My insurance company sent me here. This company was professional, honest, and helped me at no charge. They saw that the scratches on my car might easily be buffed out, so they took my car in and cleared any scuff marks or light scratches at no charge--how nice! They called my insurance company to cancel my claim. Wow. I will go here next time I have any kind of car damage. read more

Most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. The estimator Carlos sent me an email with 22.7 hrs of labor for a trim piece under the bumper. I emailed him back with "are you sure you didn't mean 2.7 hrs?" Nothing, emailed him twice, no response. But Catherine the receptionist calls me everyday asking "if I want to proceed with repairs" went to Gerber down the street and their quote was $1700. The 20 year olds running Caliber have no clue whatsoever and don't know how to communicate, stay away read more

I had to get a minor dent fixed on one door and it cost 9k and took forever to get my car back. Go to Gerber!

Jose was terrific. I had a repair done this week and it was done perfectly and quickly. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

We had our truck in 7 years ago when Hurricane Irma hit . To make it short they had to fix every part but the tailgate . 7 years later some cracks in the paint started to show and a window repair was not to par . Lifetime warranty they stood behind their work and supplied a loaner and completed everything in a timely manner. From receptionist to the manager everyone was great !!!! read more

Don't bother with Caliber unless you wish to make an insurance claim for the damage to your car. I carry a high-deductable which would have been more than the cost of repair; so -- no claim. Caliber refused to repair my wife's car ... saying they would only work with insurance companies, not with individuals. read more

These folks are racist! I came in for an estimate. The proceeded to help the person the arrived after me with an estimate then told me if I want one come back in two to three weeks because they don't have time to provide a courtesy estimate. Totally sad excuse for a business in 2021. read more

I was in a minor car accident. There was some damage to the front bumper and the radiator needed to be replaced. My insurance company had this business on their list of covered auto body shops. The shop received my car on September 20th. The first red flag was when they only repaired the bumper. I had to ask why the car wasn't driveable. They didn't know what I was talking about. As if I had the car towed there for aesthetic purposes. The next red flag came when they called to say a technician damaged my sensor so they would have to wait for that to be sent by the vendor. That's not the end of this awful experience. They called yesterday to tell me the brand new radiator they put in is leaking. Now they have to wait for ANOTHER radiator to be sent from the east coast. It's now October 15th, and I still don't have my car. Don't bother complaining either. They don't care. They won't accommodate you in any way. No discount. No help. No rush to finish. They just want to break more parts on your car and charge you and/or your insurance for their mistakes. DON'T GO HERE!! I did email the suggested email address in the owner's reply. I was not contacted. This is an auto response the Caliber posts to every review. read more

A+ all the way. Friendly most accommodating staff ever. They helped me through every step from securing a rental vehicle to dealing with insurance. Kept me informed of everything that was happening. Car looks brand new. Totally recommend. read more

Came to them after a car accident (selected by my car insurance). They did such a great job, I decided to come back for some more work to be done on my car out of my own pocket. Joe Jimenez is that dude! Jackie & Jennifer are also pretty awesome! read more

Recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision and i was beyond pleased. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kathleen. And i have to say that at such a stressful time she made me feel at ease. She kept me informed on eveything that was going on with my car, whether it was good news or bad. Even followed up with me after i picked up to make sure everything was good. I hope I never have to deal with this again but if I do, i know where im going. Thanks Kathleen and Caliber for such a great experience. Will be recommending you guys! read more

My Corvette was struck by a reckless driver on the low door side, February 16, 10:30 in the morning drove it because it couldn't be put on a tow truck to Caliber, they approached me I was in the middle of a concussion! They looked up my car they had the painter come out and they told me it be one week to fix it it was there for 40 days and had to be re-done twice because dirt in the paint then I lost money on the diminished value of the car because nothing would lineup none of the spaces for the hood to the fender, the lady manager went on vacation I left four messages about my car she never called back I would never take anything to them ever again go to Doug Braun read more

WE HAVE TAKEN 3 TRUCKS INTO CALIBER COLLISION STORE #2007 -1229 Airport Pulling Rd. North. They give you an estimate and every time they have called stating a bunch more additional work needs to be done. I have refused the additional work and the trucks have worked great- however, now they state if you do not do the additional work - we can not repair your truck! VERY DISHONEST COMPANY- the additional work they recommend has nothing to do with the original quote. WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE TO CALIBER COLLISION! read more

Check in was simple and smooth, great customer service. Honest and upfront. Came in for an insurance claim through progressive.

They were recommended through my insurance company. The car was supposed to be done in a week. It took a month and was returned yesterday with items broken that were not broken when the ca went in -Both the side mirrors and seat belt alarm and my once full tank of gas was below The E with only 5 miles of gas in the car!!! They Agreed to pay for the additional rental time my insurance company would not cover, but when it came to payment time-I paid them in full and they backed out on 2/3rds of their commitment to cover their excessive time! I would not recommend this company. read more

The car was done when they had estimated for it to be completed. The craftsmanship was exceptional and my car looks as good as new. Took vehicle here because of insurance recommendation. Huge MISTAKE!!!!!! Took forever to fix front headlamp and repair ding on hood. They come up with clever excuses as to why it takes so long. Broken part sent the first time, sent that one back. Second one they sent the left side, needed the right side , blah blah blah. I will fix my car myself before I would take it back here. read more

Follow up to my repairs I went over my car after I washed it and found problems with the paint job on the trunk lid, I was told not to was the car for awhile after repairs I also lost the drivers side cowl which is by front window while I was driving on the interstate. Had to order a replacement part from Toyota. Say away from this body shop read more

I had to go here because of my insurance. Took these folks over 2 weeks to repair rear fender on my F350, didn't have it done on time either. Lied to me on phone when they told me it was currently being worked on but they didn't know I was in the next parking lot and I could see my truck was sitting in the parking lot. No one had touched it for an hour. Kept me waiting over 2 hours at second contractor waiting for them to deliver. Never called me when they promised they would. Ordered wrong parts. My end Inspection found turn signal not working and they tried to hide small chip in new paint job. Everything about this place is shady. My insurance company had to file a complaint about this place. They had to send a regional manager dowto try to fix all the screw ups here. Don't know how they are still in business. Stay Away!!!! read more

Had an accident back in August, my insurance sent me unfortunately to caliber collision. I won't go into details because I involved a lawyer in all the mess they did this is just to worn you. Everyone at Caliber Collision was kind and professional ... service was great. I highly recommend them.

Staff is totally confused. Got an estimate for replacing/painting a door and a week later find out they never ordered the door shell and now wanted a deposit. Wasted a week. I've had work done there before but Andrew mentioned they have new management. Avoid them until they get there act together. read more

Don't go here!!!!! They scheduled my aunt's car and said they had the part and it would be completed in two days. We called on the fifth day and they put us on hold while checking. My aunt waited FOR AN HOUR & hung up. Called two hours later and was told the part they got in was worse than the damaged part on her car but the damaged part was not on the car. We removed it and threw it away because it was hanging off the car! So the mamager lied instead of just saying they forgot to order the part. Tell everyone you know don't go here! read more

Good repair, bad service. Unnecessary polish and buffer from them trying to give my vehicle back "spectacular" left my vehicles paint damaged. Very small dents that look like rock chipping on new parts? The actual assembly was fine. If you have a valuable car, avoid this place. read more

Unbelievably incompetent. They gave us the lowest estimate, and we scheduled the repair for January. The scheduler called to say they were too busy to hold the date, and rescheduled for Feb 5. We called a week before to make certain they were holding the date for us. We were told we were not in the schedule! After speaking with the manager, we were told to bring the car in. We did. We did not hear anything, so we called to make sure the repair was going to be completed within the week, as was promised. We were told that neither the cost estimate nor the time estimate would necessarily be honored because they never know what hidden damage there may be, until they take it apart. We retrieved the car and brought it to a professional shop. read more

Went here for a quote. Service was friendly but they couldn't get my car in for repair fast enough.

Me and my husband we had to take our car for repairs after a car accident, our insurance progressive recommend them so we went with that. The car was supposed to be fixed in less then a week, we left it on a Monday and we picked it up on Friday. All good till then, after my husband picked up the car the bumper come on done, after a few phone calls we had to take it back , they set up the bumper again, by the time my husband got back home the bumper got on done again. Just to make it short we had to take it back to the repair center like 5 times and it took almost 2 months for the to do it right. They also lied to us numerous time, they would tell us they changed a lot more parts but when we take it back they said they have to order a new part because they haven't change that. The managers there where horrible on following up and letting us know what is going on. Kathleen was our associate there and as soon as me and my husband got to frustrated with the situation she passed us on to somebody else. I will never take my car there again. read more
