We were on vacation and I noticed my tailpipe was melting the rear bumper of my wife's car. They did the work here a couple years back. I called and told them what happened. They told me they ordered the parts and they would call me when they get in. I asked them what would it cost us and they told us it would be free. They did the job and they told me I had warranty with them still. Not only they ordered me a new chrome tail pipe, but they order me 2 so it could be matching. We were overwhelmed with customer service. The manager personally took care of us. They even delivered our car straight to our house so we wouldn't have to come in. After 2 months r so with calling the mechanics every single week r so Chasing them over the phone to give me back my car finally got to pick up my car today 11-29-24@10am but I am not surprised guess I shouldn't even be disappointed since this place is very unprofessional when me and my man went to pick up the car they asked us to sign documents without expecting us to even ready it through lol what a joke the many years in the medical field i would never sign anything without reading it over carefully then when our car finally arrived to the front door it was dirty as fuck wasn't even wash it was dusty and dirty from inside to outside and when I turn on my AC it smells like cats piss horrible worst place ever but this is not it , from a half a tank of gas when I dropped it off and this morning as I go picked it up it was a bar close to empty wtf did they take my car out for joy ride lol definitely would never recommend this place but hey if u don't need a car for months r decades and don't mind cleaning up after someone else mess n got lots of gas to waste y not drop off your car here so the staffs can take it for a cruise around town and going to different places read more

My hat is off to the crew at caliber collision. I first came to this facility about a year ago with my old escalade and the work that was performed. I couldn't believe it! Like it was never hit. The first time I used Caliber was when I got into an accident and my insurance recommended them. I had already had a bad experience with repair shops in Stockton so I wasn't expecting this place to be any better. But this place was AMAZING. They gave me a date when my car would be ready, and they texted me any time there was an update whether they needed longer with my car because a part was not in yet or whatever. Brian was very helpful and always responsive. The 2nd time I used them was because my coolant reservoir was bad it was leaking and cracked my car was overheating. I called Caliber at 4:45 pm and they closed at 5:30. Brian asked me how soon I could get there I said maybe about 10 minutes. I got there at 5:04 Brian looked at my car and said we will fix this for you today. I felt guilty because they would be closing soon but he reassured me it was okay. He was done a little after 5:30. so this has been a while since i got my car back and i decided to come back for an update. so the first thing that was missing was my sport emblem, i didn't make a big deal about it because things happen and they ordered the piece and had me come back to put it on. now this is where i started to get super frustrated. the paint literally started peeling on the back areas above the rear tires, it was small but i could see it and when i showed them they literally said that's not supposed to be coming off like that. like i said i have been here before and this did NOT happen the first time. i felt as if they were trying to make it seem like because i washed my car that was the issue, one of the gentleman asked me if i hand washed my car or took it to the car wash, and i simply don't understand how that correlates with the paint peeling off. i didn't just bring my car in once for this... it was THREE times. it became frustrating because i have to 1, leave my car there for a day or two, 2, drive all the way over there and find a ride. at this point i went to the shop they literally get their paint from and bought paint myself to fix the areas they clearly can't do right because i am tired of going back and forth for the SAME results. i don't understand why they can't do it correctly, i went to another shop to get a "quote" on how much it would be for that small area and they quoted me roughly $1,000 because they said they have to take the back off, sand it down, then prime it and paint it because they said it looks like they keep painting over the same area because when it peels, it's just super bumpy. my car is basically brand new and yeah it's a small imperfection but i brought my car here to have it fixed properly like the first time... read more

They told her they would fix it then they called her insurance company and told them would not help her because the car had . "Pryor damage". You can do better Caliber Collision. Krista was my service advisor and she was good for my 2010 Honda Pilot. Damaged bumper due to accident. I was informed on the repair and pick-up date. In fact, they were done earlier than anticipated. The only negative about the shop was when they cleaned the inside of the car, whoever did it misplaced my sunglasses, lost it or stole it. There were 2 sunglasses in the car, the more expensive one is gone is missing. My wife thought she left her Coach sunglasses in the car too but luckily, it was at home. I left my sunglasses on the dashboard since I used it when I dropped off the car. I called and spoke with someone in the office and they said that they would ask the shop and they would call back. No call so I called again. I spoke with the same person (Theresa?) and she said that she would ask again but I should have taken out any valuables when I dropped off the car. I was never told of that. She said that she would ask Krista to call me on Monday 9/11 but still no call. Work wise, they're good. Other than that, can't say much. My service advisor ended up being Krista D and she was the most sweetest and knowledgeable person that I had ever come in contact with. I felt that a yelp review was in order. I went to Caliber Collision on referral from the auto insurance company. When I arrived I meet Miguel and felt at ease. His experience and attention to detail are wonderful. He did my estimate and I authorized repairs. My highlander is a 2002 and is older. I was afraid that it would be totaled which I did not want. Miguel worked with the insurance company and did a wonderful job. My car was delivered on the date it was promised and looked awesome. The paint match on the fender and door and hood were perfect and the car looks great. When I picked up my vehicle I saw that they detailed the inside as well and even shampooed my front seats. I wasn't expecting that. That's the first time I had a body shop shampoo the seats. Miguel's communication during the whole process was awesome. I was sent text messages and emailed pictures of the work in progress and how things were coming along I enjoyed see the work in progress. Miguel is a customer service rockstar and a customer advocate when it comes going to bat with the insurance adjuster. I had a small dent on my back bumper and they fixed it as well. I thought that was a awesome gesture to do. If I need a body shop again I will be returning to caliber collision for sure. The service was beyond great! I was able to get in for an estimate within 5 hours of my accident. After I dropped off my car, a staff member drove me to the car rental agency. My car was dropped off on a Thursday afternoon and ready the following Tuesday. When I picked up- the process was just as easy. A gentleman walked me to my freshly washed/vacuumed car, showed me the repairs, & opened my car door- he then proceeded to stand near the street & safely direct me into busy traffic- all in the pouring rain!! So far, the service has been exemplary. I normally DO NOT write a Yelp review unless I experience service that grabs my attention (good or bad). I went to Caliber as a referral from my insurance carrier. I initially was in contact with Brandon, who has been more than helpful answering questions (over the phone, at least - he didn't speak in person) before deciding to utilize their services. There was a communication error due to a mix-up with my telephone number, in which I won't fault them for. But once that was squared away, we were in business. Travis and Aly explained the process thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered upon dropping off my Mitsubishi to them this past Thursday - they had the damaged section dismantled on the next day, started work on the following Monday. Since then, they have sent periodic text updates with my car's repair status, part order status, and expected completion date - a HUGE plus in this day/age. I have no need to call them requesting updates due to this, and it allows me to plan ahead logistically with my vehicle's pickup within my busy work schedule. What also has me pleased is the fact that Travis went out of his way to have my aftermarket Rally Armor flaps replaced, even though only one was damaged in the collision. He told me that aftermarket parts normally aren't replaced (paraphrasing) BUT he made it happen (well, that, and my adjuster included them on the initial estimate). That was clutch. I went to go pick up my car and they just handed me the keys and weren't even gonna go over it. So I told them if I can take a look real quick before I leave. I saw a deep scratch on a whole new painted bumper. "We don't fix what we didn't damage" yeah I know (no sht, I'm those type of customers) but you guys repainted the whole bumper? And it was where the damage wasn't. Like what? So I had to leave me car again over the weekend. When I came to pick it up the guy that helped me didn't seem too bright or happy to give me my car back. When I looked there was another scratch but this one I could easily polish so I didn't even bother leaving my car again. They have lifetime warranty probably because they scratch their new paint jobs. Miguel and the other two front desk people were the only nice workers there.
