We really enjoyed ourselves here! Sorry no pictures ;( Their…read moreblue & gold smoked chicken wings were 5 stars, hands down. Their coconut panko onion rings were really good as well. A bit of confusion as to where to sit; dining room; bar or outside. If we 8 sat outside, $5 each extra (cover "band" playing); dining was 30 minute wait; so bar it was! They would not allow us to put tables together, even tho dining room waitresses told us to do so. But once we got seated, all good! Kellie took care of us! Shout out from K2 to K! They had pizza this particular night. I really liked it as well (not typical NY pizza. It's bar pizza, cheddar cheese, softer crust, great taste). Drinks were good. I absolutely, recommend this totally casual, yummy wings, pizza & onion ring location. Appreciate our friends brought us here! Eat, drink & watch sports on TV in this darker wood establishment.

Not great. We had a very overwhelmed server who seemed to be working alone on a Saturday night, she…read morekept walking away in the middle of us ordering to deal with other patrons or issues. I know being busy and overworked is not her fault, but she kept loudly yelling things to the general dining room, which was pretty startling. We waited over an hour for our food, got the appetizer at the same time as our dinners, didn't get asked if we wanted drink refills, food was so-so and my friend didn't get what she ordered. The spinach and artichoke dip was very tasty, which was the saving grace of my experience. I know this is a bar, not a fine dining establishment, but I would have loved not to drink out of plastic cups. Also, if you're a person of size, you'll likely feel squished in their booths. I would not rush back here, especially when Hose 22 is so close and offers better food and service.

Despite that I keep thinking about what I want to try next time I go. The atmosphere, scale and feel of the dining room is fantastic. It sort of feels like a Rochester version of Cheers. I love that they had all the doors open and the beautiful summer evening climate was enjoyable whether you sat inside or outside. This meant dealing with a few gnats or flies at our indoor table. I started with a Caesar side salad which was very good. The entrees we had were Salmon and Chicken Riggies. The Chicken RIggies were great. Not spicy at all but made-to-order so it could be made spicy. The pasta was perfectly tender but firm, the diced chicken was flavorful and easy to eat. It was THE most successful Chicken Riggie dish I've tried to date anywhere and I took the leftovers home to enjoy for lunch the next day, a rarity for me. The salmon was not a hit. It seemed pretty fishy especially in the areas that were thinner and had become chewier from the grill drying it out. What they call roasted corn is really 'chili powder roasted corn'. The chili powder flavor was quite pronounced and not very well integrated into the dish. It tasted like very ordinary corn with very ordinary chili powder sprinkled on it. I'm sure that isn't how the dish is made but that's what it tasted like. The Cheesy Eddie's carrot cake was absolutely perfect and tasted like it was just made. It's hard to defend the pricing. Our 2 entrees, 1 side salad, 1 soft drink and 2 small glasses of wine and 1 piece of carrot cake ended up being 145 dollars after tax and tip. If the wine pour had been a nice 9 ounce pour I would have had a single glass but I had 2 because they were small. Even with 1 wine this was going to be WELL over 100 dollars for 2 people even before tip. In any head-to-head comparison with something like The Distillery or Genesee Brew House, this pricing is probably out of line. If we go back, it will be with great appreciation for the setting and modest expectations for the food.

First off, the planning leading up to our day was so flawless, any question was never too stupid and they were always available to help with the details. I wanted a DIY wedding and they were completely accommodating to that. They worked with all my vendors and were just very easy to communicate. On the day of they transformed their already beautiful space into our dream setup!! We had a big walk way and a huge space for the band. The acoustics were wonderful and the outdoor space was exceptional. The coordinator was so helpful all night bringing us drinks and making sure everything was running as planned. I owe so much of our perfect day to Agatha and her coworkers, they were wonderful to work with and the space is gorgeous!

They are so organized and make a note of every detail you want. Carly, Erika and Jasmin (the coordinators) went above and beyond to answering emails and making sure what we wanted was followed through with. Not a single glitch in the day because of these ladies having our back. I had no worries at all day of the wedding because they truly reviewed everything multiple times to make sure they would get it right. So thankful we picked them for our special day! Highly recommend Arbor venues for your big day!

Great service, great POPCORN, great tap selection to pair with the great food. Great great great. But seriously, Johnny's Irish Pub is one of those places that you don't know what to expect when you walk in, but you soon realize that you made a fantastic decision in going. The staff - friendly and incredibly helpful. You can tell that they genuinely enjoy working with each other which really rubs off on any customer that walks in. The drink selection - fantastic. The tap list had a few things that I've never seen on tap before but know that they make for some great beer. The food - yes please. I had some wings the last time I was there, but the times before that I went with a burger. So good, cooked perfectly, and exactly what I wanted (i.e. needed). The popcorn is the icing on the cake. What I consider a fantastic addition (and easily a bonus for any bar) the popcorn was salted, buttered, and so good. If I didn't feel bad, I probably would've just eaten popcorn alone it was that good. Fun fact - Did you know that Johnny's Irish Pub has been smoke free ever since it's opening day? I found that out and made me even more impressed. To open a bar that doesn't allow smoking during a time when smoking and bars went hand in hand was risky. However, to this day it shows that Johnny's knew what to do and stuck to their guns. I can't wait to go there again.
