Then you have to get it there early in the morning and leave it all day, even for just an oil change or brake replacement. Modern cars are built in about 8 hours from scratch, why does it take them 8 hours to change the oil or brakes. They make it as inconvenient as they can, they do not seem to appreciate the community that supports them. They don't have a shuttle service or like it if you have to stay and wait in the car to be fixed because you don't have a ride.

i took my 2018 jeep to taylors for them to replace the radiator a few months ago. they did and had…read moreput on the work order that they were replacing the thermostat also. when i got it back the service engine light was on. our neighbor had a device that told you what the symbol meant. it said that it was the thermostat. we took it back and told them about what the symbol meant. they did a diagnostic anyway and charged it to us. they did not put a new thermostat in so i was under the impression that we would only have to pay for the thermostat which i was willing to pay for but they had to put new antifreeze in. our bill ended up being around four hundred dollars. i think it was un fair to have to pay all that for their mistake. they should be willing to make their mistake good and not pass it on to us. maybe they made us pay because we are senior citizens.
