The amount of times I had to ask about picking up my vehicle because I was getting a run around one of the nice ladys on the phone put me through to her boss Dave I believe his was. He was completely arrogant told we the reason I could pick it was a part came in late and he never relayed the message to his front. Then with out giving me a chance talk sent me back to the front desk. The General Manager of the Newport office is a person who he's better than you. Will never take a vehicle here again. read more

Tony Zinna my Service Advisor explained the work and parts needed to get my car back on the road. He also gave me suggestions on other concerns about my car which I appreciated. My Blazer was hit and run in the ACME parking lot about two weeks ago and I took it to Caliber Collision on W. Newport Pike for estimate....also took it to NUCAR and they never even called me with an estimate...guess they didn't want the business...it took longer to get the part from GM than it took for Caliber to make the repair...they did an excellent repair and it was done in less than 12 hours...highly recommend them to anyone.... read more

Went in for an estimate today. I just wanted an estimate because I was offered an amount from progressive and wanted to make sure it was comparable. The first woman with blonde hair I talked to was shirt with me and had an attitude rolling her eyes. Then she brought this other lady over with short black hair and she was ignorant too. I don't understand why all the attitude. I've used caliber before but a different branch and they where pleasent. These ladies where a couple of see you next Tuesdays. I had gotten into an accident and went to Caliber Collision because it was in network with the insurance company. I had dropped off my car overnight and was given a call the next day stating the the "parts were ordered" and the "mechanic was going to start pulling things apart". I had specifically said that I was going to take my car to a different body shop to get a 2nd estimate. I still don't why parts were ordered. I was not given a item breakdown list, how much, or given them the ok to actually do the work on my car. I was told told by a woman named Patty, that "I could not get a 2nd estimate because the insurance company would not allow it" which was a bold face lie, considering I am not at fault for the accident, and can choose to pick whatever body shop I would like. I called the agent at the insurance company who confirmed with me that I in fact was able to get a 2nd estimate. The gentleman called Patty to inform her I would be picking up my car. She then responded to him by demanding that "I come get the car tonight due to the fact that she did not want to be responsible for it". So I had to leave work early, in order to go pick up the vehicle, because the next morning wasn't sufficient enough. Sad part, the gentleman at liberty mutual actually called and apologized to me and was sincerely sorry that I'm having to deal with this, considering that non of this is my fault. Sad to say, just because I wanted a different estimate, didn't mean that I wasn't going to get my car fixed there. By her responses to me, and the fact that she demanded me to pick up my car, along with telling me the lights on the dash were not from the accident (prior to even seeing the car), she lost a customer. I would never recommend anyone to go there, let alone trust them to fix your car. If she was willing to lie to me over the phone about having to go through them and can't go to another shop, what else would they lie about. I would not be confident that they would do the work needed honestly. I wouldn't take my chances. read more

Caliber has always fixed my car in a professional and speedy manor, all while keeping me updated on what is going on while my car is in the shop and updating me before any changes were made.
