Repeat great performance! Nothing less than "Outstanding" review for the Huff Brothers (Dustin & Justin), and the entire crew of Caliber Collision. Quality work, courteous staff, friendly drivers (Isaiah & Daniel), willingness to offer rental/loaner car at their own expense, and charged us $0.00 at the end of the day. That was the icing on the cake and "feather on the hat", so to speak. My wife and I are thinking to ourselves, "How can you top that kind of customer service?" Your shop has definitely exceeded our expectations, time and time again (for the 4th time) doing business with Dustin & Justin. Both of you are truly great assets to your business and the community you serve, overall. Your customer service is the epitome and should be the golden standard & yardstick for which all business endeavors should be measured and emulated. Thank you very much Caliber Collision. Kudos and continue to rock!! :-) Sincerely, Ben B. read more

My car had severe damage from a crate that flew out of a truck on the freeway. I brought it in the next day. They kept me up to date on all progress. I picked up my car today and everything was done perfectly! I was even able to drop off my rental car to them. I highly recommend them for any repairs. read more

After 30 years of paying car insurance I finally had to make a claim. So I guess I'm even? With AAA? I chose Caliber Collision because it was on the list of body shops suggested by my insurance and was closest to my home. (Probably the two top reasons why people choose a body shop.) Garrett was my estimator and turned it around in less than 15 minutes. They worked well with my insurance company -- probably why they're on the suggested list. The work was done in a week. It was excellent. Like a new car. They even washed and detailed. I have no complaints and lots of compliments. Will definitely come back here when I get rear ended again. Let's hope I never come back here. read more

Some time ago I was rear ended and took my vehicle to Caliber Collision in N. Hollywood, as I had previously had the best of service by Mr. Anthony Pérez and his team! Recently, again I was hit, and without hesitation, I decided to take it back to Caliber Collision. However, Mr. Perez had been moved to a new location: Santa Clarita!!! This did not deter me though!'Living in Van Nuys, I gladly took the pleasant drive north to his new location! After a quick one-week repair, I again am very pleased! Not only because of Mr. Perez but now in addition, Mr. Joseph Hammond offered the best of service: He was equally customer-service oriented, pleasant, honest, thorough and attentive. Just as in the past, there is no doubt that this Caliber Collision, Mr. Perez and his fellow team mates is where I shall continue going! Where customer service reigns, that is where I go! read more

Worst body shop ever !! Gave them another chance just to find out they never put back my wheel lock socket and when they put on wheel hub they didn't put spring that holds it in right (they lost both and denied it). Complaint to my insurance company but they are bad as well, Safeco (don't insure with them) I went to this shop because they were one of the insurances guaranteed shop. But almost a year later nobody has replaced my wheel socket or spring (no spring and center hub falls off). They don't accept responsibility when they mess up or don't do something right !! And then manager worst asshole there is (ARMEN) Has employees lie and say he's not there and then when I finally get a hold of him he says "what you want me to do about it ? " No professionalism or even decent human respect at all. I will be contacting corporate and better business bureau. Not to mention most good reviews are fake !! Look at them. First reviews from people who just signed up and people they ask like me (before they screwed me) to please write them a good review. Worst body shop and customer service ever !! read more

My car was finished at the time they said it would be. It's like the accident never happened. They took care of everything, including calling the rental car place and returning the rental car for me. The car was was cleaned inside and out. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. read more

I made an appointment a week in advance. I showed up to their shop and they said they didn't have me in their system. They said they were backed up and would only have an opening for me in a week. Their excuse was that the insurance company didn't send over the claim information. Never mind that I made the appointment myself! I asked what if I made the appointment and didn't have insurance? They said that "customer pays" would have to show up in person and get on their schedule. Meanwhile, I had to cancel my car rental. I am NOT going to take my car back there in a week. I will find another body shop, even if I have to wait longer than a week because these guys do not deserve the business. Gross incompetence and a horrible way to treat a customer. read more

The process was quick and painless best service I have received in a long time. Highly recommended

Joe Hammond worked with me on some repairs and was great through the process. He was very communicative and they got my car back a few days earlier than expected as well. Work looks great and was a very seamless experience with my insurance as well. I would go back. read more

Brought my vehicle here due to a recent claim. Dustin was wonderful! He walked me through the entire process and explain how long it would be for my vehicle to be returned back to me. Very grateful for the wonderful customer service provided by this location! If I ever have to have work done on my vehicle again I'm coming right back here. Thank you! read more

I brought my car to this location for repairs post car accident and the process was a breeze. The staff was excellent with communication from the start and I'm so happy with the results of the repairs on my car. Had the entire back side of my car smashed in from the accident and Caliber left my car looking brand new. I recommended this Caliber shop to all my friends and family. Thank you Caliber for your outstanding service! read more

I was in a car accident had my 3 kids with me called caliber and they had my car towed in very quickly. The guy was very nice and accommodating. I was recently in a small accident brought my car to Calliber Collision. Im extremely cautious of social distancing being safe with the pandemic. When I picked up my car the staff was extremely respectful and all very professional. They all wore masks. Great service. I would recommend them and return. read more

This was my first time ever going to a body shop, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but caliber did not disappoint. The team was friendly and efficient. The girl at the front desk was super nice and helpful, and Justin kept me updated every step of the way. I dropped my car off on a Monday and had it back by Friday. I received a call Tuesday and Thursday and was presented a clear explanation of what to expect throughout the process. Lastly and maybe most importantly, my car looks brand new. They did such an awesome job on the repair. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hopefully I won't need to go back to a body shop anytime soon, but I will absolutely be going back to caliber if I ever do need to. You will not be disappointed! read more

My 3rd visit with Caliber on Anza & they've done excellent work with great service every time. This time my car door was damaged by wind during one of the rainstorms. I was not in a rush to get it fixed until the window would not go back up & the next day's forecast was rain. I called Don who was already in the process of doing an estimate & he told me to bring the car in immediately. I appreciated his quick response & understanding of my situation. He kept me well informed of the progress & made sure the repair was done with completeness. Highly recommend Caliber on Anza! read more

If you want it fixed right don't take it here !! Very unprofessional and manager ARMEN really a piece. Took my 100k Benz in here and came out with more scratches and dents then went in. Try to talk to manager ARMEN to see what was going on and pretty much told me car was like that and then went on to insult me and told me next time take my business elsewhere. Trust me I will !! I will be calling my insurance company and let them know whole situation as well as corporate office of caliber. This place doesn't deserve business with attitude like that. So many other choices for body shops in Santa Clarita, don't waste your time here. You will regret it like I did. They will damage your car and then deny it. 0 stars if I could, don't take my word for it, look at other REAL reviews, not fake ones they ask people to post like they tied to ask me !! They must be freaking kidding me !! read more

When we picked up our car, we noticed the car seat camera was missing. When it was brought to their attention, they took zero accountability! I will never use this repair shop again! read more

This is a long overdue stellar review of Caliber Collision. My husband had been rear ended 3 times in the span of 1 year commuting to work on the 405. The first 2 accidents were minor and quite easily fixed. The last time he was hit caused major damage to the rear of his vehicle. Our insurance company recommend Caliber to us and I'm so glad they did. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and saved us a lot of back and forth. The repair took some time but Armen and his team did a great job of communicating timelines and letting us know if there were going to be any delays. Looking at my husband's car, you would have NO IDEA any work was done or that is had been damaged. Looks like new! Highly recommend! read more

Top Notch! Jose was fantastic... he called me regularly with updates, and was always willing to go above and beyond every step of the way. I'm a picky customer -- really wanted to make sure everything was done to perfection -- and he never lost patience with me. I've never had a positive experience like this from any other body shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. Their communication skills are excellent, and they really treated me right. Their attention to detail is exactly what a body shop should have. They even coordinated the car's pickup with me, so they would have it washed just in time. Then, when I couldn't get a ride there, they brought the car to me! Again, top-notch. These days, service like this is a rarity. Much appreciated. read more

Outstanding service and superior customer service. My car was recently in a car accident and that event alone was very hard on my family. However the workers at Caliber went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They kept us up to date on each step of the way , they helped to make sure that our cost were low and reasonable . The overall experience was very refreshing especially in this particular time . read more

If you want your car to be repaired quickly, then this is your shop. AAA sent me here to have my car repaired. From day one, this place was great! Garrett was the employee I dealt with, and he did a fantastic job. He went over everything with me when I dropped my car off, told me he'd get it done as quickly as possible (and he did), and kept me in the loop the entire time with text messages and a phone call. Him, and the other employees who worked on my car did an awesome job. You can't even tell I was rear ended. Car looks brand new! Another great part of my experience here, is my car was cleaned inside and out. They did a full detail of my car. It was so so nice of them! Thanks for making my experience a great one! I'd for sure use this place again! read more

As someone that's always worked in customer service, my first reaction of a place is always how they treat people. Greeted when I walk in, acknowledgement as soon as possible and educating me on why things needs to be fixed. This is what I got as soon as I walked in. Armen not only made me feel like I have been a regular customer for years but he also explained everything to me from start to finish. I highly recommend coming to this shop. I know I'm never taking my car anywhere else! Thank you for your amazing service! read more

CHOP SHOP!! nothing but a good ol' fashion chop shop. Buyer beware of the bait and switch and the lousy customer service for an insurance claim. I hate body shops. I've either been ripped off or lied to, so I was hesitant, but my friend was insistent aNd I'm so glad I went. Armen gave me a better deal thAn 2 other auto body shops. He noticed my child seat and asked about my kids and we shared stories about our daughters. He made sure I got my car in half the time compared to the estimated time the other shops gave me. Car runs great and body looks better than before. Thanks ARMEN and Caliber Collision!! read more

I've been in only 2 accidents in my life that required auto body work and both times I've used Calliber collision. This last time I used the one in Valencia cause it was closer to my work. Kimberly is AMAZING, honestly the best customer service I've ever had anywhere at any business. I work and Hollywood and couldn't get back into town till about 5:45 PM and hertz (with whom I had a reservation) wouldn't pick me up and I'd have to wait another whole day and try again. Kimberly called enterprise for me, reserved a new car, called the insurance company on my behalf to request the change, and took my car in that night. All of this with about 10 minutes left before they close. She saved me so much hassle. And the work on the car was great too, good as new. read more
