I was referred to caliber by State Farm. I was involved in an accident and I took my car here from the beginning to the end Kenneth was extremely helpful. They brought me home after I was a nervous wreck because of the accident. And my car looks great! It was even done a day earlier. I definitely recommend the customer service is great. read more

I just called Caliber, spoke with a person named "Fernando" about getting my Mercedes fender repaired and painted under insurance. I had some questions about what the difference was between other body shops and Caliber when it comes to handling Mercedes Benz to other US cars. I asked where he's located approx. and he said he doesn't know because he's a new employee. He answered other basic questions I had. I then wanted to reset my appointment so he said OK, hold on. He came back on and said "he won't be able to meet or manage my expectations" so he will not be able to help me repair my car. A week later I called back and this time he said his name was now Trent when I asked him if he remembered the conversation. Why he had a different name this call is beyond me but he said he remembers conversation. I asked him why he can't meet my customer expectations he simply repeated "I feel we can't manage your expectations." I repeated my question 3-4 more times requesting specifically what details of his work will not meet my expectation. He replied each time with "I can't manage your expectations." He was unapologetic ... he simply would not say what aspects of his work are not able to meet my expectations as a customer. I get worried when a company is evasive and will not answer simple questions regarding "Meeting Customer Expectations" or lack confidence to excel at simple tasks such I had which was a fender replacement & paint it so that they reject business. read more

Had a small problem with my gas cover and Chris fixed it up real quick for me. Everyone is super nice and good customer service here.

Caliber stepped up to ensure my car was done right. It took a little longer but the end result was worth it. We are happy with the final repairs. Thank you! read more

When my car was hit I took my car here and the staff couldn't be more condescending and rude. Specifically Jason. The quality of the repair was poor and they had my car for 2 months. They added additional damage, had to repaint previously undamaged portions because they scratched it while in the shop. They broke my gas flap, scratched my glass windows and promised delivery days numerous times and never followed through. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have issues I need fixed and I'm hesitant to bring it back for them to fix their mistakes because I have so little confidence and them and can't stand their customer service. read more

I was in a hit and run accident at the end of January which left myself and my car in a sticky situation. I had used caliber many year prior to this and when it was time to pick a shop and I saw them on my list I was happy and ready to go. The customer service there is top notch and they were able to get me in pretty quick. I worked with Kenny who was patient and helped explain everything that needed to be done and what my time frames were looking like. I knew with part delays it could take several weeks, I was able to get a rental, but Kenny made it a point to not only stay in contact but he gave me options for what kind of parts I wanted and went above and beyond calling local shops when a part we needed was backordered for WEEKS! Overall my repair took a little over 2 weeks. When I came for my pick up, Kenny had taken care of a busted light and had my car looking better than ever! Fast forward now, my car was garaged for several weeks after my repair due to me being out of town. When I came back I had noticed that a small area of paint on my front bumper looked a bit funky and after a few more days I noticed that it had split. I reached back out to caliber and spoke with Anna who got me in super fast to see the shops GM Trenton. Trenton came out and looked at the area I was talking about and with the paint being under warranty said that he would take care of it no issue. It is SO important to me to have genuine, authentic and reliable service and caliber just goes above and beyond. Trenton set me up to have my car in the shop while I'm out of town and has made sure that this process has been nothing but smooth for all parties. I cannot give enough praise to this business, seriously the place to go for all your car repair needs. read more

I bought a new car and within the first 3 months it was rear-ended in a parking lot. I selected Caliber because it was recommended by my insurance company. After the repair to the rear of the car, I had some wind noise. Caliber found the source and fixed it better than new. There are so many technical details in autobody repair, Caliber provided master craftsmen work to resolve what was a tricky problem. They never shied away from helping me. I cannot recommend them more highly, because I have seen firsthand the deep knowledge and customer service they provide. I can't thank them enough. I have my new car back and I am over the moon. read more

I leave my car in LA when I'm not there and of course somebody else used it and damaged the front molding under the bumper. Not having been to a body shop before I was of course nervous. Not only were the staff super nice and professional, they actually took my car and fixed it in about 15 minutes, which required popping the molding back in and also replacing screws that had been torn out. They then said, "no charge, it would take us more time to write the invoice than it took us to repair the car." Rare to find such nice and honest people, and I will definitely return should I face future issues. I'm just super impressed and relieved. read more

I recently purchased a used Lexus. I took it to my mechanic to look it over and he told me that it had a lot of body damage, which really worried my. I stopped by Caliber at 4:50 on a Monday. Even though it was nearly closing time, Christopher Ruelas took 20 minutes looking over my car. He told me that the car did not have any significant damage, but a lot of small dings and dents. when the undercarriage shield on my car spontaneously detached from under my car on the freeway I was in need of repair. Took the car to caliber and they were able to quote me a price for the part and order it ahead. Had a little back side scrape on my car from a parking lot and the local car dealer recommended Caliber. I live quite a distance away but I trusted their recommendation. Glad they did. The work was done relatively quickly in a few days and now looks flawless -- almost better than before the car was hit! Also, they did a much needed thorough interior and exterior wash so I picked up the car better than ever and was happy. Everything was super convenient from check-in and pick-up. They were also easy to work with getting me into and out of a rental car. I really liked what little I saw of the facilities. It's a big complex and has a great reputation. Why take a car to a lesser shop even to save and be disappointed forever with the results. Hope to not have vehicle body damage any time in the near or distant future but will definitely drag any vehicle needing it to Caliber. read more

My son had an auto accident, and the other party carried Geico insurance. They sent us to Caliber Collision to handle the repairs. I was absolutely blown away by how easy they made the entire process. My son had already sent photos of the damage online. When I arrived they were expecting me. They promptly verified the damages and the repairs they were going to do. They had a rental car all ready for me. They asked me how often I wanted to be updated of their progress. And then before I left they gave me a bag of popcorn! They did keep me apprised of their progress; and the repairs were completed early. Again, they were waiting for me when I arrived to pick up the car. Before I left we reviewed the repairs -- which I must say far exceeded my expectations. Also they cleaned the car. They even handled returning the rental car to Enterprise (since I arrived after business hours). My son was really impressed with the repairs: the car looked like new. And I was so impressed with the whole experience. This is my new favorite auto body repair shop. Unfortunately I forgot the names of most of the wonderful people who work at Caliber Collision in TO. I know there was Monica, and I think Jason. I don't remember the other names, but to all of you who work there, thank you, you were all excellent! read more

My experience at Caliber Collision of thousand oaks was a peace of mind! Go. See. Jason!!!! He's the best! He took every call I made. I never once left a voicemail for him to call me back. He answered every question I had. He listened to every concern I had including asking for my car to be done Sooner rather than later and he got it back to me two days early than scheduled. His customer service was top notch regardless. But especially during Covid, he really went above and beyond. He let me know that with the pandemic there could be delays getting parts.
