Thankfully, our insurance covered the majority of it and thus it made working with C'Ville Auto Body very easy. The customer service via Bobby (the shop manager?) was stellar when we came in. He was friendly and able to provide us an immediate estimate on the vehicle upon walk-in which was extremely convenient. Of course the estimate was high, but with the help of insurance it was much more manageable of a cost. (That being said, I can't speak to what the costs may be like for those paying out of pocket, but I can say that insurance was a life saver here.) Bobby was also was patient with us as we asked questions and did not apply any pressure as we considered our options. When we did return to have the work completed, he immediately remembered us, and even recalled specific details about what we had last talked about. This in itself, demonstrated that he was truly paying attention to his customers. The work on the car was good and the paint job and removal of dents made the car look practically new. We were very happy with the result. The only small hiccup was we realized the wiring on one of our headlights may have been loosened during the fix, and when we let Bobby know, he called us back immediately. I was able to take the car in the same day, and have the wires fixed at no extra charge within a few minutes. I was impressed with the great customer service, the timely nature of their shop, and the results on our car!

They found a perfect match for the '98 Chevy Blazer sideview mirror that someone knocked off my car and didn't have the courtesy of leaving a note. I saw the great reviews here, so brought it in to see what could be done because it seemed obvious that something was just misaligned. Tech came out to inspect my car and was telling me I definitely needed new hinges! I might need a new door! This is going to run a lot of money! That they weren't going to try to investigate a misalignment because they wanted to do things "the right way!" Sure buddy. I thanked him, left and went to the body shop just down the street. Where a tech took a look at the door, determined that the A-pillar on the car door hinge had just gotten bumped out of place, bumped it back into place which fixed the problem, and within 15 seconds sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me because it was such a minor "repair" if you can even call it that. Royal might be good at what they do, I don't know. But they tried to upsell me on a repair that was thousands of dollars for something that wasn't even broken and was a component easily pushed right back into place. So definitely get a second opinion if you go here.
