The accountant let things sit for many weeks and approached the needed approval with the speed of a sloth. The accountant turned a great experience into an unexpectedly disappointing experience. Because of the accountant, I would never recommend this company or use them again. I wish I'd looked up the yelp reviews before I used them. As a follow up: The taxes have now sat for review an additional 2 weeks: ridiculous. It was a mistake to use Scholl & Company.

His team is top-notch and the office strikes a great balance of being welcoming and extremely professional. I'm ending my first year using their help and with this tax season's meeting I knew exactly how much I'd saved by planning and had my year end info ready to roll for the bonding company earlier than ever. Everyone was great. As for fees, they are not cheap but I got way more than what I'd pay for, not to mention the stress reduction.

This year we called her office early in the year to file our taxes as usual. They told us to wait. They said they weren't due until October because of the time extension due to the storm disaster relief. So we waited per their instructions, even though we were ready for her to do them. We dropped them off before the 15th of September at her office thinking they have a month to prepare. They called back after they had been dropped off and told us Barbara cannot do our taxes because we aren't on her "list." I asked, What this "list" I have never heard of? She kept repeating that we are not on the "list" so they are not going to do our taxes. And, by the way, "your corporate taxes are due tomorrow, but Barbara isn't going to do them because you aren't on the 'list.'" We waited this late to file because they told us to. We never file late. Now she will not do our personal, nor corporate taxes because we are not on some "list." Very unprofessional. We have followed up with phone calls and messages, Crickets!
