I contacted Perfect Visual towing to get the pricing of the tow and the storage fees, and the woman that answered, answered the phone very rudely, and told me I could not get my car unless I had the registration and tags. I had to argue with the lady and the owner, about the reason for the call, which was for the pricing, not the requirements. I had to get the police department to call them and tell them the same thing they told me. When I arrived with what I needed to get my car, I tried entering the building at 3:20 pm and the door was locked, which was odd because they didn't close until 4:00pm. I called Perfect visual towing informing them that I was outside, and the same lady, answered saying they go by appointment only, which they never told me! She then told me that the owner was on the way to let me in. I sat outside for ten minutes thinking the owner was going to pull into the yard, and then I heard the door unlock from inside of the building! The owner, the lady that answered the phone, and a few mechanics were all sitting right near the door. They were inside the entire time!!!! They literally made me sit outside for literally nothing. Once I was inside, I gave them everything I needed to retrieve my vehicle, and the entire time I was professional and very polite, and the lady was very rude, very unprofessional, she even taunted me about my car being towed! She did not give me my receipt, and overcharged me! And not to mention my car was damaged from them towing it. I do not recommend their service to anyone, I wouldn't recommend them to a dead dog, and I am currently undergoing looking into a personal lawsuit!
