If you need your car repaired go to Anza Caliber. They are great! They keep you up to date on progress and their work is awesome

CARLOS at Caliber Collision on Anza dr., Valencia was very kind to help immediately with my car. I showed him the scratch I had just recently gotten and he was quick to check it out and fix it for me. I highly recommend this place and asking for CARLOS. I will definitely be coming back to him again. Thank you again carlos !!! Much appreciated read more

So I needed to get my car repaired and found that the Caliber Collision off of Anza was a preferred body shop by my insurance so I initiated the process. After some hiccups to start, Danny the manager and Don, made sure to put the customer first (me) and did all that they could to resolve the issues and now have a super happy customer! It really makes the difference when a company values their customers which is one of the main qualities that I look for in terms of where and who to spend my hard earned money with. So thank you Danny and Don for your service and great customer service skills and appreciation! At the end of the day I would recommend this Caliber location and would also, although I hope I never need to, bring my business back here again. Kuddos to Don and Danny for earning a happy customer! read more

Courteous staff, great quality work with a quick turnaround! Thank you for leaving my car like new.

Good customer service. Stephanie at the front desk was very polite and answered all my questions.

My Volvo was rear-ended on the 5 south L.A. and it was a high hit, but was still stressed AF because I just didn't think it was salvageable. Joe at Calliber Collision was FANTASTIC! THE TEAM WAS FANTASTIC! Very helpful, very patient with me, picked me up from my house to the shop when it was ready, and even had it cleaned and looking new when I picked it up. It looks perfect, everything works perfectly, and couldn't be happer. Stellar job and experience all the way around. Go to Calliber Collision if you need the best! read more

Hi Everyone, If you have a brand new car stay away from this place. The quality of work at this shop is nonexistent. My brand new 2021 Hyundai Palisade came back to me with more damage than what I originally left it with. Additionally, I got it back with a botched paint job. I'm now working with my insurance company to fix the damages caused by this shop. Stay away! I will also be getting a lawyer. They took the pride and joy I had for my new car. read more

I've brought my car into this Caliber Collision twice now. Both times were great. They are very easy to get ahold of, and easy to arrange appointments on your own time. Both times my car returned to me looking brand new. Don helped me out both times and he is super thorough and helps you understand the process. Returning the rental was also a breeze. I got my car back quickly, and they make sure to keep you updated on everything. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, especially Don. If you ever have a problem with the way your car turns out, they prioritize your satisfaction and will make sure they fix the problem. I love how my car looks, thank you Caliber and thank you Don:) read more

I don't understand why they would release an unsafe vehicle to me. Putting me and my family in danger. Alignment is all out of whack. Whomever gave the okay to release my truck does not GFA about his job. I'd rather you keep it another month or two, versus putting me in an unsafe vehicle. But I'm the crazy one, not the Caliber Collision employee that gave the okay to release an unsafe vehicle. read more

I found myself in need of an auto repair shop due to the side air bags in my vehicle deploying. Crazy experience, but I am glad I got the "hint" from my adjuster to look into this repair shop. From the first contact to the last, they have been performing at a 5 Star level. Nancy helped me get my vehicle towed and updated me upon arrival. Jose' is "Da Man". From beginning to end (with a air handshake), He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and some of the challenges. Totally upfront and clear in every situation. Things took a little longer than expected, but I was always informed as to why. If you find yourself in need of a auto repair, then I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks Caliber Collision for all of the help. read more

My wife's car got rear-ended and my insurance company gave me this shop as one of the body repair shop options. Not my first choice but the yelp reviews helped me decide and my original choice of body shop is not available thru my insurance. Normally I don't drop names when reviewing a place but this experience left me no choice. My service advisor, Jose, at first meeting seemed like a stand-up guy and I'm in good hands. But it seems that this is only a fascade... 04/05/21 Dropped-off car for repairs to Jose who promised he will take care of everything and keep me updated on the repairs. Repairs estimated to be completed in two weeks. Method of update is via text message and the first couple days was going well with timely update. Only problem is it's very difficult to get a hold of him. Whenever I call, he is always not available and when I leave a message for him to call me back, he did not return the call. He doesn't seem very responsive or timely when getting back to a customer, at least in my case. I had called to get an estimate for an additional repair that will not be covered by insurance, he told me he'll get back to me. Waited a few days, never got a call back. I had to call him again to get the answers and this delay put the repair completion several days back. 04/30/21 Came to pick-up the car. The body work and all repairs completed except for the chrome exhaust tip (cosmetic part). Jose told me that the part is back-ordered for a couple weeks and that he didn't want to keep the car in the shop just because of the exhaust tip. Car is drivable and he would give me a call when the part arrives and they will install it. Upon driving home, noticed that the rear right brake lights wasn't working. Called him and he advise to bring it back on Monday 05/03/21 to have it checked. 05/03/21 Came by around noon. Prior to coming back, I have the car serviced and asked the dealer to do some inspection. Dealer tech advised that the wiring to the right rear brake light needs to be replace 05/21/21 Called for backordered parts 06/22/21 Rescheduled. Jose canceled the day before something came up. Rescheduled to 6/29/21. 06/29/21 Arrived at 8:30AM. I asked for Jose. Male receptionist replied that he is not there. I asked if he know what time will he be in. He did not know. I told him that I was there to drop off my car to complete the repairs. He looked into his computer and said that I wasn't in the system. At this point I was getting upset and voiced my displeasure of their service. Female from the office comes out and tells me he will get the manager. She returns and she comes back with Jose (she says "oh i found "him") with a smirk on his face. Hand him over the keys and ask him how long it will take. He says they'll get working on it and will let me know. Just a little after 1:30PM and have not heard from Jose about the status of the repair. I call their office and was told Jose wasn't available. I asked if he could find out of my car was ready for pickup to which he replies that It's under Jose's care so he doesn't know. I gave him my info to have Jose call me back. Jose calls back 10 minutes later and informed me that it is not ready and that I would have to leave the car with them and pickup the next day. I told him that was unacceptable as we need the car for work. Tells me he will make some calls and get right back to me. He calls back around 2:30PM to tell me that the other issues were repaired but the main one isn't done. That the shop who is suppose to install the exhaust pipe is very busy couldn't get the job done today. I asked if I can have the part and if it's something I can do myself. He offers to schedule for another time and at this point I told him I don't have the luxury of going back and forth and nothing gets done. I told him I'll leave it as it is. Forget about the exhaust. Jose apologizes and gave me his personal cell # and promises to make it right. Texted to exchange # and let me know he'll be in touch. 07/08/21 Nine days later and have not heard back from Jose.... 12/10/21 Still have not heard back or even a follow up.... So they have my parts. Unfinished worked that the insurance has fully paid for for many months already....How can you do business this way?!?!? read more

If you want to pickup your car like it was coming off the showroom floor, then take it to Armin & Justin at Caliber Collison in Valencia, CA. I walked in to pay cash for a dent in my truck and was made to wait 25 min while they helped several customers that walked in after me who wanted to go through insurance. When I was finally helped, I expressed my frustration to Joe, his response was maybe I should go somewhere else. Plenty of auto body places in Santa Clarita that want your business. Won't be going back to this one. So I decided that it wasn't fair to write a scathing review if I didn't give them a chance to fix it. I called and spoke to the manager, informing him of my experience. He apologized profusely, asked for a second chance, and promised to get back to me mon with a fair quote. I never heard back from him. My intent was to bump this up a few stars just for him trying to fix it, but he failed almost as badly as joe. At least he was polite though. My review stands at 1 Star! I ended up going to dent man and had an amazing experience. Highly recommend. read more

Zero ownership of damages to vehicle while in their possession! Beware! Look elsewhere for your automotive repair needs. Currently in the process of taking Caliber to small claims court over damages to my car that arose while in their possession (unrelated to my repair) at this location. Caliber then instructed me to take the car on my own time for diagnosis and then contacted the 3rd party shop to try and have them walk back on the diagnosis/blame on them for the damages (this has to be illegal!?). You've been warned! DO NOT USE CALIBER, LOOK ELSEWHERE. read more

I had my car taken here in the beginning of March. Initially I would have given 5 stars, initially communication was easy, fast and my car was done in no more than 3 weeks and it looked beautiful and brand new. In the weeks after I noticed many small flaws, wind and water getting in my car and my tail light goes out every couple of weeks now. Communication went down hill I don't get calls back I'm placed on hold all the time it's been more than a weekly chore to call for issues that should have been repaired. I've called and taken it in to get these issues fixed but sent home multiple times. I've been told they don't have my part after giving them 3 weeks to get it in and my other repairs are being delayed due to that part. Now nearing 2+ months after my repair and wind and water are still getting in my car I'm sure causing further damage and my tail light is out again. I've been thoroughly disappointed in the services here read more
