Len Stloher management and employees, treat others, as you want them to treat you. At the end of the day, your customers will compliment your damage repair, but what they will remember most, is how much you cared.

Took my car (Lexus ES350) in for…read morean estimate for a small dent over the rear wheel and was given a price of around $4k and was told might be a little higher depending on once we take it apart if there was any under damage, but not too much, ok cool. I should've went with my gut on first contact when i arrived and the hesitance to even walk out to look at my car. The guy ( Hal) sat at his desk leaned back in his seat trying not to make eye contact after being called twice by the front desk assistant (by the way was the nicest) then after several more seconds he leans up walks towards me and say "where's your vehicle" We walk out i show the damages and we had the previously stated conversation then he turns and walks away like hello do i follow? Are we done? Do i leave it? Sir? I go inside and apparently he had a conversation with the clerk and went and got back in the leaning position at his desk at which time the clerk explained the next step to me and set up a drop off date. She also explained they had been having trouble with State Farm Ins. In the past and advise i check with them to let them know I'm using Len Stoler for my repairs which in fact I'd already done. Now to the good part! I dropped my car off on 3/8 as directed after hours but someone was still there and directed the key be placed in the drop box cool. On 3/14 i get a call from Enterprise stating the folk at Len Stoler said my car was not there!! Disgusted but calm i called and was told the same and I stated i have photos of when and where i dropped my car off and it's actually right outside your front door, you had to walk past it for 4 days and never questioned why or who's car is in front the door not once? And the key was in the drop box and no one checked it in 4 days? Once someone went out to actually look wowww my key fob and car was exactly where i left it!!! The next day i get a call from Len Stoler stating the damages went from $4k to $11k Tf!! You trying to build a new car from a dent in the rear bumper are you serious???? And why are you calling me don't you suppose to deal with the insurance company?? After going back and forth between the 2 (LS/SF) my car was to be towed to another shop for the repairs and Len Stoler charged me $2400 for storage ($100 a day) and taking apart and putting back together my car in which they never put it back together and left it apart in terrible condition causing damages to my vehicle that was not there when dropped off!! Once my vehicle arrived at the new shop (which did a fantastic job) i went over to inspect it and was horrified! It almost bought me to tears to see my car this way and i vowed once it's complete to file a claim against Len Stoler for the damages they done to my vehicle. I'm not done yet i will be hitting twitter and corporate as well. I and my vehicle was treated so unfair, ripped off and with prejudice, this isn't over. My apology for the long post I'll try to shorten on my next 3!!!!

    I never viewed these reviews my insurance recommened them. Well I made the worst mistake I was told…read moremy truck would be ready on April 4th that would be 22 days from the day I took it in. So I call that day and was told "Oh no we said your vehicle would be ready on the 10th of April so I said ok called on the 10th and was told it would be ready monday, I called monday and was told that a part was defective and they had another one coming to try back on the 14th. To make a very long story short they kept pushing the date back they said the part came in on the 18th when I called and it would be ready monday and now it is tuesday and the guy who is in charge is ducking my phone calls. I think I am going to have to call the police to get my truck back.

    I would definitely NOT recommend using this collision center. I scheduled my repair on 07/27/2015…read morevia phone & was given an 08/10/2015 @ 9AM appointment. I faxed over my estimate & the Agreement for Service (which I received via email) that same day per the Estimator's request. When I arrived on August 10th, no one could seem to find my appointment or paperwork. When the Estimator, I spoke to over the phone, showed up, he realized that he scheduled my appointment for 9PM instead of 9AM & that he never received my paperwork. He entered my information in their system & assured me that the repair could still be completed in 3-4 days. When I called to check on the status of my vehicle, I was told that they couldn't get the parts locally, so that would cause a delay. They had also broken the brackets on my vehicle while removing the wheel well covers & would need to order those. I took it in stride & waited patiently for an update. The next update: it would be ready on 08/17/2015. I didn't receive a call on 08/17/2015, so I didn't bother calling them either. I received a call 08/19/2015 stating that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived & looked over my vehicle, there were several issues, so I requested that they be taken care of. I asked the Estimator if he inspected the work prior to calling me & he told me no, he was too busy. WOW!!! On 08/21/2015, there was a voicemail left stating that my vehicle was ready for the 2nd time. I couldn't get there before closing, so I planned to pick it up that Monday. On Monday, 08/24/2015, I received a call informing me that my vehicle was damaged somehow & needed additional repairs, so it wasn't really ready. WHAT??? So, on 08/26/2015, I was called & told that my vehicle was ready for the 3rd time. I finally picked up my vehicle on 08/27/2015. Yes, 18 days later. Unbelievable! I would never allow them to touch any vehicle of mine again.

I have been bringing my car here since 2006. I have all of my regular maintenance done here and don't mind waiting in the office because they are quick and do the job right. I've had to have body work done to my car and Carty's is fantastic at matching and blending paints. If you need an estimate for parts or services they are sure to give you a print out of what it is that you will need. The prices are fair and staff is honest and friendly. The hours are usually 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon-Fri. If you need to have serious work done to your car Carty's will work with insurance companies to get the right prices for estimates and the car rental services to bring you a rental while your car is being worked on. Most of the time there is parking spaces available if you need to drop your car off during none business hours (be sure to drop your keys off in the drop box by the main office). Carty's is a great shop to go to for all of your car maintenance needs. The mechanics know what they are doing and your car will always be in good hands.

The adjectives I would use to describe them are knowledgeable, fair, honest and customer driven. Oh, and just plain cool. Donna, the owner, and Linda, the office manager, go above and beyond as far as customer service, Steve and Aaron are top flight mechanics as well. Trust me, if you are using gas station hacks for your car troubles, or you are spending your paycheck at the dealer, you need to come and talk to these people. You will feel like you are giving your car to a family member to fix. As with ANYTHING else, communication is the 1st key. And listening is the second. The review on 10/16/14 sounds like sour grapes or a guy who didn't listen. They would never, EVER quote $50 and then charge $400. NEVER! And the other review for body work? It's obvious this guy thinks he was a victim of a bait and switch. HOWEVER, he was given the 2nd estimate BEFORE the work was started. I think they could care less about whether the guy stayed or not. Obviously, something was noticed that perhaps they missed before. He wants them to eat the add'l cost when they didn't even start the work? Seriously??? I am NOT an employee, and Donna has too much class to reply to those types of posts. I am just a customer of a great business and yes, I am defending them! Why? They deserve it, that's why!
