So, I came to caliber for my insurance estimate and as soon as I met Kevin he was really kind and informative. He has experience with working with insurance so he helped me understand the process (someone hit my parked car) and also noticed my check oil light! He ended up helping me save money on my repairs and even recommended other people when he knew they couldn't complete my repair by the time I needed to leave stockton (I go to UCLA). Even after all this help, he called me to let me know my oil was pretty low and I should go ASAP! Where do I begin? I have never experienced customer service that is so dreadful and a nuisance. This business is very unorganized and the lack of communication is serious a problem. Their was no communication from all levels of this situation. The shop was not communicating with me or the insurance company. The insurance company was not communicating with me or the shop. And whenever I tried to find out what was going on, no one had a clue. I did not hear from the shops for most of the time that my car was getting fixed and when my vehicle was ready to be handed over to me, I experienced electrical issues that I didn't even have. This place is kind of a nightmare but like the ones that you wake up from and just feel thankful you didn't have to endure it anymore. I brought my car here and I believe the man handling my claim was Kevin. After my initial contact with him to take pictures for my estimate, it was so hard to get it ahold of him. It took a few voicemails and messages with their secretary to get him to EMAIL me back after about a week. I didn't read the reviews of this place and I should've before opting to go here with my insurance. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and don't really care to have your car repaired efficiently I really don't recommend this place. Worse plays to take your car. Had some damage to my car and it took them almost two months to fix it. They kept telling me that it would be done and it wasn't. Every week they said it would be done then I would call them and they say next week, then I call and they said next week. I honestly didn't think they didn't start working on my car until I called them. When I finally got my car back, they told my insurance they only had my car in the shop for 9 days, which was a complete lie. How do you get a 9 days from a month and a half. I took my 2018 Camry for repairs. They did a phenomenal job! They gave me a time frame of when the car would be ready and it was ready at that time, Fast and easy process. Cannot recommend highly enough!!! Brandon took SUCH good care of me... I had some idiot in an F150 use my vintage, pristine Miata as a parking lot, right before Christmas (because, you know, the holidays aren't stressful enough... :/ ). Brandon kept in regular communication with status updates, made sure I was comfortable with & understood what the process was, and once we moved into the repair stage (after much wrangling with effing Farmers Insurance), I received regular status emails. Beyond impressed with the ENTIRE crew at Caliber Collision. Wrecked the front end of my car and Caliber was on my insurance's preferred list. I originally chose them because of how close I work to their shop. They got me in right away, took about a week to get my car back. It looks perfect. Had a minor issue with the alignment, both Don and Brandon went above and beyond to help me. Turned out to be an issue with my tires and not the alignment. EXCELLENT customer service. I have zero complaints. Hopefully I won't need their services in the future, but if I do, it's the only body shop I'll take my car to. read more

Brought my 2014 Grand Cherokee in for a collision repair back in February of 2017. We were rear ended. The repairs time was acceptable, took a few extra days because of an incorrect part being ordered. That's fine and all but when they released the car to me... the lower part of the bumper was still not repaired. It was scratched up from the accident and should have been replaced. I called several times to see when repairs could be finished. The response was mostly that they had to get a hold of the insurance claims adjuster each time I called and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I gave up on them after 3 months. read more
