She actually called and fought with the insurance company to get us into a rental car. She offered to fax the police report to the insurance company for us. She was super friendly and great in customer service. We took our car to this shop because the tow truck driver recommended it. They fixed our car very quickly which I appreciate. And they have a life time warranty on their work (thank God because I had to take it back). When I picked up my car it initially looked fantastic! I was hit on my passenger side. So I get into the car though and my drivers seat cover had been removed and there was a rip in the seat. When I confronted them about it they calmed it was "dry rot" caused by the sun. Which I don't believe because that's why I had a cover on it! So I asked why the cover was removed and they stated it must have slipped off. Again I don't believe that either as the cover clips under neath the seat, meaning it would have had to be manually removed. This was just a losing battle to begin with. When I went to open my passenger door it was catching on the side fender. When I took it back to get fixed the guy I talked to on the phone seemed really annoyed. Not good customer service. Don't get annoyed at me that you didn't fix my car right. You offer a life time warrenty. So either fix it right the first time or do it again. When I actually went into the shop though the guy offered to fix if right there on the spot. He said he was a quick fix and had me on my way fairly quickly. Not sure that I would return again, just because the fact that if you're going to act like I'm a burden I'll take my money else where. 3 stars. Not terrible service. But definitely could improve.

Wolbert's accepts car insurance claims and with my company they are on the preferred list. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. I was given a preliminary estimate and they were able to schedule me three days later. They told me it would take two days to complete the work. I deferred the repair until after Holy week since the car was drive able. I took the car in yesterday and got a complimentary ride home. You are given a website link with your estimate so you can check the progress of your repair. This helps greatly when there is "hidden" damage. In my case there were two other pieces needed. I was a little apprehensive as to how long it would take to get those pieces but they had them the next day. I got called mid afternoon letting me know my card was ready. They came and picked me up. I settled the deductible and the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome as I waited for them to bring my car back to me. They also gave me the final estimate which would be turned into insurance so I would know the exact amount of the claim. They offered me free soft drink from the refrigerator. I loved looking at the three turtles they had acquired that had grown and were sitting on their train tracks. I should note that Wolbert's does not use genuine dealer parts which is a requirement when filing a claim with my company. Since the work being done was cosmetic and they also verified I had no mechanical damage I was grateful. The front of the car looked like it never hit anything. Also, they offer free complimentary car wash with your repair. For me that is helpful no matter what the weather because the undercarriage is what really is important when getting the car cleaned. My insurance company has warranted the repairs lifetime outside of normal wear and tear. I've used their services years ago and remembered how pleased I was with them. I feel a lot better having my own car back so I can drive again. Located on East Crafton Ave near Sarafino's they are open weekdays only. Also, note that if you arrange a rental then they will have the company bring that car to you at their business and will have them pick it up from there when the work is completed.

Asked to install new black competition stripes on both sides, bought lower side stripes and they only changed the drivers side. I noticed it and asked where the other one was and they kept it. I asked them to install it as it was included in my price. They did the repair on drivers side. 3. Contacted Kilkeary's strip technician Tim C. Asked to replace a bumper stripS on my 2018 SHELBY GT 350 BU,PER STRIPES ONLY. Washington Ford recommended Kilkeary's so I called them. We agreed on a price to remove and reinstall bumper stripes only ($250). After 3 hours,he couldn't get the bumper off or the glue. He had no Rapid Remover liquid gel to remove the glue but did have a heat gun. He asked me to remove it, which I did and I removed the glue with my own Rapid Remover liquid! He came back and installed the stripes in 1 hour but refused to reduce his price because he still gave me 3 hours OF USELESS REMOVAL! He ONLY DID 1 USEFUL HOUR AND DID MY OWN REMOVAL! It's not my fault he failed! Criminal! I gave him an out by reducing his price but he wouldn't do it! Buyer beware! Check everything!!! I have pictures if you'd like to see them.
