Got my car done here a while ago and decided to wait a while before I gave my full honest opinion. I wouldn't recommend this place. They mentioned the convertible part of my car wasn't damaged but slowly started popping parts out through out time. My car door fell when I got there and they mentioned " that had nothing to do with the crash". Which was a weird statement considering they never saw my car before. I requested them to them to fix the door which they did and asked to check to the convertible roof which they didn't. They fixed the bumper well but didn't care to check other parts. My car start making small sounds when it turned and they mentioned " some cars never come back 100% " but if so why didn't they just give me the option to suggest the car totaled. I literally was faked out by this place. They told me that I didn't really have to get the assessment done through insurance (since I would have to pay $500) and that if I really wanted, they could check the alignment on their machine for $100. Had some car issues on my Hyundai (Needed new evaporator + alternator/serpentine belt) and Fix Auto did a great job throughout the entire process: - Good communication - Fair rates - Fast Here is what happened: I called the office, spoke to Britney, told them my issues, dropped my car off in the morning, signed some paperwork, and got the altenator/serpentine belt replaced on the same day (I was able to pick it up a couple of hours before they closed). They even offered a ride after dropping off my vehicle. I was also experiencing issues with my air conditioner and they gave me a fair estimate on the job compared to what the dealership was estimating. I called the week after and told them I was ready for the air conditioning repair (needed new evaporator core which is a very labor intensive job). Britney was very communicative and friendly to work with as she sent me text updates throughout the process. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday evening and it was ready by Wednesday evening (turn-around in about 24 hours!). Overall, great job and no complaints. I will be coming back for all future work, preventative maintenance care (oil changes, tire rotations, etc), and I will recommend them to all my friends. The most terrible decision I have ever made was letting this shop take my truck into their hands. A month after buying it I was hit and insurance had taken me here, 8 months later I get the truck back still unfinished with even more issues. All they did was fix my truck cosmetically and let me drive off the lot knowing there was still a dent in the oil pan, split transfer case, and a cracked trans tail housing (only a few of the many issues they left me with). Here I am exactly a year later still dealing with issues from taking my truck here. If you have a vehicle that means something to you I would not let it go to these guys sorry to say it. They called me saying my truck is "finished". I arrive to see that there is still a dent in the oil pan, the transfer case is still cracked and broken, the radio now does not work or any of my head unit including back up camera and trunk cameras, headlight was replaced with a different headlight than what I had, tampered with the light wiring so now the lights turn on and off randomly and flicker, I have also found out that my Trans was cracked at the tail housing where it connects to the T case. (They obviously saw that and did not say a word). I just can't believe you can call this finished work and when I brought it to their attention they said they could not help me any more and that my truck had the issues when it was brought to the shop.. I can not express how grateful I am. I had gotten my Jeep Wrangler lifted a few months back and had major death wobbles. There were quite a few times where I was petrified to even be driving the car. The few places I took it to found nothing wrong or told me it was just tires. I knew I needed new tires but it was obvious there had to be another problem. It got to the point where I was terrified to even drive my car. I went about 4 months without driving on the freeway or going over 50mph. After my father found this place he insisted I take it here. HE WAS RIGHT! Once I dropped it off they contacted me and let me know the problems I had and told me it was simple and something with the new suspension was just loose and most likely causing the "wobbles"! On top of them fixing that we got some new tires (almost everywhere has been backordered) and he also let me know another issue. He told me that it is a recall and to try to take it to the dealership rather than them charging me for it. All in all I am so beyond grateful. I feel comfortable driving in my car again. I went on the freeway for the first time in months with not a single issue! They were very honest and trustworthy which being a young women is hard to find in a mechanic.
