The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

I went in for a small chip and ended up with $4000 damage they don't want to address due to their negligence. The damage even happened while I was there waiting for the car. They claim to be a paint and body shop and I ended up with paint damage to areas due to overspray as well as buffed off paint off my car from their negligence. I had a ceramic coat that is now completely dusted with over spray and areas of rear grill and plastics that was over sprayed with paint. They are not accountable for their mistakes. Super unprofessional at best.

They did absolutely outstanding work on both the paint and bodywork. If I ever need anything done again, I'm going back there first. Word of warning, though: be prepared to deal exclusively in cash. While this shop has done work for us before, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The owner admitted he could not provide a quote and instead pushed us to file through insurance. When the insurance company told us Collision was out of network and advised us to use another dealership, the shop refused to release the car and demanded $1,000 in fees. The charges were listed as photos, storage, towing, and administrative fees, but: We had already paid a third-party towing company. The car was only in their possession for 24 hours. No services or repairs were completed. No paperwork was signed. No fees were mentioned in advance. Just a month earlier, the same car was kept there for two weeks without any storage or admin fees. I'm glad the shop didn't get our business, and the insurance company confirmed that their behavior is typical of shops trying to push unnecessary fees when they don't win a customer. This felt exploitative, unprofessional, and greedy. I strongly advise others not to use this shop.
