    I just picked up my 2017 Kia Forte from Caliber Collision in Thousand Oaks, CA after road damage last week, when debris bounced off a truck in front of me and crashed into the front bumper and underside of my car. My insurance company was aligned with Caliber Collision and arranged for me to drop it off SAME day. Within a quick week and a half, I just returned to pick up my fully restored car. I'm feeling uplifted that it looks like it's brand new again. As an unexpected courtesy, they entirely detailed the car inside and out, so it looks new again! Additionally, their repair costs for an entirely new bumper, spoiler, and undercarriage liner replacement came in MUCH lower than I would've expected out of a premier repair shop. They had outstanding customer service, not only in the shop treating me like I was THE most important person to walk through their doors, but they gave me regular text updates throughout the entire process. Additionally, since they work closely with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, that picked me up from their shop and drove me to the nearby rental agency, but when I returned the rental car, I only had to drop it off at Caliber Collision and drive my own car straight home, without having to go back to Enterprise for any closeout paperwork. Caliber said they do everything they can to make the repair process as simple and convenient as possible for the client, and they certainly do. I highly recommend them, give them 10 out of a possible 5!

    First pick up, crooked off center emblems. Missed dent to the bottom left of trunk. Missing 2 license plate screws on bottom

    I'm conflicted writing a review because the staff and manager were very nice but car repairs can really be a headache, so it's worth helping someone else out. I took my Audi a4 here after being rear ended. Was told it would take less than 2 weeks. They finished a few days early but within the hour of picking it up I could see both the back emblems were crooked/ off center and a dent in the trunk was missed. The manager was very apologetic quick to try and right the wrong. I had to wait nearly a week to bring it back in for new emblems and an outsourced guy to fix the dent. To me, it was pretty embarrassing and inconvenient driving around knowing how ridiculous it looked for a week. I later noticed the trunk alignment wasn't perfect but was told it can't be 100% Other than needing to bring it back, they returned the car clean on the outside, but the inside was smudged with dust or dirt prints from hands by the window and shoes below when feet are dragged in. Carpet was clean though. There was a pen stain probably from someone's pocket that dragged on my leather seat. Luckily that came out with some scrubbing. Lastly, my license frame is now only held in by 2 screws on the bottom and I assume the top was glued? When I brought the car in, I had all 4. Audi plate frames are unnecessarily complicated but this is totally wrong and if the screw fasteners behind the frame were broken upon removal, then it should have been replaced or at least fixed appropriately. The 4 rings emblem is now straight but about half an inch too low The staff is kind and informative, maybe I just got unlucky with the work done. But I would feel a whole lot more terrible if it were coming directly out of my pocket. For over $6k, it should have been perfect and back to its original form. I'm glad it's all over and that it looks good now. I hope the work holds up. They have a great life time warranty policy. Side note: I also wish I could give 2.5 stars and not just 2 but I guess I don't get that option.

    My contractor backed into my Audi which I normally keep garaged. He hit the door squarely and pretty much destroyed it. As an Audi approved collision center I chose the T.O. location. Jason, my contact at this business has been nothing but professional, communicative and accommodating. I received regular automated text updates from the business along with in between calls from Jason as to what was going on. I've painted 3 custom cars in my day and I found the end result of my repair to be really top notch. The fit and finish of the door, the blending of the color with the original not damaged areas, no over-spray, fish-eyes or pterodactyls. When I picked up my car I found that the replaced door didn't consistently close completely with the same ease as the non damaged passenger door, Jason got me a rental at the shop's expense and they made some adjustments over a day or so. At pick up I still wasn't 100% sold that it was back to normal. Jason, had Greg ( A Mercedes tech) call me who encouraged me to bring the car back and have a different technician take a look at it. I appreciate both these guys going the extra mile even though inside they may be screaming.

First, I was having a fair amount of difficulty with my insurance company to pay my claim. Once Casey assisted me he had it completely resolved within two hours. I had been dealing with my insurance company for ten days. Second, his company had to send the car to Toyota for calibration. The car came back defective. Casey would not let my wife this car until the issue was resolved by Toyota. They did it free of charge. Casey did not want my wife to be stranded. Finally, when the Prius Prime, 2025, was returned back to his shop Casey stayed an additional one half hour as my wife was running late so she could pick up her car and return the rental car. The work on the Prius was perfect. It's beautiful. Casey kept us apprised nearly every day of the progress. I offer them an A+++ for customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship. Thank you! I had the front bumper repainted, and when I picked up the car, I was already disappointed. The finish had orange peel, visible wobbles, and dust trapped inside the paint. Vince Senior convinced me that it was the best he could do, and out of respect for him and because I was planning to sell the car anyway, I decided to accept it. However, things have only gotten worse. The car is driven by my wife, who never even drives on the freeway, and yet the smallest rock chip causes huge chips in the bumper. The car has only been driven about 400 miles, and it already looks like it's been driven 100,000 miles, with chips everywhere from just regular driving on surface streets. I spoke to Vince Junior about how unhappy I was with the paint job, and I told him that the problem is that they're using cheap, low-quality paint that chips way too easily. He tried to tell me that this is normal, but I explained that the bumper didn't look anything like this before the paint job, even with 90,000 miles on it. Now, just 400 miles later, it's a complete mess. At this point, I feel like I have no choice but to warn others and let them know about my experience. I really can't recommend this shop to anyone, and I definitely won't be going back.

Furthermore, because fixing a Tesla vehicles involved lots of red tape from awaiting parts, inspections and so forth, Shawn was very specific on expectations and even gave second opinion or second source if you prefer. That's what I like the most about this business, being upfront and honest. I was glad that he gave me that option and opinion so that using his suggestions, I had my broken glass-top fixed in timely manner and fix the body damages with Harry's Collision Group afterwards.
