I just wanna shout out Kevin over at Caliber Collision He and his team for getting my car taken care of. My rims and tires were stolen and he was on it immediately. Had everything at the shop that was needed for my car by the next day. It was finished within a few days! He was very communicative, which I really appreciate. It's not always like that. So it's always a great feeling having someone who's first priority at work is taken care of his customers. I had just gotten my car two weeks prior to this event and he definitely kept me in the loop always about what the next step for my car would. Even with my insurance as well as good options for how to get the car there. Definitely recommend him to help you with any of your car needs. I'm going be coming back to here for any future work. I even told my family to take their car there if you do ever have any car issues because Kevin is on it! Everyone is really nice inside of the office as well. Definitely went above and beyond for the service. I appreciate all your help. Thank you so much, Kevin for giving me back on the road ASAP. read more

We were on vacation and I noticed my tailpipe was melting the rear bumper of my wife's car. They did the work here a couple years back. I called and told them what happened. They told me they ordered the parts and they would call me when they get in. I asked them what would it cost us and they told us it would be free. They did the job and they told me I had warranty with them still. Not only they ordered me a new chrome tail pipe, but they order me 2 so it could be matching. We were overwhelmed with customer service. The manager personally took care of us. They even delivered our car straight to our house so we wouldn't have to come in. Total days it took to complete was only 1day. " WOW " I recommend them over any place I've ever dealt with. If anyone asks I send them over here. They've done so much work for us throughout the years with other family members also they could've just said it wasn't covered, but they kept their word on their work. shows in this world they're still honest people. Thank you. read more

I've never dealt with such an amazing business like this in my life! Alfonso made the worst experience and turned it around. Dealing with things like getting your car fixed can be such a headache but not here. He was so polite and made sure to keep us updated throughout the process, explaining what was being done and why. He got our car looking brand new like nothing ever happened and a week earlier than expected! Thank you for making this experience so great Alfonso you truly are amazing and appreciated so much. I hope I never have to get my car fixed again but if I do I know exactly where I'll go every time. If you need work done don't hesitate, just call and I swear you won't regret it! read more

My hat is off to the crew at caliber collision. I first came to this facility about a year ago with my old escalade and the work that was performed. I couldn't believe it! Like it was never hit. He even touched up the hood chipped paint. Now I had to come back with my new one. This one I said what I wanted done and BOOM! Perfect work I can't argue with him. The painter is the best in Northern California. Yes I agree he is the truth. I will most definitely be back with any work I have because I know it's in good hands. The first time I used Caliber was when I got into an accident and my insurance recommended them. I had already had a bad experience with repair shops in Stockton so I wasn't expecting this place to be any better. But this place was AMAZING. They gave me a date when my car would be ready, and they texted me any time there was an update whether they needed longer with my car because a part was not in yet or whatever. Brian was very helpful and always responsive. The 2nd time I used them was because my coolant reservoir was bad it was leaking and cracked my car was overheating. I called Caliber at 4:45 pm and they closed at 5:30. Brian asked me how soon I could get there I said maybe about 10 minutes. I got there at 5:04 Brian looked at my car and said we will fix this for you today. I felt guilty because they would be closing soon but he reassured me it was okay. He was done a little after 5:30. Caliber is just wonderful. If I need anymore work done to my car this is the ONLY shop I will bring it too. Thanks Brian and the Caliber Team you all are fantastic!!!!! read more

Rob was super chill had awesome service as well as Aaron the receptionist Leah she's awesome too they were all awesome, especially the manager. I forgotten the name, but he was also great. They were able to assist me help me with any concerns fix my car back as if it was back to its original state they explain to me what procedures we're gonna be taken since I was never in a accident I didn't pay anything out-of-pocket besides my deductible since my insurance did cover it overall honestly, they are awesome and I would recommend them I overall appreciate how they were able to accommodate my schedule and their schedule and make something work out and get it done as soon as possible. read more

The most kindest shop you will ever go to! They do fantastic work & really work with you on your budget. I came here for some body work on my car as a struggling college student and didn't feel like they were over charging me for service. What a joke ! My friend had an accident on 99 . She ran over a ladder then reported to her insurance . She tried giving Caliber Collision the work since she had taken a vehicle to them in the past . They told her they would fix it then they called her insurance company and told them would not help her because the car had . "Pryor damage". You can do better Caliber Collision. You are not the only shop in town . Customers have many options. To talk about a negative customer experience. If possible to give negative reviews this would definitely be the place. Don't waste your time coming to this place. read more

Excellent service, everyone is trustworthy, and the work is done well. I recommend Caliber to anyone who needs auto body work done.

so this has been a while since i got my car back and i decided to come back for an update. so the first thing that was missing was my sport emblem, i didn't make a big deal about it because things happen and they ordered the piece and had me come back to put it on. now this is where i started to get super frustrated. the paint literally started peeling on the back areas above the rear tires, it was small but i could see it and when i showed them they literally said that's not supposed to be coming off like that. like i said i have been here before and this did NOT happen the first time. i felt as if they were trying to make it seem like because i washed my car that was the issue, one of the gentleman asked me if i hand washed my car or took it to the car wash, and i simply don't understand how that correlates with the paint peeling off. i didn't just bring my car in once for this... it was THREE times. it became frustrating because i have to 1, leave my car there for a day or two, 2, drive all the way over there and find a ride. at this point i went to the shop they literally get their paint from and bought paint myself to fix the areas they clearly can't do right because i am tired of going back and forth for the SAME results. i don't understand why they can't do it correctly, i went to another shop to get a "quote" on how much it would be for that small area and they quoted me roughly $1,000 because they said they have to take the back off, sand it down, then prime it and paint it because they said it looks like they keep painting over the same area because when it peels, it's just super bumpy. my car is basically brand new and yeah it's a small imperfection but i brought my car here to have it fixed properly like the first time... read more

I was referred to Caliber Collision by my auto insurance adjuster because I was involved in a hit a run collision. It took roughly a month to get my car back. I can honestly say it's worth the wait! My car came back brand new. The folks at Caliber Collision know what they are doing. I am very picky about my car and they worked with me and went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. It's one thing to rush the work, take a long time and get my vehicle back and job is crap, but to have to wait and get it back brand new, I'll take that any day. I can say I am very happy and Caliber Collision got this happy customer right. I want to thank specifically Krista who worked with me throughout this whole process. She kept me in the loop the entire way. She was very honest and informative and made sure I was taken care of. Her communication with me was excellent. Anything I needed and requested for, she made it happen. I want to thank Caliber Collision and it's staff for their services. read more

Caliber Collision - Before and after. Caliber Collision brought my baby back to life. - Body Shops Near Me - Stockton, California

Just want to thank the caliber team in getting me back in my car, the car looks fantastic. Again thanks.

Krista was my service advisor and she was good for my 2010 Honda Pilot. Damaged bumper due to accident. I was informed on the repair and pick-up date. In fact, they were done earlier than anticipated. The only negative about the shop was when they cleaned the inside of the car, whoever did it misplaced my sunglasses, lost it or stole it. There were 2 sunglasses in the car, the more expensive one is gone is missing. My wife thought she left her Coach sunglasses in the car too but luckily, it was at home. I left my sunglasses on the dashboard since I used it when I dropped off the car. I called and spoke with someone in the office and they said that they would ask the shop and they would call back. No call so I called again. I spoke with the same person (Theresa?) and she said that she would ask again but I should have taken out any valuables when I dropped off the car. I was never told of that. She said that she would ask Krista to call me on Monday 9/11 but still no call. Work wise, they're good. Other than that, can't say much. I think that takes couple of stars off the rating. Charlie read more

I had gotten into a horrible accident a few months back and was so worried about where I should take my car for the repairs. Someone told me about caliber and how amazing their service was so I figured Id give it a try. My service advisor ended up being Krista D and she was the most sweetest and knowledgeable person that I had ever come in contact with. She walked me through all of the steps that needed to happen and was able to get my car back to me faster than what was originally expected. I don't think I would have been so comfortable about the whole ordeal if it wouldn't have been for Krista being such an amazing light in all of this chaos. I'm so happy to have my car back in perfect condition. 10/10 I'm recommending this collision center and Krista to everyone I know! read more

I felt that a yelp review was in order. I went to Caliber Collision on referral from the auto insurance company. When I arrived I meet Miguel and felt at ease. His experience and attention to detail are wonderful. He did my estimate and I authorized repairs. My highlander is a 2002 and is older. I was afraid that it would be totaled which I did not want. Miguel worked with the insurance company and did a wonderful job. My car was delivered on the date it was promised and looked awesome. The paint match on the fender and door and hood were perfect and the car looks great. When I picked up my vehicle I saw that they detailed the inside as well and even shampooed my front seats. I wasn't expecting that. That's the first time I had a body shop shampoo the seats. Miguel's communication during the whole process was awesome. I was sent text messages and emailed pictures of the work in progress and how things were coming along I enjoyed see the work in progress. Miguel is a customer service rockstar and a customer advocate when it comes going to bat with the insurance adjuster. I had a small dent on my back bumper and they fixed it as well. I thought that was a awesome gesture to do. If I need a body shop again I will be returning to caliber collision for sure. Thank you everyone at caliber who I didn't meet or see who had a hand in fixing my car. read more

Excellent customer service and quality work. Always a quick turn around. They are my go-to when something is needed on any of my vehicles.

Amazing work, great communication finished early and was able to get me in my car sooner then I expected

So far, the service has been exemplary. I normally DO NOT write a Yelp review unless I experience service that grabs my attention (good or bad). I went to Caliber as a referral from my insurance carrier. I initially was in contact with Brandon, who has been more than helpful answering questions (over the phone, at least - he didn't speak in person) before deciding to utilize their services. There was a communication error due to a mix-up with my telephone number, in which I won't fault them for. But once that was squared away, we were in business. Travis and Aly explained the process thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered upon dropping off my Mitsubishi to them this past Thursday - they had the damaged section dismantled on the next day, started work on the following Monday. Since then, they have sent periodic text updates with my car's repair status, part order status, and expected completion date - a HUGE plus in this day/age. I have no need to call them requesting updates due to this, and it allows me to plan ahead logistically with my vehicle's pickup within my busy work schedule. What also has me pleased is the fact that Travis went out of his way to have my aftermarket Rally Armor flaps replaced, even though only one was damaged in the collision. He told me that aftermarket parts normally aren't replaced (paraphrasing) BUT he made it happen (well, that, and my adjuster included them on the initial estimate). That was clutch. I'll update this review once my car is returned, but so far - awesome work, folks. read more

The service was beyond great! I was able to get in for an estimate within 5 hours of my accident. After I dropped off my car, a staff member drove me to the car rental agency. My car was dropped off on a Thursday afternoon and ready the following Tuesday. When I picked up- the process was just as easy. A gentleman walked me to my freshly washed/vacuumed car, showed me the repairs, & opened my car door- he then proceeded to stand near the street & safely direct me into busy traffic- all in the pouring rain!! Thank you so much to the staff at Calliber Collision. Would highly recommend for an easy, stress-free repair experience! read more

My car was finished days before the original estimated completion date!! Yay I would highly reccomend this repair shop. read more

Kevin, and the whole crew were great, fast, effective, and got my claim settled right away... Thanks for all the help guys...

I went to go pick up my car and they just handed me the keys and weren't even gonna go over it. So I told them if I can take a look real quick before I leave. I saw a deep scratch on a whole new painted bumper. "We don't fix what we didn't damage" yeah I know (no sht, I'm those type of customers) but you guys repainted the whole bumper? And it was where the damage wasn't. Like what? So I had to leave me car again over the weekend. When I came to pick it up the guy that helped me didn't seem too bright or happy to give me my car back. When I looked there was another scratch but this one I could easily polish so I didn't even bother leaving my car again. They have lifetime warranty probably because they scratch their new paint jobs. Miguel and the other two front desk people were the only nice workers there. I probably won't come here again because of that experience. read more
