I went to Caliber Collision for repair of rear end from a collision. They made the repair, but it…read moreeventually became clear that the repair was not done properly, and water was leaking into the trunk during strong rain. There were gallons of water by the spare tire, and it caused the trunk floor/carpet to mold. While they fixed the leak, they were unwilling to buy a new trunk floor/carpet. Given the porous surface in this part, legitimate mold remediation on it would be more expensive than replacing it. The best they offered was to give me an old one which they obtained from a salvage yard, which would have unknown and unverified history related to smoking, mold, chemicals, etc. The fact that they consider this an appropriate final offer makes me wonder what other old parts they might use for repairs. I suggest caution when dealing with this business.

They got me in right away, handled the full damage analysis, worked directly with my insurance, and even helped coordinate my rental car. When the repairs were done 2 weeks later, I simply left the rental in their parking lot and Enterprise picked it up ~ saving me a lot of time since the shop is over an hour away. Friends of mine tried to push it back into position but it didn't cooperate. So I had to find an auto repair shop in this day of shortages of everything. The first six shops told me that, because of their backup of cars waiting parts, they weren't taking on new customers. At first I tried to keep my options to large shops which I thought would give me a fighting chance but that didn't happen. I tried Primo! Auto Collision on a guess and was pleasantly surprised to talk to its owner who was confident he could get the parts for me. Within a week he had gotten a new bumper but when it came in it was dented. Since many bumpers are plastic today he didn't want to try to smooth it out since it would already have stress built into it and would last like that just a short time. We waited six weeks but it was worth it. My car bows looks as new as when I first bought it! The paint was meticulously matched, everything on the body near the bumper had its paint blended and smoothed to be continuous and where anything needed sanding or touching it was accomplished professionally. I highly recommend this business!

I don't know much about car repairs, but I felt like I could trust this place because, first, these guys don't try to hide anything. The mechanic met me outside before I even got to the door, asked what was going on, and started taking my car apart while I was still standing there watching. They don't have much of a waiting room, but it doesn't matter. He found the problem (idler) pretty quickly, showed it to me, and explained it. A timing belt is not an inexpensive thing, but he even tried to save me money by sending me to get it replaced under warranty. (it had been done within the year, but in another state,) The work was done the next day. He saved the parts to show me - again very helpful and transparent. Ibrahim Masoud is a scammer. He sold me a car and blocked me. He won't give me the title and he…read morewon't do the paperwork. I bought a vehicle from him on April 4th and never received it until May 8th because he claimed the guy that was doing the paperwork got busy with his son's wedding. I had to waste four hours a day to go to work riding the bus and I got stuck in the rain many times. I got a ticket from the cops saying I need to have a license plate to legally drive the car after my temp tag expired back in September. Originally he gave me a temp tag through his friend's dealership. He is the only one I've done business with. I've never met any one of the people he keeps mentioning. I've never been to a dealership. He never filed the paperwork for me to get a license plate to legally drive the car. He kept saying his paperwork guy has to do it and his paperwork guy never did it. Now he's saying that the car is stolen in the system, so he can't transfer the title to me. I am supposed to be moving states on Sunday it's been over six months , and he still hasn't fixed this issue. Today, on October 7, he lured me to his shop by lying and saying he completed the paperwork and that we need to talk about the review I left him. He blocked me again so this is the only way I can communicate with him. He tried to force me to take another car. I said no. He got mad and instead he took back the transport tag that he loaned me until he could fix the issue with getting the car in my name. When he was leaving , he hit me with his car when I tried to stop him. He could have reversed instead of ramming me with his car, he injured me. He did this in front of my 11 year old son. I have filed a police report against this man. Do business with anyone else beware. He has a bad temper. I still owe him $1000 due in November. I traded my car for $1600 value and have given him $6500 in cash. I want my money back. I don't want this vehicle anymore, Ibrahim Masoud.
