Let me start by setting the stage. I'm a detail oriented car enthusiast who has extremely high standards for service and quality. Especially when it comes to my cars. I had the unfortunate incident where a 16 year old new driver backed into my BMW in a parking lot. Got my rear bumper pretty good. Things happen and actually felt bad for the kid. He had Farmers insurance and so I wanted to work with a local certified BMW repair facility that was included in the Farmers network. Usually I would work with a shop I have experience with but Caliber Collision was the only shop on the list so I decided to visit the shop and qualify them before making a decision. This is where I met Trisha W. She was the service advisor who would be assigned to my case. I could quickly tell that she not only knew what she was talking about but was also very detail oriented and made me feel comfortable in the first 5 minutes talking to her. She spoke my language. She earned my trust and I turned over my keys. It's rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Trisha was very communicative and not only pushing to get the car done timely but more important pushing to get everything done right. Down to taking care of little details like ordering new BMW parts as needed and making sure the car was done perfect. Down to custom BMW emblems, car wrap and ceramic coating on the car. She handled it all. Made it perfect. I'm highlighting Trisha's performance but also must mentioned everyone in the shop who touched the car and/or provided a service. Top quality along every step.
