Brought a car in for easy repair to bumper. I would will give all a word of advice. Please if you like your car / truck and want a good job done take it to all foreign and domestic on navy drive. I've seen better jobs come out of a home garage. Dirt in the paint.. Easy to tell where they tried to wet sand out. Runs in the clear coat. Also noticeable where they made a feeble attempt to correct with wet sanding. They don't remove emblems, chip guards. They instead take the cheap way out and try to tape around them.. Key word try.. Last but not least where they cut in new to factory work the person running the polisher has an extremely heavy hand and will burn the paint. .. FABIAN'S does 20/20 job.. 20 feet away or 20 mph it looks good. The owner tries to fix but he isn't doing the work... He needs to fire the staff and get some talent in there. I have work in auto body for years before I got out of the business and all I can say is pure lack of skill and oversight on in this shop. Again.. If you want your car/ truck looking factory again please look elsewhere. read more

This place is very professional it's a husband and wife team family owned business. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted! I have never done this before where I got in the accident and had to work with the insurance but Fabian and his wife help me to understand how this all works. I set an appointment for an estimate it took about a week and then I figured another couple weeks before my car is fixed after the estimate but to my surprise it was done in less than a week! I am very very satisfied with the work they did and the bonus was they washed my Jeep and it looked hella better than when I first brought it in... Repaired and washed!!! They we're even nice enough to have their employee wait around for almost an hour after closing while my grand baby and I was waiting for my husband to come drive home our other car. And yes I know it's sometimes hard to get a call back or get through but I just went to the office instead. (Hey But just in case Fabians Collision & your reading this and u need to hire someone to answer your calls call me up ) I highly recommend Fabians!!!! read more

This place is completely unprofessional and if they can't make big bucks off your insurance company , they want no part. I was referred by my sister, but maybe she was treated differently since they charged her insurance nearly $12, 000. I called with needed repair and most importantly that my son's car would be safe to drive. I was told I could bring the car in right away. I explained that I would not be using a insurance. My son is a young driver and had only liability. Then all of a sudden , I would get a phone call back to see when I can bring it in. No call back. First time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they got busy and was unable to return my call. After the third call , it was clear they didn't want the job. I would have appreciated honesty, so I could have moved on quickly. As someone who runs a business myself , let me give some advice. It's not always about making the most money. Sometimes the positive word of mouth from that person will make up for what you felt you lost out on. Good customer service, referrals, is a gift that keeps giving. You can't make a killing everytime! I also made it clear that I let my son know that this would be a pricey fix, but I guess it wasn't worth it to them. I value EVERY customer of mine, big or small sales. read more

It has been about 3 years since I've had my car back from Fabians after an accident and I felt I'm ready to give a review after noticing all the work that was done to it. I got my car brand new and unfortunately six months later I was in collision. Not going to go into details of the accident but my front end was banged up. Sent it off to Fabians to fix and when I first got it back it was great. The color match was spot on, could not tell that it was repainted. Everything looked good when I first got it except that they pretty much left everything under the hood practically unpainted. I told them about it and Fabian went above and beyond and made it better than it was originally out of the dealership. So I took it home and drove it for probably a couple weeks and while I was on the free way the clutch just gave out on me. I depressed the clutch and it wouldn't come back up. It would not engage. It happened when I exited the free way so I pulled over on the side of the road and I managed to get it to work and rolled back home since my house wasn't very far. Called Fabian and had it towed to his shop. He told me it wasn't because of the accident or related to his repairs which I found hard to believe. I don't know how else it would happen since I don't tinker with my car and his shop and crew had it for a month fixing the car. Not blaming anyone here but he took care of it and the car has been flawless since. The only reason I'm giving it 4 and not a full five stars is because I haven noticed some things about my car that I did not notice before. It's been a while so I don't know if they would fix the things that should have been fixed the first time but since then I noticed that the fender on my passenger side is not fully painted. I could see spots on the bottom where it was not fully painted. Also the fender on the driver side has multiple dents, it is painted but they didn't do a very good job straightening it back out. Also one of my wheels is bent from the accident that they didn't replace so I ended up having to do that. All and all Fabian is awesome and they did a good job but some things were overlooked and I wish I had seen them earlier so I could have it fixed and back to how it should have been. Car was new when it got into the accident so I know it wasn't fixed when it was at the shop. read more

I drove an hour out of my way to get a repair estimate there last week, but they closed early. So I drove back Saturday to try to get an estimate, but they were closed again. So I came back in the middle of the day, and they were finally there. There were two instances/exits, so I made sure to come in the side that it looked like everyone came in on, and so I could eventually exit the side that everyone seemed to exit on. I needed to get an estate for some collision damage to my Lexus. I parked it with the hood op, so they could more easily see the damage without having to work too hard opening my hood. But the customer before me came in the wrong side. He could have turned around and gone out the exit he came in on, or he could have driven around either side of my car, but instead he wanted to drive right down the middle were my car was park. So Fabian insists that I move my car. I had a spare throat, so it was very hard ,& painful to talk, but I tried my best to say I'd move my car, I closed the hook, and started to get in my car to move it out of the way. But then Fabian goes into a prima-donna tirade as I'm moving my car for him, yells me to get the hell off of his property, that he doesn't want me as a customer, and refuses to write an estimate, after my driving an hour's EACH way, for the third time!!! On the other hand, I'm so glad to find out what a prima+donna and narsasist he is before I let him touch my car! Will never go back there until hell freezes over!! As I was leaving I saw one of his painters at work. They didn't seem to have a paint booth, the wind was blowing dirt and debre into the wet paint, and he had huge paint runs, despite painting on a flat surface! Maybe that was the very first car he'd ever painted? If I could give him -5 starts I would do so! He needs to go find some business were he doesn't have to work with any customers or people, as his crappy personality just can't deal with people for even one minute. He reminded me of the kind of child that wanted to make up his own rules to play by as a child, and if everyone else didn't want to play by his rules, then he would take his "bally" and go home and pout! Unfortunately, he does seem to have ever grown up! So whatever you do, don't waste your time taking your car to this lousy place!!! read more

My car was estimated to be given back to me within one week and I got it back so much earlier than anticipated. My car came back looking brand new where the damage was done.
