However, it went downhill very fast after he dropped off my car in a place totally opposite of what I requested. He refused to help move it after he stated he would move it closer to my home. Colin provided nothing but excuses stating he needed to get to another job. Then he jumped in his truck and without helping or saying goodbye. The supervisor didn't do anything either after I told him about my experience. Horrible service all around! I contacted this company after DREAM TOWING LLC left me stranded for four hours. The dispatcher was…read moreconsiderate and seemed to understand how urgently I needed a tow. The reason for the lower rating: I was told a driver would arrive in 30 minutes, but when the dispatcher realized they didn't actually have one available, he sent another company instead. That driver did arrive within the promised timeframe, but the issue was that Ak Towing quoted me one price--and only after my vehicle was already on the truck and the invoice was sent did I find out they were two different companies. My advice: make sure the driver is actually from the company you were quoted through, and always confirm the price before agreeing to the tow

We showed up the next morning ready to pay and get the car out with all sorts of obstacles (fence locked - no answering the phone) on how to even get into their location / they told us to park in another parking lot that wasn't theirs. (I asked them if I would be towed for parking there - he said no ) And after telling us that it would be $220 to pick it up they added another $30 for storage while checking out. I will be reporting this to the county. I have all the video proof as there are cameras on the vehicle. Hope you sleep well being a predatory company who picks on 20 something girls who just needed to pee. And trust me I'm not one of those parents who side with their kids - if anything i usually think they're to blame. But I've seen the proof already. And you guys are nothing but a piece of donkey dung and your prior reviews show that - there's a special place in hell for people like you.

I don't know how anyone can do such a job, stealing people's hard earned money and sleep at night.
