Their work is the best I've ever seen. My car was rebuilt from scratch and it looks and drives even better than when it was brand new. When I picked up my car it was completely detailed inside and out, and was immaculate. Plus, the owners are just the nicest and most honest people. He did a serious inspection of the damage, took several photographs, informed me that there might be invisible damage they they could discover while doing the repairs. He then proceeded to prepare a written quote. I was impressed with the professionalism of the inspection and the quote. The quote was reasonable; but, was missing a couple of critical elements. I seriously considered using Unique Collision Center for repairing my car; however, the insurance company and I agreed to use another shop.

Forget where you live, get your car towed there for service you'll be happy with upon completion.

They parked it in direct sunlught which hides wrong color trying to deceive me. I pulled it in parking space out of direct sun. Again paint did not match. First trip in we called on status, they said it was just painted and had to wait next day to dry and pick up. Second trip they painted it and said its ready same day. Didn't have to wait a day to dry. Obviously a con job. They didn't paint it the second go-around.

Once I got it back one day later I had to take it back because it wasn't working right. They said they fixed the leaks and problems to only have the car die one week later as I was driving to work. Had to have it towed (to another place this time) Another mechanic told me the work wasn't completed as Tim and Butch told me it was. When we called and told them the damage that was done they didn't offer to correct it or give us our money back. They took our money, Kept the car too long, and are dishonest. Basically they butchered my car!

Clearly this hasn't happened and we are back to the not returning calls game. Unfortunately now I'll just be taking them to small claims for the principal of the matter. Zero integrity with these guys, take your business elsewhere.
