could he just take the color off, this person did recolor my nails and then wanted to charge me another $50.00. I ended up paying $29.00 more for something I didn't get the first time I came in. I repeat do not go to this place, Point Blank Period!!!!! This place deserves a -0 score read more

Yesterday I went in to have ONE of my nails repaired...I finally sit down and the lady starts taking off my nails polish??I asked her why she did this and I only need the one nail done,she tells me "to make them even" so I'm thinking okay I guess that makes sense. Once she finished, the started using one of the drills, I was confused but I thought maybe this is how she just does nails....... UNTIL she starts cutting away at my nails! What are you doing a fill in?!" She said "yes, that's what you asked for". This lady argued with me about this for at least 10 MINUTES! trying to tell me what I asked for? Are you freaking kidding me?! After all of that she said she'll fix them (4 nails NOT including the one repair) so when she completed that she asked for $10. For what?! She said for the repairs, I told her I wasn't paying for her fuck up, I handed her $3 for the ONE nail I came in to get fixed.
