Our Toyota Sienna van was the victim of a parking lot hit and run recently. Our insurance company, Allstate, suggested we take it to Caliber Collision Center in Palm Coast, FL and we are ever glad they did! From the first time we went there for an estimate it was an excellent experience! Kurt took time to explain everything to us and provided us with a detailed estimate. They handled everything with the insurance company and when we picked up our repaired vehicle we were stunned! Caliber Collision in Palm Coast, Fl recently performed a repair for me covered by USAA car insurance. I am a totally disabled Vet, and had no previous experience with Caliber Collision. I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by all the people at Caliber! Especially 2 individuals there , Joseph and Linda, who personally assisted me with the entire process! I must emphasize to everyone that, not only did Caliber Collision do a perfect job with the repairs needed, but Joseph and Linda both went above and beyond to assist me. Because I am very ill, they made every effort to help me, where Linda even personally arranged for my loaner rental from Enterprise! Someone backed into my 2011 GLK causing a good bit of damage to the front end of my car the grill, the bumper and some internal damage. My insurance company recommended Caliber. I took their advice glad I did! Because of the age of the car, it was tough to get replacement parts they were great keeping me posted what the delays were how long it could take. Everyone there that I delt with was knowledgeable, professional, friendly. I had the good luck to have to deal with Teri-Marie Sanders as my Service Advisor the attention the updates the communication I thought for sure she was one of the owners turned out she was not so the owners are lucky to have her. Had a problem with a loose bumper and thought I would have to have it repaired or replaced ! As soon as I walked in the the office , and explained my problem - Two employees immediately walked out to estimate the cost to repair the bumper on my 2008 Mercury Sable ! After looking at the damage - they got a drill & used clips and screws to hook the bumper back to its original position ; I could not tell it was ever broken ! The whole repair took about 10 minutes - Amazing ! I will definately use Calaber again ! I asked what I owed them and they smiled and said NO CHARGE !! Had to fix my wife's GLE 350 Mercedes due to someone hitting it in the parking lot and driving off. Not a lot to fix but about $1500 worth. I was extremely happy for the service I received. I had a tail light accident and was leaving town in 3 days so they were able to have it all fixed perfectly for a very reasonable price before I left.
