This has been the best auto repair shop experience I've had. Rob and Juan are the Real Rockstars at the shop. I went back because I noticed some running clear coat paint on the lower bumper valance they were quick to resolve the fitment and the finish of the painted bumper and got my car back to me in less than a week. They were super attentive and helpful throughout the whole process in fact, a few months after receiving my car, I noticed a part was missing from the underbelly of my car when I took it in dealer for oil change and Juan was quick to resolve it by placing a new part for me. Obligated to use Caliber through State Farm. They were not responsive and didn't communicate well with drop off and pickup times. Our estimate started at $4K and after all repairs it came out to $7K to insurance. How do you miss this much in an estimate. Further I asked specifically if they can save the headlight because they called out an entire new headlight. Tell me why the installer broke the headlight I asked to save. As for the quality of work, I felt it was rushed. The prep could have been better. There are peeling sections but I don't want to go back and have them fix. Recommend going to another shop for quality work and better service. read more

I brought my car to have my rear bumper repaired on Tuesday at 3:30pm and my car was ready for pick up on Thursday at 4:30pm. Way quicker than I had thought. Upon arrival, I waited about 15-20 minutes for the gentleman (forgot his name) to give me an estimate, which was initially $1,335. I needed a rental, so they called enterprise to pick me up. Marisela called me on Wednesday at 5:20pm, but I wasn't able to answer. She left me a voicemail stating that there was a small change in the estimate due to finding other damages, which was now $2,078. She also said she will give me a follow up call tomorrow (Thursday) to coordinate the best time for me to pick up my car. Thursday morning I ended up calling because I was working and didn't want to miss her call again. She gave me a time frame to pick up my car around 4-4:30pm, but said she will call me back to give me an exact time the car would be ready. 4pm came and I didn't receive a call, so I called to confirm if the car was ready because I didn't want to drive there and find out that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day. Marisela confirmed that my car will be ready by 4:30pm and also mentioned that that they had to calibrate the sensors, so in total the price was now around $2,600. I don't remember the exact cost. However, nothing came out of my pocket because the other party's insurance covered it. I arrived and waited about 5 minutes. She walked me out to my car and explained everything they had done on my car. She also explained that I would receive lifetime warranty whenever I needed it waxed/polished/touched up. As for the repair, they did a really great job. It looks like nothing had happened. They also washed and vacuumed my car, as well as cleaned the radio screen panel. On top of that, there were markings on my windows because my dog likes to put his nose against it and they cleaned it. Overall, I had a great experience with Caliber Collisions and would definitely recommend this location. read more
