I would fly my car to him, wherever he may be...however, this time around, I decided to try this place, because this place had sooner availability, and I had to work. I came here SOLELY on previous yelp reviews and a prayer. Service: The man who owns this business, is Lloyd. He was the one who worked on my vehicle. I told him I prefer to pay out of pocket, if the price was fair. The price was fair. I thanked him and God for practically saving my hide. He communicated every step. He also allowed me to pay half, upfront, so that he could order my parts, so instead of having my car sit at his shop, unnecessarily, while we wait for my car parts, I was able to have my vehicle for an additional week, (while parts was being ordered). Total days in shop: 4 1/2. Quality: Lloyd purchased the new bumper, and placed it on my vehicle. It was like my vehicle never had a scratch. Perfect replacement! Then he figured out why my lights were no longer working. He immediately ordered the part and replaced it. I was expecting additional hundreds of dollars, added to my bill, but he kept the price for the parts and labor very fair. He even showed the damaged on my previous wire harness. Explained everything to me. Very knowledgable and does excellent body work. Value: I shared my quote with four other people. All were expecting that my damages would cost me thousands of dollars to fix. I am grateful for Lloyd's fair prices. Conclusion: God forbid I make a silly mistake like this again with my car, but in the event that I did hit something again, I will be coming back here. No need to look elsewhere. Within 2 hours I had a detailed written estimate and an honest recommendation to either fix it or not. I chose to fix it. They did an amazing job. This created another issue, which they stated they could fix for around $1500 with no guarantee that it would fix my problem. I obviously passed given they created the issue. The Toyota mechanic I went to afterwards said what they did made no sense and they shouldn't have cut the wire without asking me. He was baffled they did this and now it's creating more hassle than the original issue. To make matters worse, when I called Morano Brothers to get more information about what they cut, Bob was extremely rude, stating that he had already explained the issue to me several times. Sorry, I'm not a mechanic. And when the Toyota guy is saying what you did made no sense, I'm probably going to have a hard time comprehending it as well. Long story short - AVOID these guys. They cut wires without asking you, try to screw you by charging you more for issues they created, and are extremely rude when you ask for reasonable explanations.

AVOID ROXY AT ALL COSTS. They will absolutely try and upsell you on unnecessary replacement parts…read moreand their labor rate is ridiculously high ($125 per hour for body and paint labor vs. $55 at multiple other locations I visited). I needed my bumper replaced so when I visited Roxy, a guy (don't know his name because he never introduced himself) came out and spent 5 seconds looking at my car and took a picture. He came back 5 minutes later with a quote for $3000 which listed replacements for the bumper as well as lower reinforcements, brackets, bezels, fog lamps, etc. which were all completely intact and never needed to be changed. On top of that, they needed to keep my car for an entire week for the repairs which meant finding a rental car and more expenses. My friend who works at Geico quoted me $900 for my car repair so when I visited Roxy and got their estimate I almost had a heart attack. I ended up going to Liberty Collision in Northern Liberties and my out the door cost for replacing my bumper was $820. They were able to fit me in within 3 days and I dropped off and picked up my car the same day (no rental car needed!). Cancelling my appointment with Roxy was the easiest call of my life.

The dealer also doesn't directly handle collision repairs so I chose Brad's Auto Body bc of proximity and the good yelp review. I was a little nervous to take a blind chance but I'm very glad that I did. My car had about $6500 worth of damage in the rear from tree fall. The trunk and side panel among other things had to be replaced. I was concerned that afterwards it would be obvious that something had happened to the car. However, the car came out looking beautiful. The white paint color matched perfectly and I couldn't see any signs of any damage at all. The car was given back to me in pristine condition and had even been taken to the car wash and the interior floor/seats vacuumed - which I greatly appreciated because there were glass fragments all over the interior from when the rear window was completely shattered. Crystal and Chris (forgive spelling errors) were wonderful to work with and very communicative about the progress of my car. I am extremely impressed with both their customer service, genuine care for their customers, and skillful auto work. I've been suggesting them to friends and coworkers and I will be returning to their business if I should need auto repairs in the future.
