This is an update post from my previous review. As stated in my past review, Shawn was very upfront with the process, schedule, procedures, and deliverables involved. Furthermore, because fixing a Tesla vehicles involved lots of red tape from awaiting parts, inspections and so forth, Shawn was very specific on expectations and even gave second opinion or second source if you prefer. That's what I like the most about this business, being upfront and honest. I was glad that he gave me that option and opinion so that using his suggestions, I had my broken glass-top fixed in timely manner and fix the body damages with Harry's Collision Group afterwards. The cost to fix at Harry's CG is very comparable with similar service professional places. The professionalism of its employees is also remarkable! The car was delivered spotless and they were very polite and friendly. By the way, I was rather embarrassed not knowing that Harry's CG has no tipping policy! Finally, Shawn will give you occasional status update so that you can expect when the car will be ready. I was skeptical at first having had unhappy results with third-party repair shops, but I brought my car in knowing full well that the damage was minor but was such that an unscrupulous third-party could have required me to buy one of those large assemblies that small parts are on (you know what I mean!). OUTSTANDING customer service. From the moment I called and walked into Harry's Auto Collision Group through the day I picked up our car, the level of customer service was A+. From Emma at the front desk to Shawn (the manager) overseeing the entire process, to Edwin (my main point of contact who dealt with my insurance company adjuster) to Javier, the artisan who polished and worked on the paint with his team to perfection, the entire group was professional, responsive, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They treated our Honda as if it was a Bentley, caring for the repair work so that it was like new. I have had some bad experiences with auto repair shops over the years, over-promising and under-delivering, poor paint work that does not hold up over time, sloppy workmanship (uneven gaps between panels, etc.). Starting at the beginning, some time ago I brought my car in to get the rear bumper repaired. It was a minor repair. They took care of it and refused to charge me. Then about a year later I was hit and the other persons insurance wanted me to go to their recommendation. They were at fault. I insisted on taking it to Harrys. They earned this job. They took really good care of it. Now it is about six months since. The door has developed a glitch. I brought it in. Without hesitation they put it in front of the line and adjusted it. No charge. In an age when people seem to default to doing as little as possible, this is a company that goes out of its way to help a customer. I had minor damage to a mud guard. I came in without an appointment and asked if someone could take a look. Edwin came out and said he thought he could come up with an easy solution. He took my information and said he would come back with an estimate. I waited. After 15 minutes I assumed he had forgotten. Shame on me. Sixteen minutes later Edwin drove up in my car and, along with his colleague Shawn had already fixed the damage. He refused payment saying "I had a few spare parts" which was all that was needed. Honesty and customer service are clearly alive and well at this auto repair company. While I hope I don't need their services again soon, you can be this is the only place I would go and the only place I would refer any friends to! read more

Do not use this repair shop!! I was in an accident in 2023. A large flat bed tow truck backed into me, smashing the right side front end and passenger side of my car. The damage was approx $25,000. Harry's Collision was recommended so that is where I brought my car. Repairs were made and I picked the car up. It never drove the same. The front and back passenger doors rattled and didn't close properly. I live out of town for a significant part of the year. I spoke with my insurance broker who assured me that I had three years to return to Harry's to get the repairs corrected. It took me 18 months to finally get my car back in the shop which was two days ago. I had actually been reassured several times from my insurance company that this was okay. I explained that the doors didn't close right and that there was clicking and knocking on that side of the car. Shawn called me yesterday to tell me what was wrong with my car. As he started to give me the list, including a broken right front axel, I asked him what the insurance was covering (I guess technically him because the car never functioned properly after the repairs). It was in a normal inquisitive tone in my voice. In general, i am a chill person and this seemed routine to me. He yelled at me that he wasn't going to deal with me and to return his loaner car right away, then he slammed the phone down on me. I have never been talked to like that or treated that way from anyone in business anywhere. Something is seriously wrong with this guy and this company to react in that way and know that they do not stand behind their word or their policy. I will also be letting Tesla know that they should not recommend them and my insurance brokerage firm as well as posting this on my socials. read more

Someone backed into my car's side in a parking lot. I had damage on my door and rear fender. I heard from my Genesis dealer in Westlake Village about Harry's. I drove there the same day to get an estimate. Wes Sardariani examined my car and took many detailed photos. He emailed them to me an hour after I left along with a detailed 8 page estimate. When I contacted my insurance company I forwarded them Wes's email. They were able to approve that estimate in just 2 business days and then sent me a check. I picked up my still brand new car today and everything was done to perfection including clean and spotless windows. All of the people there are kind, professional, and want to help. This was the first time I worked with Harry's for a repair to my Tesla Model 3. Someone hit me in the parking lot and smashed my driver's side back door... While I was parked!! Good thing for sentry mode. This place made me feel like I had been a customer for 20 years. All the staff were so easy to work with. Extremely responsive. They are a certified Tesla shop, so I knew I would get OEM parts and service, etc. They even helped me through my claim process by answering all my questions. Shawn, Lourdes, Vanessa... Thank you! I even had a chance to speak with some of the folks working on my car, and they were all so helpful. I can't recommend this place enough. The repairs were perfect. I visited Harry's auto collision body shop today because I had a scratch on my 2023 Genesis that I wanted to remove. I'm happy to say I had the best experience at this body shop that I could have ever had. I was taken care of by a very friendly receptionist, then by an expert body shop estimator, who diagnosed and repaired the scratch while I waited and didn't charge me for his effort. I just picked up my wife's almost new Tesla Y at Harry's after being rear-ended.The quality of the fit and finish absolutely exceeded our expectations. It is perfect! Wes and Jasmine provided a seamless experience throughout the process. I came in and met Wes who inspected the damage and dealt with our insurance company. I'm very impressed with my vehicles repairs. I was recommended Harry's by Tesla for a small door ding on my passenger door, and the repairs came out perfect. When I was driving in Malibu Canyon, hoping to catch a sunset, surf session, I suddenly encountered a large boulder, falling off the mountain onto Malibu Canyon. In order to avoid a collision, I abruptly steered and hydroplaned my car, hitting the side of the mountain. It all happened so fast, I went to my local Tesla store and they referred me to Harrys. I went there the next morning and was greeted by a very professional staff who seem to care about their customers. State Farm came and assess the damages as too much to be repaired and declared the car totaled , I received a call from the body shop, informing me about the bad news, but this information was relayed in such a professional and compassionate manner. It is nice to know that there are still places left which operate with integrity. Everyone's worst fear is someone getting their car hit in a parking lot. My brand new model y had someone back into it. I took the car to the Tesla service center where they told me it would take several days to pop the grill back in due to how busy they were. The option they gave me is to take it to Harry's. I pulled up and spoke to Shawn. He came out took a look and said give me 20 minutes. I asked how much and he said don't worry about it. Now to be clear I have no experience with this body shop or relationship with them. I was amazed as Tesla gave me a quote of $200 and Harry's did it out of kindness. I mean who does that? This is a first for me and I will definitely be returning and referring all of my friends and family here. I am still a bit she'll shock as I write this. I have a Tesla and Harry's came up as a certified body shop. So I called for an appointment for an estimate. She asked if I had an estimate from another facility. I did and she asked if I could email it to her so I did. 6 hours later she called and said bring your car in and if there is a supplemental amount of money needed they could request it. They never gave me an estimate and I asked they only wanted me to drop of my car without the estimate. I asked why she said that's what she was told. I said no and they said that's there policy. Called another facility and I am getting g an estimate tomorrow and then getting the work done by the other facility. So after I wrote this review I got a call this am from Harry's. I explained my issue and he proceeded to argue with me and still not give me an estimate. He said we'll all you have to do is pay your deductible. He didn't care if my insurance company didn't approve all the repairs or the amount he just wanted me to take a leap of faith. Now if they call again and offer this to me for free I will never use them. They are rude and not helpful at all. read more

This time, I had major work that needed to be done to the roof of my Mercedes G wagon, and I knew it would not be easy. My six month old Tesla Y was recently backed into in a mall parking lot. The damage to my rear right bumper was noticeable but overall it was negligible. Because the car is a lease I feared the worse and figured I would need a new bumper. I went to Harry's and met with Shawn who, rather than recommending replacing the bumper, buffed out and polished the damage to the point to where I can barely see it at no charge. Tesla Service Center in Agoura Hills sent my car to this shop to have a color mismatch corrected, left fender misalignment corrected, along with paintless dent repair for 2 dings; one barely visible ding near the driver's door handle, and one on the left quarter. I knew fresh paint would be sprayed, but I specifically asked for the ding on the door to be PDR'ed so that they wouldn't put bondo on my new car. Here's how it turned out: Color Mismatch: Fixed, nice. Left Fender Misalignment: Nothing done, but not a huge deal as it's probably "within spec" for Tesla. Paintless Dent Repair: Left quarter ding fixed. Instead of doing paintless repair on driver's door, they did awful bodywork on it instead. Now instead of a barely-visible ding, I have 2 much-more-visible grooves from the primer edges that weren't blocksanded out properly. Finish: The entire painted area is covered with heavy swirlmarks and hand-sanding marks. The whole area needs at least 2 more passes with the buffing wheel, and some areas (lower bodyline, top front corner) look like they never even saw the buffing wheel once. Also, there is overspray on the left fender. Also, there is a new scratch across the center of my hood. I'm in the industry, and I expected at least passable quality from a shop with a reputation for high-end work and high-end prices. I'm posting this review instead of approaching Harry's, because I will never leave my car with them. I can finish the detail work at home myself, but will have to live with the terrible wavy bodywork on the driver's door of my brand new car... I don't want yet another layer of paint on my new car, and I certainly will never allow my vehicle to be touched by these amateurs again. read more

Wow!! These guys are incredible!! I had purchased a Tesla Model 3 and there was some paint defects straight from the Tesla Factory, so I took my car straight to the Tesla Service center in Agoura Hills and they use Harry's auto collision to for body and paint for Tesla's. Harry's is certified by Tesla, and they use Tesla paint for Tesla's. I was blown away by what they can do to fix any paint problems you have on your car. I have spoken to Jack and Nile and they are all super professional. When I got my car back, I can't believe how amazing my brand new Model 3 looks, it's better then the factory. They will work on any car brand but they mostly do high end luxury vehicles, but if you want top notch super amazing results, then these are the guys to take it to. Thanks guys!! read more

While driving on the 101 freeway, my Tesla's front bumper was hit by a white plastic bucket falling out of a truck (PSA: I hate you careless truck drivers out there). My car's front bumper was left with a few scuffs behind and I tried to polish it up myself when I got back home, to no avail. I eventually took the car over to Harry's after reading other positive reviews on Yelp, and was treated with exceptional service. In particular, Shawn was very helpful. He briefly took a look at the bumper and said that Harry's would do a complimentary polish to remove any scuffs and scratches, and that there would be no charge involved. The whole process itself took about 30 minutes outside while I was waiting inside the lobby watching cable news. After the staff finished the job, I had a chance to review the work with Shawn to make sure everything looked good and that I was satisfied. I found the bumper to be in a much better condition before I took it into Harry's. Based on my experience with Harry's, I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs car service to check these guys out. read more
