They acted like it was a big inconvenience for me to ask any questions at all just wanted me to "let them handle it" John walked me through every step of the insurance process, handled 90% of the communication with the insurance company so I didn't have to, fought them to get quality parts approved instead of the used/aftermarket crap they were trying to get him to install, and turned out a beautiful job. And the best part is they have a full mechanic shop next door on the same property so they were able to take care several mechanical issues that he spotted while it was in. Can't say enough good stuff about this little family owned shop.
