And even if you did not find them meeting your standards of polite etiquette and/or adequate levels of butt kissing, why don't you try to be the person you expect them to be and see if they don't respond with kind words. It really is a shame that inaccurate and unnecessary petty, vindictive, public comments accompanied by one star ratings can drag a small businesses image down so low in today's instant wreckage opportunity. These folks work hard to provide a service for people that have very few choices in the community, usually due to poor choices they've made in their lives. These reviews seem mean-spirited and spiteful, wielded with no regard for the damage they can do to good people's business. Shame shame. You'd think that the lumps they've taken or being schooled that they were wrong would make them a little more humble.
