Absolutely an amazing team did an incredible repair to my Mercedes, would not recommend anyone else

I took my Mercedes to the calibers shop on Lexington Street. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a few items were missing from my trunk, like a brand-new license plate holder still in its wrapping, a new first-aid kit also still wrapped, and an emergency supply of anxiety medication that would last a couple of days. I reported this, but they told me it was under camera surveillance and that they would have seen if anyone took anything--however, I don't believe that's true. These items were definitely stolen, and I was even considering removing them before I left, but I thought they'd be safe. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Because of this experience, I don't think I'll return there or to any other caliber center. I trust them to handle my car, but I don't trust them to respect my belongings, and that just doesn't feel right. read more

Do not take your Mercedes to any Caliber location! They deal with Envision Mercedes knowing of the unprofessional and shady dealings. I reach out to Ivanna Panchishin the GM concerning my sensor issue. Instructed her that Envision does not have my permission to touch my vehicle. She responded back via email starting, I should bring my vehicle back and they will Try to figure it out. Try? No that's not going to with for me. I have reached out 2 times by phone. Literally the best Caliber Collision!! I didn't bring my car in until 2 weeks after my accident because I thought it wasn't running and Dori was so freaking nice and patient with me. She understood that I didn't have the means for a tow at the moment and worked with me every step of the way. Once I got my car in I worked with Eric (who was able to get my car looked at and a price sent to my insurance in less than 6 hours). They were so quick with everything and kept me in the loop via email or phone call's through the whole process. I've (unfortunately) had to utilize their services twice. Once for a small cosmetic repair, and the service was so great that I also had my car held and evaluated here following a collision. Both times I was serviced by Eric who kept me updated daily on my Mercedes status both times. He is very transparent and never leaves a job undone. His professionalism, attention to detail, and performance standard is excellent and has definitely eased some of the inconvenience and worry of having a vehicle in the shop. They were also very kind and flexible with me on when I could pick-up my vehicle the first time, and let me hold it there just a few days more (I had went into labor and had just given birth when my vehicle had finished being repaired the first time lol). My Mercedes Benz was seriously vandalized in August that included damage to the windshield, broken windows and a damaged front bumper. I dropped off the car and then Approximately a month later I was contacted to pick up the car and when I arrived my car was not even completely repaired. The back window was not tinted as it was originally and there was a new scratch on the front bumper that was not even there when brought in. When I pointed it out the adjuster they told to come back in a few days . When I returned a second time to pick up my car the car was given to me dusty on the outside . The interior has paint residue all over the leather and the door ceiling. There was broken glass all over the seats and floors . My drivers and back passengers windows were not regulated to go up and down properly . I had to return a third time after speaking with a Manager named Ivanna who promised the repairs would be completed and the car would be professionally detailed . However as soon as I picked up the car I noticed the rear passenger floor mat was missing . I reported it to Ivanna who responded it was not brought in with the rear passenger mat . To add insult to injury I just cleaned the back seat and noticed more broken glass under the seats. I ended up vacuuming it out myself . Clearly the car was never professionally detailed . I feel this business is not taking me seriously as I have made repeated attempts to have them correct their mistakes and they have not and now I am missing an expensive AMG Mercedes floor mat . I would NOT recommend using this business for your collision repair work. I understand that that many businesses are short staffed and poorly trained due to the pandemic however people are not paying attention to detail . I am a very patient and understanding person however this business is not providing the services I have paid for . read more

I can't recommend the people here more highly. I had extensive damage to my Porsche Macan, Ivanna and Hunter communicated consistently and effectively. If I called or texted it was returned promptly. The work done perfectly my car looks new. Without going into detail I had some challenges to deal with and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Honestly, I love this place this is my second time coming back to them after they fixed my Mercedes Back in 2018, Now they are fixing my Honda Accord in 2020, Ivanna is freaking amazing i love her and I love the new guy that's there too well he's new to me his name is hunter when I say I never had met a random person I can sit and talk about car's with all the time He is very honest, helpful, nice & detailed with his work He is an great addition to the company and I'm glad they got him there . I was driving down the freeway and heard this sound but couldn't identify it. I pulled off the freeway and didn't see anything. I got back on and heard it again. I pulled off again to see part of my driver's side rear window trim flapping around. Today, I took in in to see if I needed to replace the entire door seal or what. I spoke with Jason and he checked out my car. He said to hang out and he would take care of it. A little while later it was all fixed. I have been coming here for years. This used to be a Cook's Collision, but Cook's was purchased out by Caliber. To keep it short and sweet, I got hit by a guy with one eye while I was parked in a drive way. I have a 2014 Mazda S Grand Touring, and I brought it into Caliber looking like a chewed up wad of gum. Man, my car was SMASHED UP. The reason I had brought my car into this location was because of a brilliant review left by someone who had my same car. I figured if that reviewer was happy, I'd give it a shot. Savannah C handled my case through insurance and was always consistent about calling me to update me about my car. My car came out looking great. They detailed it very nicely. There was one issue after my car was repaired, and Savannah and the Caliber team repaired it, and even dropped my car off to my job to make it easier for me. You read that right, they dropped my car off to me because I was at work and was unable to pick it up. Amazing customer service. You're in good hands. read more

Dropped my dad's car off 12/6/2022 for work that they said would take around 2 weeks. I understand delays, especially around the holidays, and I've been patient waiting for updates, but Alex and I talked on Friday 2/10/23 about the car being ready today 2/13/23. I actually received an email 1/31/23 that they were getting the car back from Mercedes, and would be ready by that day's end, but it didn't work out that way. It was supposed to be detailed after lunch today, and ready for pick up this afternoon, but when I called to check on when we could come get the car, there were no notes. Alex and any superiors that would know anything about this car were also not there today. I understand things happen, people call out, meetings, whatever, but this is the second time I was told the car would be ready. Lori (sp?) at the front desk apologized and had to be the one to deal with frustrated people. She said there's been cars delayed four months, which is unfortunate. I'm upset and frustrated about the poor communication. I've had to call a few times to update the phone number on file because I wasn't receiving any of the updates they were supposedly sending. They were going to my mom's phone, who is now in the Philippines. The car was supposed to go down to so cal where my parents live, but i had to rent them a car, so they could get back home. We were going to drive it down there tomorrow, which we scheduled after being told the car would be ready before, but now our family trip might have to be postponed because of this car. The thing that's really annoying is that I just wanted to have a piece of the exterior fixed, but they suggested adding the sunroof, which had an electrical component that now no one could figure out. read more
