Beer n donut tasting nuff said! What a great event, there were 5 preselected donuts and a plethora of beer options to decide which you liked best. Seating was family style so your family all of a sudden got bigger. Good fun was had, good beer selection and unique donut selection.

This is actually a review of the Spin Room at the Imaginarium at I Square. I signed up for a 3 class intro membership. My good friend Susanne was teaching the class so I knew the music and motivation would be there! The bikes are mint- they have the pedals that us spinners like to see- cages on the one side for sneakers and SPD clips on the other for us bike shoe wearers. The cool thing is that the bikes produce energy for the building! The room is set up well- they have 2 big screens that show the amount of energy you are producing on your bike- very motivating! As the the Imaginarium is a Net Zero building- they strive to produce all the energy they consume- I feel that we did our small part to add to the kWh the building needs. I'll be back!

Came in for lunch today with mom, this was our second time in. We went with the Market Grill, she got the cheeseburger and I got the veggie wrap. We both really enjoyed what we ordered. The pickles and chips were delicious as well! This is a great thing that they did with the space in Irondequoit. I wish they offered more vegan/vegetarian options. I saw the Market had a new black bean burger, so I'm hoping to see more! My mom stopped at the coffee place and the lady working was helpful helping her pick out coffee to bring home! We are excited to come back and try the wine reserve upstairs, it's a (seasonal restaurant). They have a great selection of food from ice cream to burgers to pasta so there's a little of something hint for everyone. It's a little pricy in my opinion for some items, but the food was delicious. The Chinese place had the best prices $7.95 for lunch and the portions were huge, definitely will be back for that. There was Plenty of parking when we came.

Had my daughter's bridal shower on the second floor...and the event was fabulous! Miranda, Event Coordinator, was extremely helpful before and during the party. Sky are bartender was very sweet as well. The food was great and the space was perfect for our evening. Everyone had a blast! Thank you I-Square!

I don't give out 5 stars that often but this is well deserved. I recently became aware of the pairing events here at I-Square and have thought a couple times about attending but alas, caveman bf isn't really a pairings kind of guy.. enter my friend Marti: she set us up for the Grateful food, wine/beer/cider pairing event and I'm so glad she did!! We were greeted with a choice of a Beaujolais or a cider as we arrived... I've never tried a Beaujolais so I was glad to try it and actually, also the cider. We were seated at a fall themed, gorgeously set, table with a pot of wild turkey- spiked warm mulled cider surrounded by glasses containing a cinnamon stick. I've never been to an event like this nor am I a wine or fine food expert so perhaps my reaction is based on my new experience, but I absolutely loved the opportunity to try all the wines (and the beer or cider... no problem if I'd like to try both offerings with each course ) paired with each course.. it proved to be quite a learning experience for me. For instance, I never knew there were DRY rose's! I loved it! I also found out about that Beaujolais and that it's a new fav! The food... oh the food. Absolutely fantastic. I don't normally like fruit in a salad but I learned that if Chef John creates it I just may love it! The rest... well, look at the pics and know that we basically rolled out of there so amazingly full and happy that I haven't stopped talking about it since. Add in the Nolan fam (the brilliant fam behind the I-square concept) being fully involved with the entire evening...(Mr & Mrs. And daughter) introducing the beverage choices at each course, checking on everyone.. even sitting down with us to get our thoughts on the event.. along with the hospitality, class and comfort they offered and I am absolutely hooked. Chef John ( I got his name but can't for the life of me remember what it is) came out and we gleefully applauded his amazing dinner! Really, for $45, this was a well spent evening and I highly recommend checking the events out. I understand that they usually do these pairings every 3rd Thursday (excluding December as so many other great events are taking place) and I'm on board for what's coming!! Check the fb page for dates! (Btw it's on the second floor... walked around for a minute and didn't notice the elevator entrance)

The Asian food is amazing. You have to try the garlic vegetable dish. Many succulent flavors some without the heat.

My wedding was in 2024 at the old Arbor Loft location. Working with Erica was absolutely…read morewonderful--she was kind, attentive, and truly cared about my wedding. The venue itself was beautiful, and some of the staff members we encountered were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, despite these positives, my overall experience left me feeling disappointed and stressed. At our final meeting, all of my carefully planned details were simply handed off to someone else who did not seem invested in my day. Half of my bridal party had never been in a wedding before, and despite asking multiple times, we were unable to secure a proper rehearsal time. We later learned this was because another event was booked that night. Our "rehearsal" ended up being squeezed into the bridal suite, which was chaotic. On top of that, another bridal party was scheduled to rehearse in our space at 1:00 p.m.--just two and a half hours before my guests were to arrive at 3:30. It was very stressful and did not feel like the focus was on our wedding. The morning of our wedding, I decorated everything with the help of one friend, only to have one of my bridesmaids rush in to tell me that another bridal party was practicing in the same space we had paid for and spent all morning decorating. The new woman in charge of the wedding (I never learned her name) Came to me and asked "what my problem was" When I asked about it, I was told, "Sorry, this is just how we do things here." That response left me feeling like my day wasn't valued. I also spent the night before carefully labeling bins and creating spreadsheets for the staff as they requested. Despite this, my belongings were returned completely disorganized--items were put in the wrong bins, frames were broken, and irreplaceable family photos were damaged. I had also rented flowers from Something Borrowed Blooms and specifically reminded the staff they were rentals that needed to be returned. Instead, they were placed in buckets of water--even though they were artificial--and I was later charged for them. I've been hesitant to leave this review because I wanted to move on and focus on the good memories of my wedding day. However, I feel future brides should be aware. While Erica was wonderful to work with, and the venue was undeniably beautiful, the way key details were handled was very disheartening.

The Arbor Loft was hands down the best decision we made in terms of vendors for our wedding. From…read morethe beginning at the inquiry stage, they responded quickly and gave us all the information in a digestible manner. The loft itself is a beautiful space. It's a venue where you can decorate as much or as little as you'd like. The exposed white brick, the huge industrial windows, the perfectly appointed greenery that's already there and the adorable trendy modern furniture all make a great setting for whatever the event. The bridal and groomsman suites are amazing!! There's a photo opportunity at every corner. I loved how all my photos turned out! The Arbor Loft staff are just wonderful. We worked with Maddy first who got us to the contracts stage. She was super helpful and responded to all of our lengthy contract review comments. Then we worked with Carly all the way up until the wedding day. I cannot express how thankful we were to Carly. She responded to every email we had in less than 48 hours (I cannot say that for any of my other vendors). No matter how small or big the list of questions were, we got an answer. As a stressed out and type A bride, I can't even begin to stress the importance of receiving an answer in a reasonable timeframe. Unless you do one of their planner packages, it's important to note the Arbor Loft is not your wedding planner. They are very good however at asking the questions that make sure you are on track and have the minimum you need for a wedding day. On the day itself we worked with Autumn. She was so calming and even helped me with a fussy bustle that none of my bridesmaids can figure out. I would not have been able to do my first dance without her! For catering we used the Loft's Folk catering. They had such an interesting menu and we received such good feedback on the food. One of my picky friends event complimented on the dinner. They presented the buffet beautifully. For late night we picked a couple pizzas from swan dive, which delivered straight to the venue. This was the best food item for me on the day. The vegan pizza was soooooo delicious and I was grateful for the extra food since I didn't eat much during the day. Since Folk and Swan Dive were associated with the loft, everything was on one invoice and it was so easy when it came to settling the bill. Carly also kept us on track with payments which we were so grateful for. At the end of the wedding, the staff packed up all of our decorations for us based on an inventory list which was so helpful!! Especially when you're exhausted at the end of the night! Some tips for anyone engaged and getting married at the Loft. Attend one of their open houses. It's super helpful to see the types of furniture, linens, and rentals they offer. Don't buy anything that the loft can provide either for free or a reasonable price. The open house also gives you the vibe of when there are people there. You can also sample food from one of their caterers. And it's free! Take advantage of the furniture that's in the loft already. They have really cute lounge pieces that you can use for a photo op. Use the greenery they have in the space. All of these items can be moved to wherever you want if you just ask. The bridal suite is huge and a lovely space to get ready, use it. One suggestion I have for the loft is to have a bar sampling night. We did not get to taste test any of the drinks they offered for signature cocktails or any of their other alcohols. I'm sure they did a great job with the open bar but I think a drinks night will be super fun for everyone. I absolutely will recommend working with the Arbor Loft team at any of their locations. We had full faith in the team, this is what they do every day! Thank you Arbor Loft :) **All photos are from the amazingly talented Abigail Lynn Photography

The server was friendly. The bad: they were woefully understaffed. It seems like there was one server for the entire restaurant including two large parties. Ours was one of those parties. Our reservation was at 6:15. We were seated quickly but did not see a server for at least 30 minutes after. It took at least another 30 minutes to get half of our drinks, another 15 to get the other half, and another 30 to get appetizers. When our main dishes came out, some were not very hot, the crab fried rice was missing crab, but the rest of the dishes were good. After appetizers, dinner and dessert we left the restaurant about 2.5 hours after arriving. I'd try this restaurant again because the food and drinks were good but it's probably best to go with a smaller party.

It initially opened in September 2015, closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and reopened by new management company, SCN Hospitalty. The venue is known for its capacity of around 1,000 people and its ability to accommodate diverse musical genres. Recently went to my first concert here. Nice space, nicely decorated up top. Great sound quality, lighting was great. However, I'd probably never come here again during the summer months. It was 96 degrees outside, this is an indoor venue, it was a sold out show of over 700 people, and there is no A/C in the venue. People were absolutely miserable, I watched multiple people leave the show early because they passed out or were having some other medical issue from the intense heat. It was difficult to even breathe during the event. 3 bands went on stage and every one of them mentioned how ridiculously hot it was. How this is even allowed and not a health risk is crazy to me. Wasn't enough bar staff to keep up with the amount of people, especially cause everyone wanted/needed water, merch stands were set up in spots that made it even more difficult to move around the space. Just poorly set up. Only a few tables and chairs, so people who were having issues with the heat either needed to go downstairs to where the bathrooms were or leave the venue just to get some relief. It's too bad cause it really is a nice venue, but there's no way I'd go again during the warm months.

There are some tables in the bar area and less crowded standing room with TVs showing the stage if you dont want to be in the main stage area. The main floor has some limited seating on bleachers on either side which is a nice touch. I also like that there is a coat check downstairs by the bathrooms for no additional cost (with a tip jar). The capacity is probably around 1000 people. However, as much as I enjoy my time here whenever I come, I do have some legitimate concerns. This is a very warm venue with seemingly no central air and minimal ventilation, so it gets hot quickly and I can't imagine how much worse it must feel in the summer. There is a small gated area you can access outside for some freah air if there is space. I also have observed security staff turning a blind eye to issues and accepting bribes from patrons, so concert safety could absolutely be improved at this venue.
