So i was involved in a hit and run and of course i went with CC through my insurance. As it was i've been handling this for my mother to take the hassle off of her. I've been given numerous "completion" dates throughout the process and the mechanic handling the repairs didn't contact me for a whole week to tell me he was sick and behind schedule. Not only that, because of the delay i no longer have my rental and have to wait, ANOTHER week for the car to be finished and he is going to be gone for the next half of the following week. It has costed me both my vocational hours and sick hours for my car to be done yet it's going to take another week. I was told on friday 2/10 (same day as rental return) that my car would be done by mid this week (2/15). 3/7 Updated - So after waiting a few weeks after getting my car finished, i ended up having my radio not repaired and was told quote on quote "honestly dude just buy one they are really cheap like 80 bucks" as well as loud cracking whenever i turn my car. That wasn't happening before and now it is. My horn doesn't work either. Regarding my steering when I told them about it and they said it's just "an imbalance with my ball joint" and said it'll just "go away". Of course, once i posted my previous review, The manager called me with his personal number butthurt and said he couldn't "trust me" and said "i'm trying to do you a favor". Honestly just thinking about taking this up with the BAR. Very disappointed and sad Management. Should be embarrassed you have to reach out with your personal number just for being butthurt. read more

In 2018/2019, my Ford fiesta ST was damaged at the Rear Driver-side quarter panel in an accident. I took my car to Caliber and my experience from start to finish was amazing. Customer service and the repairs on my vehicle were exceptional. I recommended Caliber to all my friends. October 20, 2022: my Honda Civic front bumper was side swiped by another vehicle, causing damage to the front left fender and driver-assist sensing unit. From the beginning communication was non existent. Whenever I contacted them, I would receive false information, giving me estimated dates that came and went. Then, defaulting to no given dates at all. Whenever I pressed for info, they defaulted to "Covid" as an excuse. I had to reach out to the Insurance Rep. to address the issues and get the repairs complete. I finally got my car back around December 7. The front left fender was not replaced. Only the front bumper and affected components. Meanwhile, I'm driving around a visibly damaged vehicle. I will be taking my car to another shop and dealing with Caliber through the Insurer case manager and alternate means. I cannot stress enough how horrible my experience with Caliber has been. read more
