I'm old school when it comes to my taxes so I appreciate tax preparers who are willing to meet face-to-face (especially the first time) to review my documentation (i.e. my prepared spreadsheets). The new bookkeeper found over 100 transactions never reconciled and several accounts not reconciled. Stephanie refused to take any responsibilty, claimed the accounts not reconciled were not in her notes, despite them showing up in Quickbooks every month and her never reaching out to be to verify. I'm really unhappy with the service and hope we do not discover anything worse as I now have to pay for a complete review of my books.
