I had my car repaired here less than two weeks ago, I got my whole hood replaced due to an accident. But I noticed when I popped my hood, my hood would not stay open. So I went back and asked them about it. The general manager, Edgar, was completely helpful answering all of my questions about the hood. Not only that, I asked him about touching up a key scratch on my driver side of the door and he offered to get it touched up for completely free. He did tell me that it would still be there but not as visible, which I appreciated. This is my second time coming here and this time, they have gone above and beyond for me and my car. 10/10 would definitely come again. read more

We gave them the benefit of the doubt since Christmas was coming up and it's understandable if they're busier than usual. But it looked like they just forgot about us. We had high hopes for this place, but multiple errors occurred. 5 stars: Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We got a daily call about the status of our car. They did a quick wash/wax after. Problem #1: I understand it was a job that had to differentiate between 2 different rear end accidents, but despite providing Andrew with photos labeled with State Farm claim numbers, the paperwork had to be fixed. Beautiful body work! #2: we asked Caliber to fix the under guard. They forgot, and we took it in again. #3: big problem: Caliber gave us back our car without the rear brake lights operating! After being rear ended twice, imagine our disgust with this oversight! Took it in for the 3rd time, and it was promptly taken care of. I'm wary of using this business again, but impressed with the customer service. I might try again, but will definitely double check everything before leaving the lot. read more

Jin was the one who was helping throughout this and he never failed to update me. I was quoted that it will take until the 31st but I was able to pick up my car today, 05/19/21. Jin really did a great job keeping me filled in with everything, and also answering the many questions I had. He was easily accessible throughout the process which really helped my nervous self. The general manager, I believe his name is Anthony, was great as well. He really walked me through the process at the end and explained everything done with my car. He also reassured that if anything felt off about the car to call back and let him know. I can really tell that customer satisfaction is his priority and I'm really happy to have been able to be taken good care of. The work they did was amazing, and my car looks brand new. I found Caliber Collision based on nearest location search. The representative that did the preliminary estimate was Alexander V. He quickly got me the estimate I needed and was very informative. I had a lot of questions about the repairs and insurance processes and he addressed them all. Alexander is professional and intelligent. This establishment is lucky to have him working there. I had to get a bumper fixed, although the damage was light the repair got done well and also got done the same day . Three pieces were replaced , as soon as they got the parts in they called me to drop the car off. I dropped the car off the very next day which I was surprised , I thought I would have to wait a week or so for an opening. After roughly 5 hours and 1 more part they had to order( part could not been seen on original estimate due to being behind the bumper) , receive, and install the repair was done. This place is legit! Had my CAT stolen off my truck at work in the 1 O'clock hour 3 wks ago. MF'rz... whatever... Moving on... Inputted my claim on my app after speaking with the officer. Abigail reached out to me a few hours later. She got a flatbed out to me (Shout out to Trophy Towing!) and got my truck in their yard before they closed at 530pm. Heard from Alex the next day and he gave the standard lowdown on what's to come. Called me back a couple days after the weekend and gave me the bad news. Evidently, my OEM CAT was on back order and wouldn't be available for a month, MINIMUM. No aftermarket CATs were available anywhere so they had to go with the OEM part. So I'm stuck in this Malibu rental. Fast forward to today, Anthony (the Mgr) reached out to me and stated that my truck is being washed and will be ready for p/u if I can make it today. He explained that he had been calling all the local dealers searching for my CAT and BOOOOM! Found it in Montclair and sent one of his guys to retrieve the part. Called Abigail while on my way and advised her that I would be there in 20min (keep in mind they were going to close in 10min), she advised Alex and he said it was no problem. Got there and seen Big Blue looking clean and very stoic sitting in there garage. Spoke to Alex and he explained that the thieves cut the pipes at the best place possible... right in front of the flanges. So it was a very easy and quick replacement. This shop and their team are top notch. Not only were they communicative, they were expeditious and vigilant with trying to get me back in my truck. And the icing on the cake... they got me back in it well before they expected to. Kudos to Abigail, Alex, and Anthony and BIG THANKS to the rest of the Caliber team! Most recently I had two unfortunate series of events, first was a hit and run within the past two weeks. Due to COVID- I was dreading dealing with my car. Jin and Anthony provided excellent service and they were able to get my car looking almost brand new again, and were able to finish the repairs before the quoted initial date and I am able to get driving again. Everyone at Caliber Collision is friendly and helpful and were able to give me clear information on the status of my car as it went through the repair process. They were able to work with my insurance company and the way things turned out for my incident is that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and the insurance company paid completely for my repairs. IF I COULD GIVE THIS A NEGATIVE REVIEW I TOTALLY WOULD! So my truck got rear ended in January and was recommended to this body shop by the insurance company. The damage was to the bumper and the tailgate. We took it in for the first time and they had it for 2 weeks. When we took it in the rear camera and radio were working just fine but that was not the case when we picked it up. The day of pick up, Friday, the MANAGER EDGAR backed it up for us and said everything was good and that we had a lifetime warranty on their work. As we took off we bumped our radio and all seemed fine but when we attempted to back into our parking space the backup camera was not working and 2 days later our radio goes out. When we attempted to have them repair the backup camera on the following Monday, they stated that a tech would take a look and fix it. On Tuesday they started denying that it was their fault even tho they were the ones that replaced the bumper and tailgate where the camera is. When we kept asking for it to be fixed, they kept denying that it was their fault and that the radio was already not working when they first got it..WHICH IS A LIE! How is it that when the MANAGER backed it up to deliver it to us he didn't mention that there was an issue as he able to see it on the dashboard. THEY ACT LIKE THEY WANT TO HELP BUT WHEN ITS THIER FAULT THEY DENY DENY DENY!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND LIE TO SAFE THIER OWN SKIN! AVOID AT ALL COST! read more

Typically I am not the type of person to make any sort of ratings. But unfortunately this experience has left such an extremely sour taste that I need to write a review. One of the workers there who I'm almost certain has a manager or even boss position was one of the most rude and cruel person I have ever seen. Extremely rude and unprofessional as he was chewing dip and spitting right in front of a customer, next his attitude was so bizarre and rude that I cannot understand what was the reason behind it. I had asked him multiple questions as to why he would refuse to give me an inspection, and never once raised my voice or asked in a rude tone. Not only did this man constantly deny an inspection, but he would also make comments under his breath, and he would make his tone harsh and rude whilst being aggressive. Again not once have I crossed the line and had been rude, I had only asked simple questions that I was confused about and just wanted an answer or a direction to go. I have no idea how a man like this can even reach a position at this specific location. But this was so bad that I cannot even ever think of going to this location ever again. Very unfortunate because I see so many good reviews, yet in my experience I had to deal with a rude and non professional worker (or even manager!) To the comment that caliber had placed, my name isn't in the system because an employee had refused to even start a process to give me an estimate and did not even attempt to put anything down in the system. I will NOT be removing my comment because my experience still stands and I have every right to voice an experience. Especially if it's as bad as the one I had. My stuff was stolen from my car and they had the car for almost a month there and they're denying that the stuff were there and also denying that they have cameras first denying that they have camera then they said the cameras don't work and then they were claiming that the car was safe and it was parked inside the whole time and then when the cops came they claimed that they don't know anything about the stolen stuff and the car was parked outside and that the cameras don't work. When I picked up the car after repairs were completed it had a chip on the rear end that was not there before. They conveniently said it must have already been there, and since the rear end damage they repaired was below that area, they could not repair it. Then I showed them the pictures of the car after the accident, and there was no chip in that location. Then they owned up to it and held the car an extra day to fix it. read more

I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about this specific location! Dean in specific was positive, friendly, and honest about timelines and everything for my car's repair. My Nissan Altima's front end bumper and grill broke during my accident and had a coolant leak. They fixed everything within a couple weeks. After I got my car there was a discrepancy with my a/c it wasn't working. They fixed my A/c at no cost and got me a rental during this stressful time of needing a car to get to work. I'm SO impressed with this repair shop. Our family has encountered several different repair shops in Orange County and this specific Caliber location has by far exceeded our expectations and the performance of any other repair shop! This was an unexpected experience following an unfortunate car accident that I wasn't happy about having to deal with. Solma was extremely timely, professional and responsive in updating us on the vehicle. I received daily texts/updates on how things were going- the communication was amazing! The car was completed on time (sooner than I would have anticipated which is unheard of), and it looked better than it did before the accident! Since this was unanticipated, my car was trashed from our littles with snacks all over the floor. Caliber detailed the outside AND inside of my car and my seats were spotless! I can assure you, my seats have never looked like this since having kids! I couldn't make it by closing to pick up my car, but Solma assured me they would be there and it was no problem to come late to still get it (and on a Friday)! I came with my rental which I intended to return, Solma vacuumed the rental car AND had it dropped off for me at the rental car center. Her and the rest of the team made what started as something stressful, into a seamless and stress-free process. I didn't get to pick the location to bring my car to since this was insurance based, but I will 100% bring any of our cars to this location every time in the future for best service.
