I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. Definitely recommend this shop, they made everything so easy and exceeded expectations in every way.

He did a serious inspection of the damage, took several photographs, informed me that there might be invisible damage they they could discover while doing the repairs. I seriously considered using Unique Collision Center for repairing my car; however, the insurance company and I agreed to use another shop.
