Our Toyota Sienna van was the victim of a parking lot hit and run recently. Our insurance company, Allstate, suggested we take it to Caliber Collision Center in Palm Coast, FL and we are ever glad they did! From the first time we went there for an estimate it was an excellent experience! Kurt took time to explain everything to us and provided us with a detailed estimate. They handled everything with the insurance company and when we picked up our repaired vehicle we were stunned! It looked brand new, paint was a total match, and the best part of it all was that while the car was seriously dented in an area affecting three different parts they managed to do repairs rather than replacement! We appreciated the fact that their expertise meant we got our car back quickly and to a minimal charge to our insurance company. Why does this matter? Because we all know how every claim affects everyone's insurance rates! Excellent job, Caliber Collision Center! Highly recommended! read more

Caliber Collision in Palm Coast, Fl recently performed a repair for me covered by USAA car insurance. I am a totally disabled Vet, and had no previous experience with Caliber Collision. I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by all the people at Caliber! Especially 2 individuals there , Joseph and Linda, who personally assisted me with the entire process! I must emphasize to everyone that, not only did Caliber Collision do a perfect job with the repairs needed, but Joseph and Linda both went above and beyond to assist me. Because I am very ill, they made every effort to help me, where Linda even personally arranged for my loaner rental from Enterprise! They were not required to do all the extra things they did for me, but did them because they are wonderful human beings! I cannot recommend them and Caliber Collision enough! Thank you! read more

Someone backed into my 2011 GLK causing a good bit of damage to the front end of my car the grill, the bumper and some internal damage. My insurance company recommended Caliber. I took their advice glad I did! Because of the age of the car, it was tough to get replacement parts they were great keeping me posted what the delays were how long it could take. Everyone there that I delt with was knowledgeable, professional, friendly. I had the good luck to have to deal with Teri-Marie Sanders as my Service Advisor the attention the updates the communication I thought for sure she was one of the owners turned out she was not so the owners are lucky to have her. From the GM down they are a great crew. Now I'm gonna drive my beloved 2011 car home !!! PS Teri is an EX Marine. Thank her for her service read more

Had a problem with a loose bumper and thought I would have to have it repaired or replaced ! As soon as I walked in the the office , and explained my problem - Two employees immediately walked out to estimate the cost to repair the bumper on my 2008 Mercury Sable ! After looking at the damage - they got a drill & used clips and screws to hook the bumper back to its original position ; I could not tell it was ever broken ! The whole repair took about 10 minutes - Amazing ! I will definately use Calaber again ! I asked what I owed them and they smiled and said NO CHARGE !! Even though it was a simple fix - They could have charged me , but chose not to ! Great people work there ! You don't see that every day !! Again Thank-you Caliber ! read more

Our insurance company, USAA, recommended that we use Caliber Collision for repairs after hitting a deer with our SUV. Our dealings with the folks at Caliber Collision in Palm Coast were outstanding. They kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs and did a beautiful job of repairing the damage. Especially noteworthy were the efforts of service manager, Jonathan Fauscett, who did the damage survey and coordinated the repair on the car. I would highly recommend Caliber for collision repairs. I have purchased several vehicles over the last year and I can always count on the team at Caliber Palm Coast to do outstanding work. In addition, the team treats you like family and are always willing to answer any questions. Yesterday I had an unknown mark on my front bumper and the team immediately came out and looked at what it could be and thanks to the "painter" he was able to resolve the issue and good as new. I can't speak highly enough of the team and of course will always go to them first. read more

I recently brought a used vehicle by Caliber Collision in Palm Coast, Fl where the guys checked it over head to toe. I was interested in buying the vehicle but low miles and cheap price tag had me worried. The awesome staff found nothing wrong with the vehicle besides factory paint imperfections! I was amazed by how much I learned from a 5 minute review with the manager. I purchased a 50k dollar truck with ease knowing I had the professional eyes of caliber collision check it over! read more

I don't have the vocabulary to accurately describe how proficient, caring, thoughtful and honest these people are. After my 1st experience this month, I would never consider going elsewhere. Aside from their stellar personalities, they did an absolutely fabulous job on my car. There are tiny details about my paint job I forgot to mention, but I saw they had picked up on those details. Teri handled my care and is an absolute delight. Knowledgeable and caring. read more

I was extremely happy for the service I received. I had a tail light accident and was leaving town in 3 days so they were able to have it all fixed perfectly for a very reasonable price before I left. Another time when I totaled my car, they picked it up with their tow truck and worked with the insurance company. They made a bad situation, not sooo bad. They are all just great people. read more
