They could have easily charge us $400 plus dollars to repair the dent in the tailgate, but was able to get the dent out with out having to repaint the tailgate of our truck. I had a minor accident and I referenced Caliber Collins to the insurance company. I made an appointment and took my car on the 30th of July to get an estimate. The guy came out, took pictures and said he was uploading everything to the insurance company. I arrange to drop off my car on the 4th of August. I decided to call the rental car company to make sure everything was good they told to me to call the insurance company to make sure everything was approved. I called and apparently Caliber failed to upload all my documents to the insurance company to get approved for my rental. I have a very busy and hectic schedule and now I have to wait a whole week before I can drop off my car again to be in the process of getting fixed. In the beginning I was thinking there was something I messed up on or forgot to do but a professional place of business is slacking. The people are very nice and respectful and hardworking but i don't like having to come back and forth for things I thought were taken care of. read more

I was involved in an accident in June 2020 and immediately took my Jeep to Caliber Collision in Olive Branch. Body shop recommended obvious body repair and to replace the front axle while using the internals of the old axle. Communication updates were regular and Jeep was returned after a lengthy period on August 18th. When the vehicle was returned, I found the front tire that was replaced had the incorrect load range and had to have another one ordered and mounted. The front vent tube on the new axle was still capped and I had to remove it to prevent axle seal damage or overheating. The front pinion yoke was leaking gear oil from the seal and there was a roaring noise coming from the drivetrain. At first, I thought the leak was from the blocked vent tube and the noise was from the tires, but after some time, it has been determined it was much deeper than that. The Jeep was sent back and instead of looking at the deeper issue, the pinion seal was replaced again and returned with the same results. Several weeks later, I found the pinion seal again was leaking. Returned it again and seal was replaced for the 3rd time, but only after I was told several shops wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a factory setup. After the 3rd time, I was on a planned family trip and stopped for gas and could smell gear oil. Looked underneath and the whole bottom was covered because of the leak. Sent images and video to rep and he did not respond. Spoke to and sent pictures and video to GM Mark Parks who told me that it would be addressed but the shop that did the original axle work said there was a lift on the Jeep, which was the same lift that was on the Jeep prior to the accident and was not an aggressive lift to begin with being only 2.5" in height and well within factory specifications. We are now in the early weeks of December and I was told by Mark Parks that I could take it to another shop and they would cover the charges to get the issue addressed. Took it to Off-Road Innovations in Olive Branch and dropped the invoice ($200+) off at the counter of Caliber as Mr. Price was out of the office. I did not get a response to my invoice that I dropped off, but was told again by Mr. Price to have another shop look at it after the issue returned again. The last shop determined that the bearing used was from the original axle and was burning up the seal as a result. I paid nearly $1000 out of pocket for the diagnosis and replacement of the bearing and seal. I went by Caliber and explained what was wrong and what had to be done. Employees that were there confirmed hearing I would be reimbursed for this cost and that I was right that Caliber should be the ones responsible for the repairs. After several attempts to reach Mark Parks, I was told that he left that location and went to Hernando. I was never reimbursed for my frustration, time, or cost of the repairs.The body work was fine, but I would never use them again for repairs or service on my vehicle. read more

I had my car towed to this shop after it was stolen & vandalized. They have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They've exceeded my expectations by far! (From the towing company & rental car service all the way to the actual repairs done to the vehicle.) Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The repairs that the tech Jared made are impeccable! If I could give this place no stars I would. 70+ days of back and forth, we get here to pick up our vehicle and wanna guess????? Parts are still not here, gaps in fender, bolts missing, bumper still has to come off for repairs, fender still has to come off for repairs, inside has grease from repairs allllll over it. Doors don't align, trust me I could continue but what's the point?! DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!! You will regret it- I have never been so angry before in my life! We are going on 90 days of the same mess and I'm tired of it. ANDREW strung me along and delivered NOTHING! Then couldn't even face me. Manager DAVID supposedly did a quality check A LIE! I received an estimate from Caliber Collision recently for 1200 to repair a rear corner panel. You have to make an appointment to get an estimate and so I made the appointment. I received the estimate and then asked when I could drop it off, they told me the next Tuesday Jan 3rd. Once I dropped it off, it sat for a week, then on Tuesday January 10th, Andrew called me and said the repair was now going to cost 3500.00, after picking myself off the floor, I asked him what was the reason, he told me that the guy who did the estimate was new and didn't know what he was doing. He broke the difference down for me, which amounted to 700 in parts, and an additional 1600 in labor! Wow! I offered to split the mistake they had made and pay the part cost, but neither Andrew or the Manager, David would budge. I told David I would come pick up the car, but no thank you, on the "revised" estimate.The people here were not rude or belligerent. They either don't know what they are doing or very much know what they are doing by baiting and switching. I am just saying buyer beware! I give them 1 star for friendly folks. read more

Have had my car fixed here multiple times. About time I write a review. First the workers are pretty good and nice(one exception keep reading), their operation is not. Their text updates are not accurate dont sign up for them if they ask. Their personal updates aren't accurate either. Took over 24 hours to get a bumper put back on. I get there are multiple vehicles to work on but if I am told "yea my boys will work on it soon as they get back from lunch" i shouldn't get it at 3pm the next day. Don't tell me you're working on it currently with about an hour of work left because i'm gonna clear my schedule to come pick up my car. The biggest thing that I am writing this review for is because one of their workers stole my bottle of cologne. I keep a relatively cheap bottle of cologne in my driver side door panel and noticed it was missing when I got my car back. I thought it was just me, it must have fell out or something which made no sense but didn't want to make assumptions. After searching my entire car is when i started to suspect. It was not found and a bottle of germ x i also keep in my driver door panel was in my backseat passenger floorboard(my car is not completely flat on the floorboards the floorboard comes up about a foot in the back and the console divides the passenger and driver side in the front) so there is no way it could have gotten there unless it was moved. They took pictures of my interior I assume for liability reasons such as this but how convenient that there were no pictures taken of the drivers door panel. I called the store after piecing everything together and told them it better be found when I picked my car back up( they had missed scratches and messed up panel gaps the first time they worked on it so i had to take it back and not have my car for 4 more days) They told me a manger would call to ask me more about this and I never got a call. The day I picked up my car I asked about it again and I was told i would be contacted about it. I never was. Has been over a month and I emailed the same person I first contacted about it 5 days ago and have not gotten a response. Overall: I don't really care about the cologne it was about $40 but it is absolutely unprofessional to steal, and on top of that, avoid contact and resolution with a customer. Would NOT recommend hope this store gets shut down. I never say anything bad about stores or let alone leave bad reviews as I understand the service industry and things can get tied up and pile on pretty quick but these actions (and failure of actions) are unacceptable for a business. I stopped in without an appointment to have an estimate done. There were no other customers in sight & one young girl greeted me. I asked for an estimate for damage to my vehicle. She would not walk outside to do the estimate. She said I must have an appointment and she passed me off by getting my contact info for someone to return my call. She was unfriendly & unhelpful. I had just left Desoto Collision for my first estimate. They walked out to my vehicle, got the info within 5 mins and later emailed me the estimate. I'm all over town with my job so I don't know when I'd be able to come back to Caliber. They lost a customer for not taking 5 mins to come see the damage to my vehicle. Plus the girl did not want to help me. UPDATE- after the regional manager reached out, I went back for another chance. John and Sharon helped me, and I felt like they cared about my business and appreciated me. They repaired my vehicle quickly and did a great job!! read more
