I had the privilege of being serviced by the Chester Township facility. From the very first day I was very upset and stressed. I woke to see that my car's front bumper was just torn off, and at the time I didn't know what had happened. My insurance gave me several businesses to contact for repairing my vehicle. The first one I picked was closest to me, so if I had to walk back home after dropping off my vehicle, it wouldn't be a long walk. But after getting the estimate, they wouldn't be able to service my vehicle until the following week. So I contacted my insurance company and they contacted Caliber Collision, and were they were able to get me in that day! Ever since then I've been impressed by how much they value each individual customer. I mainly dealt with Ray, who is just a gem! He really made my experience memorable, from contacting Enterprise when there was a slight issue, contacting my insurance company for me after I got my vehicle back, but noticed a problem, that had nothing to do with the work they did. He presented it to my insurance company, and thank you Jesus, they agreed to fix it under the claim. If not that would have cost me over $1500 dollars to repair myself. So my vehicle had to be sent out for this repair, that Ray handled finding and making sure that it was serviced. But when they got it back, it wasn't repaired to the standard of quality, so it was sent back. And when it was time for me to get my car back, I was at work and Ray drove it to me to make the exchange for the rental. I would absolutely, without a doubt suggest that anyone that need services of collision repair, run to Caliber Collision. I was victim of a head on collision where my car was towed to an impound lot. Lucky a friend suggested "Fenza"s Auto Body" who had my car taken to their facility saving me huge charges. I called my insurance company who told me to call the other person's insurance company (WHAT??!!!). Then I was called by Donna the manager of Fenza's who took over and walked me through all the paperwork and had conversations with the insurance companies to make sure I was treated properly, and Donna was able stop the stalling of the insurance companies. Donna made sure the correct forms were completed and expedited the settlement saving me days of needless work by calling my provider while I was in her office to make sure there were no misunderstandings. Insurance companies have a way of charging premiums then forgetting you are a client - NOT FENZA'S they are on top of each case as if it were the only one. Never have I received such Personal Assistance from any company. I recently discovered some damage to one of my doors on my just-paid-off Honda. Thankfully, several coworkers and friends had mentioned Fenza's Auto Body in the past and I immediately went down there to see if they could help. They were very kind and were willing to do every step in the claims process if I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. After a few days once the adjuster came and did their estimates, they told me what they were going to need to do and got started on it right away. These things take time and it looked like I would need a rental after all so they set me up and I was on my way. Not even a week in the rental and I was notified it was ready and was she beautiful!! They spared no detail. Not only was the work done and no damage was visible whatsoever, but management left me a very kind thank you note on my dash, the car had been washed/waxed, and the receptionist gave me some little hard candies and keychains! Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident on Oct 25. The other guy was at fault. My car wasn't deemed a total loss until December 28. Without assistance and guidance from Donna Fenza, I might still be waiting for my insurance carrier to act. Donna and Lillian were very courteous and helpful during the entire period from when my car was delivered to them several weeks ago, until last week when it was finally declared a total loss. They really took care of me. I went there after an accident (fender bender) looking for advice and Donna was great. I was sort of freaking out bc I didnt get the guys info but she told me it was alright and that it was actually good that he didnt get my info since I caused the accident. We actually called my insurance provider in her office and she told me what to say and what not to say. They took care of getting the rental for me. Luckily I had that covered under my plan. They were able to get me into an SUV instead of a compact car which is what the insurance company said they would be able to get using their rental agency. They gave me a 10% discount on my deductible so it was only $450 when all was said and done. They only used factory parts. It took about 12 days to complete the work on my car but it looked beautiful when they were done with it. You would have never have known that I did $4,500 worth of damage.....Ouch!! They seem like they genuinely want to get your car fixed and back on the road without an inconvience or taking advantage of you. I will be going back here if I have to. Rental car, adjusters, and claims department. I never had to speak to any insurance reps at any time.
