Middletown was able to get us in that same day, quickly diagnose the issue, and complete the repairs within three days even though it required extensive work and parts to be shipped in. They actually finished a full week earlier than we originally expected! Not only was the work done quickly and efficiently, but they also had the best prices in town and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. If you're looking for reliable, honest work, you won't be disappointed choosing this small business. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that this review is LONG over due. So, my apologies to Kristina and Jason…read more Last October, 2024 the side of my car was backed into in a parking lot. I reached out to CarWorks and Kristina replied almost immeadiatley to set up an estimate. Kristina was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knew just as much about the repair that was going to be needed as she did the corrupt insurance company's that we had to rely on to get the repair done. My car was a 2018 Subaru Forester XT with 45,000 miles and in perfect condition. It was determind that the B Piller on the passenger's side was bent and needed to be replaced. Liberty Mutal and their appraiser 'Snapsheet' pushed to have the B Piller just repaired but at my request to have the car only repaired back to Subaru specs, Kristina wouldn't budge demanding that it be replaced. After 3 months of Kristina and myself going back and forth with Liberty Mutual, literally hundereds of emails and phone calls, they totalled the car. It was heartbreaking but at least there was going to be a resolution as Liberty Mutual was now refusing to pay for my rental car any longer. This seemed to a positive thing at least for me but CarWorks got screwed with this total. Liberty Mutual refused to pay and pick up the car from them, disputing storage fees that started the day my car got dropped off for repair. Liberty Mutual's postion was that they start paying the storage fees once the car is deemed totalled leaving CarWorks holding a $17,000 bag. After all of this Kristina still continued to help me navigate the closing of the claim. I cannot thank CarWorks enough for helping me navigate a really bad experience and learning lesson with car insurance company's. I absolutely recommend them if you need any sort of car body work done.

Jason was only interested in telling me about his extensive knowledge, how he had a Porsche (still not sure why that was important for me to know) and how he couldn't really tell me anything, nothing was their fault and all I could do is call my insurance company. He made fun of my frustration pointing out my hands were shaking and seemed to just want to win an argument in front of my wife and another man hanging out in the office. Jason seems to know very little about customer service, and could care less about the client. He was constantly interrupting me while complaining that I wasn't letting him talk enough. (At this point my wife literally walked out of the office in frustration) Jason did everything but refuse to give me a way to give me my car back. I'll be sure to update my review once this gets resolved. Jason cares a lot more about being clever and making you wrong than really listening or helping.

He is a new driver, just got his liscence a month ago, and has never changed a tire before. I posted on my local chat asking for help and Orlando Felix immediately responded that he was on his way. I am so blessed to live in a community that helps each other out so willingly! He and a few other people stopped to help my son get the spare on his car. Orlando stated that he worked at American Tire Depot and suggested we go there on Monday to get a new tire installed. After my son got off work Monday I met him at the shop and we got the new tire. The price was right, very affordable, and the service was AMAZING! We were in and out of there so quickly, I barely had time to think about the wait. Towards the end of their day I was worried that they would be backlogged, however, they fit us in immediately. Service like that will keep my family coming back.
