That was absolutely NOT my experience at Crash Champions in Bend. From the moment I walked in, Jen was incredibly friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure I wasn't paying for anything unless it was truly necessary. I had the option of taking a check from insurance or having my insurance work directly with the shop. The damage to my car was pretty minor, but still enough that you obviously don't want to be stuck paying out of pocket for it. Jen went above and beyond and even offered to have one of her guys come out and buff the scratches for me.She also gave me some great advice on what to do moving forward. It was such a refreshing experience to feel like someone was actually looking out for me rather than trying to make a sale. I'm so grateful for Jen's honesty, kindness, and willingness to help! I left feeling that this was a company that was not to be trusted. Three days later, I received an email with a low-ball quote that was insufficient in a number of areas. The first time they returned my truck to me worse that it arrived- raw metal, dirt, overspray, runs, and drips in the paint. It was so bad I wish that I hadn't bothered with the warranty. The work was a solid 0/10 round 1 and a 1.5/10 round 2. They re did the work, and returned it slightly better than the first time-no raw metal and runs. Just drips, TONS more dirt, and less overspray. I took the truck back because I was fed up and decided that the KCC clowns have no business within 5ft of the vehicle. I am appointment at a competing body shop to have the body panels they pained blocked and wet sanded then compounded and polished to actually finish the job. It literally looks like they painted the truck in a sandbox then when they tried to "polish" it to "please" me, they left it in said sandbox-there are tons of swirls and pig tails all over the thing. Please safe yourselves the headache and hassle and go somewhere with employees that know what they're doing and care.

Main Auto Body was COMPLETELY different - Ellie and Antonio gave me fantastic customer service from start to finish. They basically had to redo work from the other shop - and walked me through each step. The work done was like night and day - they did such a good job and my car feels rock solid again. It's been dragging about an inch off the ground since then. With my work schedule I was just not able to get it fixed. I take my dog to doggy daycare right next to Main Auto and I thought....I'm just going to ask if they can unscrew the part hanging down. I stopped in the office and asked and right away the Owner (I think it was the owner) came out and looked and called one of the guys over to fix it. I told him it was like 2 screws. Of course after the guy went under the car it was a bit more that needed to be done. I offered my credit card and he said I didn't have to pay anything. They charge over $400 to troubleshoot both of my rear doors & replace 2 rear light bulbs…read more They gave me the quote to repair the doors in the afternoon, I declined. Stating that I'd pick up the vehicle at 5pm. The only time I could get a ride. It was dark when I got the vehicle just as they closed. When I arrived home I discovered that both back doors were disassembled with parts covering the floor (see photos). They were closed for the weekend so I had to rent a vehicle for my family as my van was now only a 2 seater. And I'd be without the vehicle again to get the door reassembled. They reimbursed me $39 for my inconvenience (their stated cost to put the doors back together). Months later I was shown (see photos) that they reversed the wiring for the brake light & turn signal. All this time I had only one brake light and no right turn signal thanks to their 'repair'. Two trips to new mechanic required to get it in working order .

Once I got it back one day later I had to take it back because it wasn't working right. They said they fixed the leaks and problems to only have the car die one week later as I was driving to work. Had to have it towed (to another place this time) Another mechanic told me the work wasn't completed as Tim and Butch told me it was. When we called and told them the damage that was done they didn't offer to correct it or give us our money back. They took our money, Kept the car too long, and are dishonest. Basically they butchered my car!

Zero integrity with these guys, take your business elsewhere.
