After 2 attempts to make the repair they charged my insurance company for, they still failed. 1st try they painted the bumper and fender the wrong color, and made zero attempts to make any adjustments to the hood or fender because there was a very noticible gap between the two, and the headlight was recessed about an inch and a half. The manager Duane informed me that he had seen that the color was off but "that's what I pay these guys for" 2nd attempt they got the paint close enough and made adjustments but the headlight is still recessed. Manager Duane was adamant that I agree with him that "it's better than it was". It wasn't so I didn't, and instead of giving them the opportunity to right their wrong a 3rd time, my insurance company is sending me to a different auto body shop. A month has been wasted, will never ever recommend this establishment, terrible customer service.
