He did a serious inspection of the damage, took several photographs, informed me that there might be invisible damage they they could discover while doing the repairs. He then proceeded to prepare a written quote. I was impressed with the professionalism of the inspection and the quote. The quote was reasonable; but, was missing a couple of critical elements. Once I got it back one day later I had to take it back because it wasn't working right. They said they fixed the leaks and problems to only have the car die one week later as I was driving to work. Had to have it towed (to another place this time) Another mechanic told me the work wasn't completed as Tim and Butch told me it was. When we called and told them the damage that was done they didn't offer to correct it or give us our money back. They took our money, Kept the car too long, and are dishonest.
