When I arrived with my vehicle, he changed the price to $350. The repair did not involve replacing any parts or removing the bumper. The bumper was essentially repositioned and secured with screws. The work was performed on the street rather than at an established repair shop.

The dent was large enough that it would always catch my eye. Frustrated, I called several mobile dent removers. Voicemails and full mail boxes or, no reply to a text were my only results. Found Mario Dent Removal on Yelp, read his reviews. The man from NJ's review was enough to convince me to call Mario. I did so and the phone was answered promptly. He said if I could make the trip to his facility he could do it today. I showed up, and he was waiting for me. He assessed my dent, found 2 others on the adjacent door. We agreed on a price and he applied his skill set. The man is an artisan w/those dent removal tools. He had me on my way in less than an hour! Nice to find someone who takes pride in their work, answers their phone and delivers above and beyond. If you need dent repair, DO NOT HESITATE to call, you will not be disappointed !

Poor workmanship and terrible management. Wish I could choose zero stars…read more.. I was referred to Sheridan auto body by my insurance company. After 2 attempts to make the repair they charged my insurance company for, they still failed. 1st try they painted the bumper and fender the wrong color, and made zero attempts to make any adjustments to the hood or fender because there was a very noticible gap between the two, and the headlight was recessed about an inch and a half. The manager Duane informed me that he had seen that the color was off but "that's what I pay these guys for" 2nd attempt they got the paint close enough and made adjustments but the headlight is still recessed. Manager Duane was adamant that I agree with him that "it's better than it was". It wasn't so I didn't, and instead of giving them the opportunity to right their wrong a 3rd time, my insurance company is sending me to a different auto body shop. A month has been wasted, will never ever recommend this establishment, terrible customer service.

A brake line they fabricated blew and almost caused an accident when the pedal went to the floor so I had it towed back there. They wanted to charge for the tow until I reminded them it was warranty ahd a liability issue. They fixed the line and said it would be another $750 IF they could find the part. I told them to forget it, bought a rebuilt part on the internet and took it to Ronnie. He replaced the other wheel hub that Pep Boys said was fine after they replaced the speed sensor TWICE and put the module on that I ordered. Articles all over the internet, DON'T replace the wheel speed sensors, replace the whole hub if you want it to work! After Ronnie was done with it, no brake light, no ABS light, no sickening feeling when the ABS kicks on inappropriately on hard dry pavement and kills the brakes unexpectedly. Ronnie has my business for life!!!
