Where do I start? This place kept my car for 3 months waiting on parts. After finally getting it back several things were not working, horn, camera, and parts from around the fender.i had to wait another two months for that and then they ordered a recycled part without mud flap. I made several calls to get it completed. I contacted my insurance company about the service. Bad service bad business someone is not competent. You had the pictures of what needed to be ordered, how do you order only one. Make it make sense. read more

I was assured that my car would be ready January 31, 2024. They texted my husband throughout the process to let us know that everything was running on track, all the parts were in, and that it would be ready as planned. TODAY JANUARY 31,2024, my husband called to find out when my car could be picked up. NOT UNTIL HE CALLED DID they tell him that THEY LOST THE KEY TO MY CAR! Why didn't THEY call and let us know immediately? How long were they going to keep it a secret while they continued to look for my key?? This place works with cars and THEY LOST MY CAR KEY, COULDN'T FINISH THE JOB, AND DIDN'T CALL! I'm worried about my key just floating around lost! Now they want us to bring the spare key! What if I didn't have a spare key??? NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! The fact that they didn't call us had me beyond upset. read more

Horrible. this shop on 170 Newland rd, cola, sc, If I could give them a zero rating I would. They were supposed to fix my car and restore it to where it was before the guy hit me in the back and they did not. My trunk still cannot open, My trunk does not open with my key fob nor does it open when I use my trunk latch inside the car. my trunk still does not open. Took my car back a second time and they claim that they were going to make an appointment with Honda to calibrate my car and as of 4/20/23 I have not heard from them. The insurance company called them and they lied about my key fob not working but yet my key fob opens and locks my car doors fine with the exception of my trunk. Trey the contact person at Caliber talks to customer in a very condescending manner. Trey either have issues with women or people of color or both. Then Trey had the audacity to ask me to give them a 10 star rating on their satisfaction survey. That Trey guy must be out of his mind if he thinks that I would consider giving them a 10. Trey how about doing your job right first. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Do not depend on what you are told. For a minor repair my car was held for three weeks after being told it would be a week. Then when I could finally pick it up I was told one more warning light was lighting up and they would need to take it to the dealership to have them look at it. Two weeks later the part finally arrived and I was told it would be put on the car and I would be able to pick up the car that day. Well...the part was broke, now they can get it (the replacement part) by tomorrow and I can pick up the car tomorrow. Tomorrow has come....and yes, the car in not ready. I made it clear that I needed the car by that date at the latest. The car is "dis-assembled" and cannot be taken out of the shop ----- now either I need to rent a car or find a ride to take the trip! read more

My car was backed into by a huge F150 while I was getting gas. I was a little devastated because I wasn't sure how fast I would be able to get my car seen and serviced and Caliber Collision was able to get me in ASAP and my car was returned to me expediently and it looked brand new. Great, friendly, attentive and speedy service when our van was hit. Brittany at the reception desk was cheerful and very helpful getting us into their system. Our Service Advisor, Dom, kept us updated every other day with the status of the repairs and our estimated pickup date. He even stayed after hours on a Friday to get us our vehicle back. I was recently rear ended and had a good deal of damage done to the back of my car by the truck that hit me. I took my car in to Caliber for repairs and was extremely satisfied with the work that was done for me from start to finish. Jeff Carroll was the service writer that handled my car, and he kept me updated on its status every step of the way. He also answered every question I had very clearly and explained things in a way that I could understand. When I went to pick up the car, it was ready as promised, and Jeff went over every detail of the work that was done, making sure that I was satisfied with it and understood everything that had been completed. He was personable, easy to talk to, and went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of. The repair should have taken much longer to complete due to the amount of damage done, but instead my car was completed way ahead of schedule and I was able to pick it up and get back to my normal life quickly. The quality of the work was outstanding. The technician that performed the body repairs was Mike, and he made sure that the rear bumper, deck lid, and tail lights were restored to perfect order. In addition, Bill did an amazing paint job on the rear area of the car and blended it seamlessly with the remainder of the body. It honestly looks brand new thanks to the work of both Mike and Bill. Finally, I was happy to find that my car was cleaned and detailed beautifully by Paul who took the time to make sure everything was vacuumed and washed before I picked it up. Overall, I received wonderful service from Caliber for my car thanks to the fantastic team that worked together to complete the repair. I was recently referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance company after my car was flooded. Although dealing with a flooded car can be a stressful ordeal, being in the hands of the fine employees of Caliber Collision made the entire process simple. Whenever I put a call in to Caliber I was promptly greeted with a friendly and helpful employee. Wanda was especially a pleasure to speak to. The first time I spoke with her she personally contacted my insurance company and several other local caliber collision locations to locate my towed car prior to my repair even being assigned to their business. I also worked with Jessica and Missy, both wonderful. I have to especially highlight the excellent service I received from Jeff who followed my car and kept in touch with me (even more than my own insurance company) throughout this process. Jeff was easy to reach and always made time to speak with me about that status of my vehicle and answer any of the many questions I had. On the day I picked up my car Jeff reviewed all of the work that several other service companies that were contracted to address various issues with my car. In doing this he realized that my car had not had its oil changed (among a litany of other repairs/services) and he personally took my car have this done immediately... And I'm pretty sure he did this instead of taking his lunch break (on a Friday afternoon). Having only spoken to Jeff on the phone, I felt as though without even knowing me Jeff took care of my car as if it were his own. While I hope I never need to use the services offered by Caliber Collision, they will certainly be the first number I dial if I do. read more

I went through Progressive insurance and ended up here since Caliber is apparently a network body shop. everything seemed great. they said they would fix my car and then even take my rental car back for me. It's a lovely place when you walk in and then everything starts going downhill. My car was finished in less than a week (which was great) but when I went to pick it up, there's was a new dashboard light flashing so they told me I couldn't get it back. okay. I ended up getting to leave with it later that same day. turns out caliber lost my antenna. so I called and there was a terrible bad attitude and a worker asked me to come in to the shop so that he could check my backseat for said antenna, as if I cannot see properly for myself. so I went in and he looked-couldn't find it-obviously. he then told me he would order a new antenna. it has taken a week for the antenna to come in. and then a week later, my rental car company calls and said that caliber did not return the car the same day I got my car back!!!! having 3 unpaid days for the rental car is so slack. I will never be returning to caliber collision on newland road. read more
