I told her that before I did that I would like to speak to a representative in order to determine whether or not the firm offered services fitting my circumstance. She said she would connect me to a representative. Within twenty seconds the receptionist came on the line again and told me the firm was taking no new clients. I remarked that if that was the case why had she offered to set up an appointment. She said that is what she had been instructed to do. If other words, this firm seems to not want only new clients for which they can charge an initial consultation fee. Something is wrong with a tax guidance firm that won't first talk by phone with a potential customer.

Horrible, horrible, horrible tax service. I called Linda over the phone looking for someone to help…read moreme do my LLC taxes and she told me she would gladly do it for $180.00. I was happy to find someone and headed over to her office. After we were finished doing the taxes she then goes to charge me and the quote is now $345. I was pretty surprised and kept it to myself because she did help me do some accounting so I paid her what she asked. This year I'm trying to do my taxes and make an appointment show up on time but I had forgotten some paper work. I told her I needed a little more time to get it she said it was fine but she wanted me to leave my paperwork so I did. Next thing you know I call her she's booked out until after the tax deadline and they can't help me now. I said fine I'll go somewhere else. I find an appointment immediately somewhere else and they tell me the same I'll charge you 180 for your taxes. So I call Linda trying to get my paper work and now she wants to hold it saying oh you had an appointment with me and you have to pay $60. They aren't doing a single thing for me but take my money. I would not recommend her to anyone. She barely tries and charges you like a doctor. Stay away from the tax doctors!
