I am in collections due the incompetence of the employees at this location. It took about 4 times of taking my vehicle back and forth for them to do an appropriate job even then there are issues with the repairs but as a mom of 4, I gave up and settled for the crappy job. The final time that I took my vehicle back so that it could be properly repaired I did so because the employee that helped me said they would refund/cut my deductible. Months after the repair I received a bill from collections saying there was an outstanding balance. When I called the location the employee claimed he never promised that and the manager said it was actually against the law to do such thing. Of course, I was made to look as the crazy lady. They "detailed" my car as a tactic to try and get me to review or delete my previous bad yelp review. Out of courtesy, because these men's livelihoods depend on it, I took my review down but I shouldn't have done that. During the detail they broke several things in my vehicle but as I stated, I was tired and done from having to drive to and fro the repair shop. I was lied to constantly and was even sent home with structural pieces missing. And still I am in collections?! As a woman who knows nothing about cars I trusted them and took their word for it. My car since the "repairs" has needed other repairs that I was told by a mechanic where issues caused by the impact of when I was rear ended. I am assuming the proper inspection never even took place considering that they lied about the visible things. How could I even trust that they actually did a good job at properly inspecting my car. Looking back, I would not have given them a fourth chance to get it right. (I feel like an idiot for trusting them so many times.) I am writing this review as a heads up to make sure they've done the job properly or if you're considering this location, find another! read more

Carlos was great throughout my entire process of my car being fixed! I came to Caliber Collision after being in an accident. They were able to get my car in the day I called and Carlos ensured I was always kept informed. I never had to call once to check in on the status of my vehicle, he called every couple days with an update until my car was ready. Having your car in the shop can be incredibly stressful, and I am very thankful for Carlos and his transparency and communication. read more

My automobile was rear ended on the 405. It was a sad event for the other driver and for me. Not a major accident. But my 2006 vehicle has been well kept and I hope to drive it for many years more. So I wanted it fixed properly. I got an estimate at another local shop. My son suggested that I go to Caliber. It was a great suggestion. I made an appointment. Dustin met me when I brought my car. Dustin was very friendly and also professional. He listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each one. Caliber worked closely with the other party's insurance. When the work was approved, Dustin contacted me to set up a time to bring my car in for repair. When I arrived to drop off the car, Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Dustin communicated very well and even anticipated my concerns. Working with the other party's insurer, the even set up a rental. The work was done on time. Meanwhile, Dustin kept me updated. When I arrived today to pick up my car, it looked fantastic. The repair was done to perfection. As my son says, "Caliber is the only way to go." read more

Just got my car back from Caliber and Joe was in charge of getting my car taken care of. He did a great job and was always willing to answer my questions and gave me updates on my car. Thank you! read more

Incompetent doesnt even begin to describe them. Geico asked me to go to this shop to get my car photographed after a small accident. I went to the appointment only to get surprised a week an a half later by geico asking me to go since i "missed" my appointment, after a couple of phone calls caliber collision said i never went. So i go again to a second appointment. The guy promises me they will get it right this time. Low and behold i decided to call geico a day after my appointment and guess what? They apparently lost the pictures, AGAIN. If they cant even handle taking some pics and delivering them to my insurance, no way in hell am i trusting them to fix any damage on my cars. read more

I had my vehicle repaired at this caliber location a couple months ago and I will say I am still very satisfied with the repairs! These guys know what they're talking about and know exactly what needs to be done to get the job done right. I would most definitely be coming back for any future repairs. Their service advisor Jose Aguilera was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired on my vehicle. This is by far the best caliber location I've visited! Thank you caliber Valencia ! read more

I walked in for an estimate today. I don't know if I want to go through insurance, but Jose Aguilera was helpful and attentive. I will be bringing my vehicle back to this caliber location. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the repair process. 10/10 recommend read more

Im not one to post review but I had a friend come out here for an estimate on her car and she had highly recommended Jose Aguilera. So I went out for an estimate since I wanted to see if I could get a better estimate on my own car. Among many shops I went to; Jose was very easy to work with and made the process simple to understand. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Went to this location due to the outstanding reviews...this place did not disappoint!!! Had the pleasure of having Carlos as my service advisor. Carlos kept me informed throughout the time my vehicle was being repaired and notified me if any minor issues arose. The craftsmanship and attention to detail this shop exhibit are beyond outstanding. Color matching paint from a 10 year old vehicle that mainly sees the sun must have been difficult but Caliber made it happen!!! Although there was a minor issue both the shop and I did not catch, Caliber (and Carlos) took care of it hassle-free, exemplifying their loyalty to excellence and customer service. Thank you Carlos and Caliber Collision for making my experience a pleasurable one!!! If I should ever need auto collision repair again in the future (hopefully not), I will not hesitate to contact Caliber Collision first. Great Job!!! read more

Don is the best! I got backed into in my little Chevy Cobalt sedan by a pick up truck, and pretty badly damaged while the vehicle at fault looked untouched. (Of course) The work required to fix my vehicle included getting a brand new front bumper, headlight, and sanding/repainting of the hood. Everything that was done to my car was completed so pristinely and with such attention to detail! Don even recommended to me and helped me to get the second headlight replaced right away! Since it wasn't affected by the accident, but didn't match the new one well because it was so old. Thank you again Don! read more

A car rear ended me in Oct! I was referred to Caliber by insurance company and had great service a few years before but not this time. Car was sent to caliber for back bumper and back door repairs. I got my car back in December, paint job was horrible, plastic still stuck on car, while driving back door made noise and wind was coming in. I contacted caliber talked to joe service adviser he apologized was really nice. A few days later they provided me with a rental and picked up my car via tow truck. About a week later I got my car back but realized my back window was replaced and my windshield has cracks. Again I contacted Joe, they were apologetic and said they would take care of my windshield. Caliber sent a window repair guy to my house who after inspecting my car advised me there's no way to repair windshield it will need to be replaced. Also After asking about my back window I was informed it broke when caliber replaced back door. now they want to replace my windshield with after market and my back window was also replaced with after market without my authorization... it's now January I still have cracks on my windshield and few chips on hood. This process has been a nightmare and I will never use or recommend Caliber Collision again! read more

Unprofessional and careless shop to say the least. I brought them an M3 for some pretty straight forward repairs and ended up having to take it to another shop to fix what these guys did.Besides sloppy and careless paint and body work they got overspray on all 4 wheels.I've had experience with a lot of body shops and If you are a detailed oriented person and care about how your car looks , please take it somewhere else. read more

Nothing but great things here. All their staff members were very welcoming and were able to help me out the day after I called. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and literally by Monday morning my car was already done. Carlos is the man, he kept me updated with the process , gave me a great estimated time for completion (he said 1week and a half but it was more like 3 business days) and when picking it up I was surprised with a car wash and inside detailing. If I could give 10 stars I would. read more

I'm glad that this was one of the shops my insurance works with. I dropped my car off with ease and friendly customer service. From the front desk gal to my service advisor. I was assigned with Joe. He was nothing but the best. He kept me updated about my car and when I picked up my car, it was washed and detailed! Wow! Didn't expect that. I've been to other shops before but this was the first one that actually detailed the car (washed, vacuumed, and everything!). I would recommend anyone who needs to get their car fixed and not have added headache since bringing your car to the shop is already a headache. Thanks Caliber Collision! read more

Recently had a repair of a hole ripped in the tail-end of my 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E. Because it's fully electric, on which not all CC locations are equipped to work, rather than to the one closest to our home, we took it here (Valencia.) Because, the Mach E is so new, it can take longer to get parts, but we were able to get in and out in like a week and you'd never be able to tell it was ever damaged! I'm very critical, but Carlos, our service manager, took care of everything! This was a repair covered by auto insurance, so N/A on the value monetarily. But, any repair work I have on my car is only really worth the cost if I cannot tell that it's ever been repaired/damaged. The car looks like new, so! read more

Great service by Carlos, he was amazing! Car looked just like new! Would absolutely recommend him. Professional, communicative, and timely!

Shoutout to Stephane B , Jose and the rest of crew involved in repair of my 2022 Mazda CX5. They are a designated Geico shop and my car was first inspected by Jose and after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to drop off my car. They did everything right in terms of quality paint job (a very jealous person keyed my brand new Mazda) and promised time frame. I strongly recommend them. read more
