Go wait in the waiting room. Call my BIL. "They probably didn't get the air out of the line." "Oh, that makes sense." But that's a pretty basic thing, right? Half an hour later, they come back: "There was air in the line." YOU HAD ONE JOB TO DO. Wasted an hour and a half EXTRA of my day, dealing with your incompetence. Top dollar and poor service.
