My experience with Caliber Collision was truly exceptional, thanks to Josh, the General Manager. What distinguished Josh was his genuine care and personal attention, not only to the repairs covered by GEICO but also to the additional work I wanted completed while my car was being repaired. Josh demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to excellence and took great pride in ensuring that every detail was addressed with precision and care. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and exceptionally detail-oriented. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another customer or a number. I received excellent service from Jason and the team at Caliber Collision. It is obviously stressful to have your car repaired following a collision, but from the very beginning Jason made the process so much easier. He kept me updated frequently regarding the status of my car and explained everything very patiently. He went way above and beyond to help me get my car returned in a timely manner. This included him dealing with my insurance company, the car rental company, and the dealership for a mechanical issue that turned out to be unrelated to the accident. I recommend Caliber Collision without hesitation. read more

I was referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance company for automotive bumber repair work and I have to say that the people here know how to listen to their customers. And that, to me, engenders client loyalty. Upon walking in, I was greeted by smiling, friendly faces and the service advisor I was assigned to was Amir. He walked me out to my vehicle to inspect it, listened to what I wanted, and gave me a quote and time frame. I received my car on time and looking even better than before my fender bender! I am an artist and I can say that their autobody repair craftsmanship and attention to detail is superb. On top of that, Amir kept me up to date with the repairs or if there were any changes, so I had absolutely no surprises. Great professionals in customer care as well as in automotive body repair has definitely won my loyalty. read more

Let me start by setting the stage. I'm a detail oriented car enthusiast who has extremely high standards for service and quality. Especially when it comes to my cars. I had the unfortunate incident where a 16 year old new driver backed into my BMW in a parking lot. Got my rear bumper pretty good. Things happen and actually felt bad for the kid. He had Farmers insurance and so I wanted to work with a local certified BMW repair facility that was included in the Farmers network. Usually I would work with a shop I have experience with but Caliber Collision was the only shop on the list so I decided to visit the shop and qualify them before making a decision. This is where I met Trisha W. She was the service advisor who would be assigned to my case. I could quickly tell that she not only knew what she was talking about but was also very detail oriented and made me feel comfortable in the first 5 minutes talking to her. She spoke my language. She earned my trust and I turned over my keys. It's rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Trisha was very communicative and not only pushing to get the car done timely but more important pushing to get everything done right. Down to taking care of little details like ordering new BMW parts as needed and making sure the car was done perfect. Down to custom BMW emblems, car wrap and ceramic coating on the car. She handled it all. Made it perfect. I'm highlighting Trisha's performance but also must mentioned everyone in the shop who touched the car and/or provided a service. Top quality along every step. A+. Caliber has earned my trust. In fact have another new 2024 BMW that I'm taking in next week to repair a scratch from a shopping cart. Big or small job Caliber is a shop I recommend if you are detail oriented like me! read more

They were recommended by Farmers Insurance. I highly recommend Caliber. They are a direct repair facility so you don't have to wait for an adjuster to approve repairs. The last time I brought my car in , I had brasnvh marks left from bushes when I drove through and In and Out burger and my tire went over the curb. Fernando Diaz told me that he could have his detail person just polish the marks out and there would be no charge. This integrity goes s long easy with me. "DISRUPTING THE RHYTHM OF YOUR LIFE" My wife and I have had great experiences at multiple Caliber locations. Our insurance provider recently moved us to this one and WOW... what a difference. I dealt with a Service Advisor named Omar Martinez and abysmal can't even describe it. This guy truly doesn't give a s**t... and on top of that doesn't give a s**t if you know he doesn't give a s**t.
