*** ZERO STARS *** I am a very proud USAA Insurance military member and previous PDRP auto claims adjuster for USAA and employee of USAA. I helped manage the local PDRP Auto Program. Caliber Collision as a whole, used to be a great part of the USAA Property Damage Repair Program back in the day with Caliber Collision. A couple months ago, I had a horrible and horrific experience with the Caliber Collision located in Queen Creek AZ at the address of 18638 East Rittenhouse Road Queen Creek AZ 85142. The General Manager "Cody" and their staff was very difficult to speak with an never got return calls or any kind of service with them until I complained and filed a review on "GOOGLE REVIEWS". My truck was then sent over, during the same repair process, to the Caliber Collision in Chandler, AZ located at 2190 South Douglas Drive in Chandler AZ 85286 the GM & rep there and the service at this location was up to USAA standards and back to the great and amazing customer service that Caliber Collision gives their clients. I was happy that the GM and Rep of this location and the rep helped me out and did a wonderful job on truck and communication. When I left a review on "Google Reviews" of Caliber Collision as a whole the GM at both locations were a bit upset, but the complaint was mainly and ONLY on the Queen Creek location and their horrible service and location, NOT CHANDLER. My truck was hit in a parking garage yesterday, 4/23/24, and I decided to deal directly with the Caliber Collision location in Chandler AZ ONLY for the new repairs since they saved the day on my previous repairs. I called today 4/24/24 at 9am and spoke with the female rep on the phone and set up my truck inspection for 3pm tomorrow 4/25/24 at the Chandler location only. I received a call back in 3 to 5 minutes from the same female rep in Chandler AZ Caliber Collision location stating that the GM of the Chandler AZ Caliber Collison advised her to call me back & refused my service unless the "GOOGLE REVIEW" is removed and "TAKEN DOWN" even though I was a well known USAA Insurance military member and previous PDRP auto claims adjuster. YOU JUST DO NOT DO THIS TO PEOPLE!!! WHAT BS. This is NOT the professionalism as a USAA Insurance military member and previous PDRP auto claims adjuster should review or any customer for that matter. So, Now I am recommending to all my senior management fiends, President & VP's of USAA at Corporate, USAA Claims Directors, PDRP USAA Managers, USAA Employees & Claim Staff, that Caliber Collision, as a whole, to please be removed from the USAA 5 star PDRP Program or at least these two locations. Now that they did this to me today, I filed complaints on Yelp Reviews, Google Reviews, Reddit, AZ BBB, AZ Corporation Commission, AZ Attorney Generals Office, and the AZ Bureau of Automotive Repairs. I was in an accident back in 2022. All State referred me to Caliber Collision since they were a mile from my house in Chandler and their work was guarantee as long as I owned my vehicle. There are an approved shop for All State. I set an appointment and brought the truck in for inspection. The service manager at the time scheduled me to return to have the repairs completed. When I showed up for the work at my scheduled time, the original individual I dealt with was no longer there. A second person assisted me and I left the truck. After many calls trying to get updates they explained they were experiencing compactly issues and their location in Glendale was better prepared for frame damage. No one mentioned I was changing the warrantee to Glendale or I would have passed.Keep in mind I was the one following up, never once received a courteous call was an update. However, at no cost to me, they could flat bet the truck to their Glendale office and would be able to complete the work. They would also flat bad the truck back to the office in Chandler at no cost. I agreed. I picked up the trucks and there were several issues. For one they never hooked up several electronic devices. One the rear camera did not work, they never plugged back in. The truck then would shakes at high speeds. Fast forward to August 22, 2025. The paint they sprayed on the truck is peeling off like tape. I took the truck back to the shop in Chandler and spent at least an hour for them to locate me in the system. Then a poorly trained supervisor approached me and told me I took the truck to their Glendale office. Think about it, there are hundreds of auto body shops in my area here in Chandler and I decided to drive over a. Hour to have the repairs done in Glendale. Then I have to find another ride to drive all the way back to Glendale to pick up the truck. That makes perfect sense because 4 hours driving to the other side of Phoenix is a perfect way to spend time. Only to a complete idiot that makes sense. I highly recommend to avoid using Caliber Collision located at 2190 S Douglas St, Chandler, Az 85296. My truck has never ran properly since their work. Keep in mind their first lie they stated I got my truck repaired at the Glendale store at that location. I have lived in Chandler since 2095. They they said they don't stand by their work that was done in Glendale. Why would I obtain a ride to drive to Glendale in 2022 and they obtain a second ride to go pick up the truck when work as done. Avoid this auto shop at all cost. Customer Serice is free. Everyone I tried to explain my self, I was cut off and when I asked i could speak and was told to leave. Per the short round rep, they have the same staff as they did in 2022 Another lie. Also, they receptionist dest is usually empty and I can here the employees in a private conversation and eating food. The only reason they got a 1 star, can't point with 0. Poor customer service. No accountability with weak management.. they painted my car only for it to start to peel off within two years. They were to adjust my foundation because it was shaking and still at 55 miles an hour on the freeway the car shakes. The insurance bill totaled almost $6000 and I've yet to know what did they do that was worth $6000. if your goal is to have your car running properly, avoid the shops like the plague. This is an unfortunate experience, USAA recommended this shop and it will be my last and only time going to this place. The rep Chad reviewed the damaged to the vehicle and proceeded to state that the windshield was not connected the accident. It was a small hit to the windshield that expanded over time and completely connected to the accident. USAA waited almost two weeks before providing the go ahead. With his testimony from Caliber, they denied the request to repair the windshield. Now I have to waste time to file another claim with USAA just to get the repair done. Total waste of my time!! I'm guessing he was next to me in the accident and I just didn't know it! read more

If I can give this place no stars I would.... I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. first off, I made an appointment for a drop off to pre-inspect my vehicle. These guys called me 3 different times to reschedule in 3 different weeks. Each time they called their excuse for rescheduling was because the reps were either on vacation or they didn't work with my insurance company. To top things off, it took almost 2 months to complete repairs. Also when being told to pick vehicle up from being repaired. I called to check the status of vehicle, when heading there to pick up vehicle, they stated that they lost a few emblems to my vehicle and that the vehicle still needed to be painted. In which, took another week. When picking up vehicle they left it a mess and dirty with tape residue, fingerprint, random stickers with sticky residue as well, dust and debris on floor. Please save yourself the time and hassle, and DO NOT bring your car to this caliber location. After waiting 7 months for my car repairs to be finished, I am currently having to have a different body shop fix the repairs that were done so POORLY by this caliber location. This caliber location is so disorganized after finally sourcing the back ordered part that I waited 4-5 months for, more parts were then missing even after they did an inspection/count of all parts. I called in numerous times and even spoke to the general manager of this location and he did not have an idea of what's going on and had to ask his service advisor. When the repairs were finally complete after MULTIPLE delays, I had an inspection done by another body shop. This caliber location sent my car home with the following issues and denied coverage of a rental vehicle and wanted me to drive my vehicle despite all of the new issues with my car during their own repairs. My car is now currently being repaired by a different body shop. Do not trust your car with this caliber location! - Rear bumper has poor fit - Chrome molding on the rear bumper poor fit - Overspray all over the car - Interior filthy - Random clip on floor inside - RT tail lamp no Mercedes emblem - Decklid is chipped when it was repaired - Missing tools from trunk area for jacking car up - Styrofoam tool holder broken upon repair - RT headlamp is cracked not replaced - Trim under hood loose - License lamp is broken - Decklid striker bent - Decklid doesn't close properly read more
