I went with the Top Teir one. This came with a Long Food Soak in a scented tropical soak, Massage w/warm stones, and a massage with warm tropical scent lotion. I also had the Gel nail polish applied. one of the best Pedis I've ever received. I haven't received a pedi or nail service in over a decade because I do them myself. However, I will now make it a once a month thing at this location. The drive is worth it. Heads up, this is a very small location so be patient as the staff definitely strives to bring great quality service. To me, the wait was worth it. My sister had her nails done and she too agrees that this was the best nail service she's yet to receive & this is her first time here. She too will now be a regular client!

I was a regular customer three years ago - every 2 weeks. I stopped patronizing your business…read morebecause of inconsistencies in pricing. After 3 years away, I decided to return because I have always appreciated the quality of your nail services. However, during my visit, I experienced the same pricing inconsistencies that caused me to stop coming previously. Specifically, the service of gel nails and a pedicure was quoted at $85, but the total at checkout was $95, in addition to an extra fee for using a credit card. Prices are not posted, and changing the cost while a customer is in the chair feels like a bait-and-switch practice. So, after trying to give you a second chance, after 2 visits I realized that this is how you appreciate your customers by price gauging. I politely shared these concerns in person during my last visit - which will be my last visit. I used to see a full salon with a long wait however, I noticed during my last visits that walk-ins are seated immediately. Clear, upfront pricing would go a long way in restoring customer trust and rebuilding your regular clientele.
