I brought my car here 5 separate times with a separate car each time because they couldn't fix my ac. Telling me 5 different reasons on why my ac isn't working telling insurance to pay for it just for it not to work each time. The 5th time that i took my car they said it wasn't caused by the accident, so why did they charge my insurance to "fix" it two times if it wasn't caused by the accident? They just want more money. I had my wheel well covering come off on the highway and came into Caliber with a partially disconnected bumper. I received a quick and polite response when I spoke to them on the phone, and even better treatment when I stopped in. I needed a temporary repair job, and got 1-on-1 personal support, transparent and kind communication, and a DAMN quick job. I think I spent a total of 30 minutes there. They reattached my bumper and turned a crisis situation into something I could sort out when I got home. Didn't even charge me for it! Lily was very nice over the phone when asking if I was bringing the car in myself or waiting for insurance to tow it. However, when I went in person to clarify some things on the contract she was extremely rude, spoke very condescending and was pretty snarky. Her poor customer service has cost the business my patronage. I will be towing the vehicle to a different collision center for a quote. I suggest Lily be given a customer service refresher because her attitude is not it! read more

If i could give negative 5 stars i would...Customer beware..they will tell you things like we will have your ready by this date...WONT HAPPEN...they will tell you they will call you ....WONT HAPPEN...you ask for them to call you back...WONT HAPPEN...WORST EXPERIANCE ever.
