It's very shameful this shop tell you one thing, but do another....... I was promised my car three different times that it'll be ready....... I never can get in touch with advisor. Do I think they were very courteous but other than that I never could reach them to ask them many questions. They didn't have a backup person to help you so you had to wait until you talk to that person that's a problem....... Though I didn't take all my at the there, but they took all my the trunk and threw it in the car in the backseat. I didn't really understand what was going on. I came back started to work to Do I need to move stuff out of the trunk? They told me no....... That it'll be OK. Not only did they take the stuff out of the truck, but they threw it in the car recklessly like somebody getting kicked out of their house........ the bottom line is that they broke my electric key fob and when I the manager at the location in on Monroe he said if anybody break anything, they'll let him know??⁉⁉ OK that unreasonable if they did it by accident, but I think because I had a couple of according to them" someone sabotage my electric key FOB....... Though I can't prove it, but my car crank sometime after I got it back. It was definitely not damaged the key, but definitely not damaged. The manager looked at my key and said that it looked worn out. But that was a lie because I had to use knife to open it to put a new battery in though I didn't need a new battery when I battery in there I found that wasn't a problem........ I asked for his assistance to either buy me a case which doesn't cost that much or replace the FOB....... Once I start researching and case cause electronic broad didn't that was a small thing for him to certify his custom, but he didn't care he wouldn't concern. My car was in accident and USAA insurance paying used them. I agreed as place I wanted was booked out until late April. Dropped of car with Allison. Got text updates car was ready faster than expected. However on my arrival I had my old parts were sitting on back seat. Which left my seat very nasty and dirty. Allison quickly tried to grab parts leaving dust and nasty film of some sort. I had to come back to have Manager clean it and she offered to detail it at later date. didn't really look at it which My mistake before driving off. I drove to gas station as half tank was some how now gone‍. When I try to re start car it won't. Thinking ok it's been sitting a while need to charge battery by driving it. So I do and let it run for 30 mins. Try to use remote start next morning not working. Come back to caliber told battery is low. Now I need to get new battery or charge this one so manager offers to charge and even call ins to claim it. Which I insist. As battery comes to charge I am given options to move forward. I don't like them as I dropped of car with all those working and now could be money out my pocket as "wearable" part is the term I keep hearing like it can go bad any time. My golden rule is always return anything I get the same as I got it. If I drive your car and battery goes bad I replace it. Don't care it's old. I was in control of it. That's not caliber philosophy so I wait to see if insurance will pay or me! The manager Melani was solid once I spoke to her. Alison couldn't /wouldn't even speak after how she treated my vehicle. The next day Allison still didn't say anything except what that insurance would pay for as manager and I spoke. I am hopped that the charge would work on battery. It didn't so the manager Melanie helped get a new battery at very good price. I Will have to make sure to follow up with that detail car wash she promised. I also had to mention my pop up tent was removed from trunk and cameras had to be reviewed to get that back as well which seemed to totally be honest mistake. Just seemed as pick up ball was dropped as several things slipped by Allison especially to tell me to bring check from insurance company something she says I told you when we first spoke . Thanks Melanie for helping it be better. The 3 star is based on Allison and workers leaving old parts in car. They did fix car that I can not tell it was hit at all. read more

Excellent customer service and price! I took my wife's 2003 Toyota Sequoia to have a Driver side Door lock assembly replaced on 2/19/19. The part had to be ordered, however, Mr. Warren, "Service Adviser" adjusted the lock enough so I could drive the vehicle until the new part arrive the next day. This was a blessing considering we both needed a vehicle! When the part arrived, I was contacted and the vehicle was repaired as expected and returned cleaned! My experience was awesome from start to finish and I would recommend this shop to anyone desiring honest, professional service! I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I was so worried about my vehicle as I never been in a hit like that before. I panicked on the road after a deer ran across. But none the less. I went to caliber after my insurance suggested. I dropped my car off and dealt with Cayla. She was wonderful. Great personality and made my drop off easy. I chose to receive the text notifications and I loved it. I was notified on everything that was happening to my vehicle. Plus I got my vehicle quicker than the estimated date of completion. This made me so happy and who doesn't love a faster turnout that expected. I was able to also leave my rental right at Caliber which made it convenient for me. I didn't have to take off work and make extra trips for rental drop off. My experience over all was great. Great staff, quick results/fixes, and get car back nice and clean. .
