He did not show he did not reply to any emails or phone calls . As of this riding I'm still waiting to hear from him . I have contacted someone else to complete the repairs . As a business owner myself , I can't even imagine treating your customers this way . Do not use this person . I see the good reviews seem to be a year ago . I have to say they kept me and my daughter updated every step of the way, even when they found additional damage. The car was done in a week and 1/2 ( we did wait 4 months for appt) and they were the most professional group ever! Being 700 miles away and having a daughter under 25 (rental purposes) they were just amazing. I hope this never happens to anyones car, but if it does Reeley's is the way to go! They ordered most parts ahead of time and had everything ready (except extra damage) and were just amazing. The car came back detailed and they were fantastic. My repair was an insurance claim to repair the driver's side door, and their estimate was the most detailed and accurate with respect to course of action, repair time, and cost. An added bonus, they coordinated with the insurance company. They were able to get the necessary parts reasonably quickly, and produced a repair that is amazing. The color matching is spot-on, paint finish factory smooth, and the blending with the surrounding panels is imperceivable. Two weeks later, they put a protective film on the hood and did a paintless dent repair on the leading edge of the hood, an improbable paintless repair. Not for them, though! I dropped the car off at the close of business on a Thursday, and they had the car completed before lunch the following day with showroom quality results. They hands down are extremely empathetic and caring. My second visit happened bc I had a check engine light come on in my 2013 Prius V. Took it to Minnie's bc I was so impressed w the first visit which was just a basic oil change. This was on a Monday and they were booked til Friday so I set the appointment and came back later. They did a full inspection and determined the issue was a failing coolant pump on the electric side. They said they found no leaks etc.They detailed what the issue was and what the fix was. I'm definitely impressed w how they break down what they do into digestible bite sized bits for non-car folks. They offered I could pick up the car and pay the diagnostic/inspection fee of $50. Said they didn't have the high voltage equipment to work on the car and advised go to a specialist. Lucky for me I do have one ( Woodards in Florence, I just moved here from there. ). They work on hybrids and electric so I took it there. The only grip I'd have is that I did ask if Minnie's handles hybrids. I believe I was told yes and the person ( the owner ) stated they drive a hybrid Camery. Maybe I should have said "work on the electric side of hybrids bc I could have dropped it at Woodards 60 miles away but I'd rather pump money into a reliable, friendly place. Not sure I'll be back. I'd still highly recommend if you drive an ice car tho. The staff and ambiance of the place cannot be beat.
